Abstract

Geographical Information System Base On Web Location Materials Dig Sub-Province of Ponorogo can give information concerning dig materials situation had by area of Ponorogo. This System will present map of Sub-Province area administration of Ponorogo along with dig materials location dots. Where every the dig materials location dot will give description of detail from each dig materials. Methodologies engineer software used to build this system is Waterfall which is covering engineer system, analyse, scheme, coding, conservancy and examination. Programming language the used is Arcview, Macromedia Flash, PHP 4, and Mysql Sistem Informasi Geografis Berbasis Web Lokasi Bahan Galian Kabupaten Ponorogo dapat memberikan informasi mengenai letak bahan galian yang dimiliki daerah Ponorogo. Sistem ini akan menampilkan peta administrasi daerah Kabupaten Ponorogo beserta titik-titik lokasi bahan galian. Dimana setiap titik lokasi bahan galian tersebut akan memberikan keterangan detail dari masing-masing bahan galian. Metodologi rekayasa perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini adalah Waterfall yang meliputi rekayasa sistem, analisis, perancangan, pemrograman, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah ArcView, Macromedia Flash, PHP 4, dan MySQL

Abstract

AbstractMount Merapi Eruption in 2010 was the biggest after 1872. The impact of this eruption was felt by people who lived around the areas which were affected by this Merapi Eruption. Thus, disaster management was done. One of the disaster management was the fulfillment of basic needs. This research aims to collect public opinion against the fulfillment of basic needs in the shelters after Merapi Eruption based on Twitter data. The algorithm which is used in this research is Support Vector Machine to develop classification model over the data that has been collected. The expected result from this study is to know the basic needs in a shelter. The accuracy gained by performing Cross Validation for 10 folds from Support Vector Machine is 87.96% and Maximum Entropy is 87.45%. Keywords: twitter, sentiment analisis, merapi eruption, support vector machine AbstrakErupsi Gunung Merapi 2010 merupakan yang terbesar setelah tahun 1872. Dampak dari Erupsi Gunung Merapi dirasakan oleh masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah terdampak Erupsi Merapi. Oleh sebab itu dilakukan penanggulangan Bencana. salah satu penanggulangan bencana adalah pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan opini publik terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar di tempat pengungsian pasca erupsi merapi berdasarkan data Twitter. Algoritma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Support Vector Machine untuk membangun model klasifikasi atas data yang sudah dikumpulkan.   Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kebutuhan dasar dari suatu tempat pengungsian. Akurasi yang didapatkan dengan melakukan Cross Validation sebanyak 10 fold dari model klasifikasi Support Vector Machine87,96% dan Maximum Entropy 87,45 Kata Kunci: twitter, analisis sentimen, erupsi merapi, support vector machine

Abstract

Accreditation is a method of evaluating programs and policies of a college to ensure that the program of study at a college meet certain criteria, which are usually set by the institution / agency accreditation. The problem that often arises is the lack of information that provides a neatly arranged accreditation forms of data compilation. This research is important to do, because it helps reduce data recording repeated in the preparation of the accreditation forms and can speed up the process of preparing the accreditation forms by providing a data center that is packed in an information system. The results showed that the presence of information systems data center accreditation forms can correct accreditation forms of data processing and documentation neat. With the help of the form of office automation system can produce output in the form of a Microsoft Excel file that will facilitate in developing the necessary data in the preparation of the accreditation forms.

Abstract

SMS applications has become a promising business opportunities in the consumer and industrial markets in the world. One part that can not be separated from the SMS business is the role of an SMS Gateway, a system used by service providers to send and receive SMS automatically. Online shop tokofarah an online web business venture engaged in the production and sales of baby clothes and children. The problems that exist in the online shop tokofarah is the absence of communication between the customer and tokofarah thus reduced customer loyalty, customers are unaware of the latest promos and discounts, so the application of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is very necessary to help communication. Alternative solutions in addition to implementing CRM also develop and implement SMS technology as a service via SMS Gateway online. Where customers can easily find information on the latest promos and discounts, customers can simply type a certain key word and send it to a specific number that has been provided, the store can also inform customers about the latest promos and products through SMS brodcast. In this study, using Gammu as tools liaison between the device with a computer modem. Making the program using the programming language PHP as an interface, a database maker MySQL tools. The results of the implementation of the concept of SMS Gateway technology is that it can provide convenience for online customers shop tokofarah in knowing the promo and the latest product information and can order via SMS.

