Abstract

Abstract:The performance of an agency is very dependent on the data and quality of information obtained, not least in the police agency. The Criminal Investigation Unit (SatResKrim) is one of the most important units in the police force. One form of handling SatResKrim is to manage crime data. Crime data is managed because it contains information to support the investigation process. The information used in the investigation process is included in the crime data, so it is necessary to search for documents of criminal data relevant to the investigation process. Currently, data on SatResKrim unit at East Sector Police Dept. of Yogyakarta Special Region still use Microsoft Excel application, so the process of searching data is still based on text not based on knowledge, consequently if the search keyword is not in accordance with the text contained in the data, then the data is not will appear, if the data does not appear it will slightly hamper the investigation process. From these problems raised the idea to represent police crime data into the form of knowledge as an effort in providing references to the police agencies against the form of development of data processing crime-based semantic ontology. Knowledge of crime data is limited to criminal data by category of theft. Knowledge related to theft criminal data is then stored or represented in an ontology-based semantic model. In representing knowledge using language Ontology Web Language (OWL) and SPARQL as its query. Software used to build systems in this study include protégé 3.5, NetBeans and Jena API as its library. The programming language used is Java Server Page (JSP). Based on the results of research that has been done, by representing crime data into the form of semantic ontology-based knowledge and tested into the form of search-based applications, can generate semantic-based search or search that is able to understand the meaning. It is also supported by test results using recall and precision methods, each of which results in a value of more than 90%. Abstrak:Kinerja suatu instansi sangat bergantung pada data dan mutu informasi yang diperoleh, tak terkecuali pada instansi kepolisian. Satuan Reserse Kriminal (SatResKrim) merupakan salah satu unit terpenting dalam kepolisian. Salah satu bentuk penanganan SatResKrim adalah dengan mengelola data kriminalitas. Data kriminalitas dikelola karena mengandung informasi guna menunjang proses investigasi. Informasi yang digunakan dalam proses investigasi diantaranya terdapat pada data kriminalitas, sehingga diperlukan adanya pencarian terhadap dokumen data kriminalitas yang relevan dengan proses investigasi. Saat ini data yang berada pada unit SatResKrim pada Kepolisian Sektor Depok Timur Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta masih menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel, sehingga proses pencarian data masih berdasarkan teks bukan berdasarkan pengetahuan, akibatnya apabila kata kunci pencarian tidak sesuai dengan teks yang terdapat pada data, maka data tidak akan muncul, jika data tidak muncul maka akan sedikit menghambat proses investigasi. Dari permasalahan tersebut memunculkan gagasan untuk merepresentasikan data kriminalitas kepolisian kedalam bentuk pengetahuan sebagai upaya dalam memberikan referensi kepada instansi kepolisian terhadap bentuk pengembangan pengolahan data kriminalitas berbasis semantik ontologi. Pengetahuan-pengetahuan mengenai data kriminalitas dibatasi pada data kriminalitas dengan kategori pencurian. Pengetahuan-pengetahuan terkait data kriminalitas pencurian kemudian disimpan atau di representasikan dalam model semantik berbasis ontologi. Dalam merepresentasikan pengetahuan menggunakan bahasa Ontology Web Language (OWL) serta SPARQL sebagai query-nya. Software yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem dalam penelitian ini meliputi protégé 3.5 ,NetBeans serta Jena API sebagai library-nya. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah Java Server Page (JSP). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dengan merepresentasikan data kriminalitas kedalam bentuk pengetahuan berbasis semantik ontologi dan di ujikan ke dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis pencarian, dapat menghasilkan pencarian berbasis semantik atau pencarian yang mampu memahami makna. Hal tersebut juga didukung oleh hasil uji dengan menggunakan metode recall dan precision yang masing-masing hasilnya menunjukkan nilai lebih dari 90%.