Abstract

AbstractA quality internet networks became an important factor in supporting the activities of lecture at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Yogyakarta, so that required the existence of oversight on a regular basis to ensure the sustainability of the network the Internet is good. As a network administrator would certainly not be in the workplace, so that required a system that supports the performance of the network administrator at the time of being out of work. On the research this time made an application that allows a network administrator can receive a notification message containing the incident (event) that occur on mikrotik router devices with parameters exist. The design of the system aided by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) technology that acts as a web service. The sent messages can be stored in a database which can be seen on the admin web page. System development methods used namely GRAPPLE which includes stages of gathering requirements, analysis, design, development, and deployment of the system. In terms of the development of this system required configuration of mikrotik router device to connect two mikrotik router to PC Servers are available. The results of this research that is has successfully build the application Network Notification System by using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) technology based on android. For testing step that use functionality test of the system by performing a simulation on every function of the system that was build and it was concluded that the function of the system can be run well.Keywords : network, router mikrotik, firebase cloud messaging, android.Jaringan internet yang berkualitas menjadi suatu faktor penting dalam mendukung kegiatan perkuliahan pada Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta sehingga diperlukan adanya pengawasan secara teratur untuk menjamin keberlangsungan jaringan internet yang baik. Sebagai seorang administrator jaringan tentu saja tidak selalu berada di tempat kerjanya sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang mendukung kinerja administrator jaringan di saat berada di luar tempat kerjanya. Pada penelitian kali ini dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi yang memungkinkan seorang administrator jaringan dapat menerima pesan notifikasi berisikan kejadian (event) yang terjadi pada perangkat router mikrotik dengan parameter-parameter yang ada. Perancangan sistem kali ini dibantu dengan teknologi Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) yang berfungsi sebagai web service. Pesan yang telah terkirim dapat tersimpan dalam database yang dapat dilihat pada halaman web admin. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu GRAPPLE yang meliputi tahapan pengumpulan kebutuhan, analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran sistem. Dalam hal pengembangan sistem ini dibutuhkan konfigurasi device router mikrotik agar dapat terhubung dua buah router mikrotik ke PC Server yang tersedia. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu berhasil membangun aplikasi Network Notification System dengan menggunakan teknologi Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) berbasis android. Untuk pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan pengujian fungsionalitas dari sistem dengan melakukan simulasi pada setiap fungsi dari sistem yang dibuat dan disimpulkan bahwa fungsi sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik.Kata Kunci : jaringan, router mikrotik, firebase cloud messaging, android.

Abstract

Mathematics lessons, is one lesson that is not liked by the students. Hearing the words of mathematics, will only think of the word difficult by the students. This is because the medium of learning that there are still less attractive. The material is a material that is considered integral to the most difficult of lessons. Thus the need for an application that can be used to study the material with the pattern of applied learning and interesting .. System development method used is waterfall method of analysis, design, programming, testing, and maintenance. This application uses the programming language PHP, MySql as database, Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash for animation and Photoshop as graphic design. Web server used is Apache.

Abstract

Pelajaran mengenal warna dapat dilakukan dengan melihat gambar dan mengucapkan dengan suara. Pengenalan dengan deteksi suara untuk mengenal warna-warna bagi anak-anak sangat diperlukan baik dengan media suara maupun gambar. Pada anak-anak belajar mengenal warna dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengenalan ucapakan warna. Pada saat belajar mengenal warna dengan ucapan  maka dilakukan deteksi suara atau ucapan warna menggunakan LPC. Salah satu metode untuk mengenal ucapakan dengan LPC (Linier Predictive Code) dapat meningkatkan akurasi 60%. Ekstraksi ciri selain menggunakan metode Linear Predictive Coding (LPC) berdasarkan Aibinu dkk. (2011) dengan LPC diantara 40%-60%. Penelitian ini menggunakan LPC yang menghasilkan kooefisien cepstral yang kemudian dilakukan seleksi fiture. Kombinasi seleksi fiture yang diambil diantaranya dengan 1. Mengelompokan nilai data 2. Melakukan pemilihan bobot. Hasil akurasi uji coba dilakukan dengan ucapan 1..10 warna dilakukan terhadap laki-laki dan perempuan sebanyak 10 orang mendapatkan nilai prosentase 95%

Abstract

Comparison of resemblance  document text to know how precisely from its source resemblance or  do not with efficient and effective algorithm. Made system and designed to do examination both of source of text 1 and source of text 2 (goals) with prediksi if there is resemblance from text 1 and text 2 more near or not.In generally system consist of three process that is process early (praprocessing with index), seeking process (process and searching with index) calculation of presisi with sign and match exact. Analysis in the form of checking : the first equality of word with word location differ, second equality of word with is same word location, and third equality of word equivalent. Equality of word equivalent combine also with equality of word with word location differ, and combine equality of word with is same word location. Resemblance used analys with Exact Match method and similarity function. Function Similarity represent process with Exact Match checking of word if precisely is equal to value 1 (true) and not equal to value 0 (false).Resemblance of source and goals base analysis match exact without used steam although there is suffix and prefix that is  difference word, so added with suffix and prefix will mean word which different. Because writer assume needn't be steam because by the prefix  dand suffix  most word always have meaning differ.The Finally, Analysis come near number 1 is similarity and  near number 0 didn’t similary. If the number 0.5 or a half that mean half similarity.

Abstract

The key factor of enterprise in order to still growth and developed is customer. The customer will give the value to the enterprise in the form of profit. Therefore, enterprises must be able to establish an sustainable relationship to customer. Since 1990 began to develop what is called Customer Relationship Management (CRM). CRM implements between the development of information technology and customer-centric views. The development of technology and the human need's to move quickly, CRM evolved into a mobile CRM. The Internet make mobile-CRM easily used to all of enterprise, especially small and medium size enterprise. This article is aim to explain the role and the applicability of mobile CRM to business level conditions of small and medium size enterprises (SMEs). The presence of mobile phone operating system that is flexible (android system), the internet cost of affordable and the social media applications as analogy of user interface in making mobile CRM application. CRM mobile application can be downloaded or installed through the app store with ease. It encourages mobile-CRM benefit's rather than as a function of customer data collection but became a window for customer information. In addition, the database can be analysis and relate to customer activity. Mobile CRM applications can take advantage of cross selling methods.