Abstract

News reader is a software or web service that serves to display a summary of the latestposts. RSS is typically used on websites that update content dynamically. RSS is an openmethod for collecting and pooling the content of the pages of a website. The method used in themaking of this application is the grapple. The programming language used is Java and php.While building a database using mySQL.This application is useful to facilitate mobile phoneusers to know the latest news. In this application there are news categories that can be selectedby the user, namely the category of politics, economics, sports, technology, education andentertainment. Featured news picked up from a local news portal website rss Indonesia. Userscan view the details of the news and share news via facebook and twitter. Abstract

AbstractSkin is one of the most important organs in humans, because through the skin we can feel the feel and the surface of an object. If the skin is attacked, the disease may cause many consequences, such as from mild itching or to severe, the skin can not feel anything. Based on existing problems in the community created an application that can help people to recognize skin diseases suffered, so the level of awareness will keep the cleanliness higher, namely the application of expert system of viral skin disease using bayes theorem. In this research will be designed a system using method bayes theorem this expert system will be able to produce a diagnosis of skin diseases and treatment that needs to be done. With this application of course can help people to recognize the illnesses that have been allegedly allegedly to refer to injured. Based on 20 data that have been tested against experts and systems, for patients affected by viral skin diseases were 17 patients and those not infected were 3 patients. As for the suitability of testing between the validation results of experts (doctors) and the system, obtained percentage of 85%.Keywords: Skin diseases, Expert system, Teorema Bayes.AbstrakKulit adalah salah satu organ terpenting pada manusia, karena melalui kulit kita dapat merasakan rasa dan permukaan sebuah benda. Apabila kulit terserang penyakit maka akan banyak akibat yang akan ditimbulkannya, mulai dari yang ringan yaitu terasa gatal atau sampai yang berat yakni kulit tidak dapat merasakan apapun. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada di dalam lingkungan masyarakat diciptakan suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu masyarakat untuk dapat mengenali penyakit kulit yang diderita, sehingga tingkat kesadaran akan menjaga kebersihan makin tinggi, yakni aplikasi sistem pakar penyakit kulit akibat virus. Pada penelitian ini akan dirancang sebuah sistem menggunakan metode Teorema Bayes. Sistem pakar ini nantinya dapat menghasilkan diagnosa penyakit kulit serta pengobatan yang perlu dilakukan. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini tentunya bisa membantu masyarakat mengenali penyakit yang dideritanya sehingga tersadar untuk merujuknya ke dokter ahli. Berdasarkan 20 data yang telah diujikan terhadap pakar dan sistem, untuk pasien yang terkena penyakit kulit akibat virus adalah 17 pasien dan yang tidak terkena infeksi adalah 3 pasien. Sedangkan untuk kesesuaian pengujian antara hasil validasi pakar (dokter) dan sistem, diperoleh tingkat persentase keberhasilan sebesar 85%.Kata Kunci : Penyakit kulit, Sistem Pakar, Teorema Bayes.

Abstract

Registration problems that are still using the form that led to long queues so that the assessors of prospective students are often hassles, besides the highest and lowest value of UAS as a reference the admissibility of a prospective new students can only be seen by visiting directly. So here was made Applications Web-Based Admission to solve the above problems. Based on the background of the issues above, it will build a system of Admission Selection System Based Web by using a linear sequential software development (waterfall), which has several stages including software requirements analysis phase, the design phase, the code generation phase, phase testing, and maintenance phases., so that the resulting applications have advantages in data processing. In this application also can map the school, where the making of the map using Google Maps to produce a map that has a location corresponding to the location of the original condition.

Abstract

Natural resource mapping using information technology will process spatial data into more meaningful information and useful for the recipient. The conversion of natural resource data into a digital-based geographic information system being developed. Map of natural resources include spatial map of mineral deposits, oil and gas in Indonesia. The map is equipped with non-spatial data, such as the name of the location of natural resources, the amount of content, exploration history, state or corporate tenants, as well as the amount of production per unit time. This natural resource data will yield information such as maps digitally natural resources and complementary attributes. The methodology used in the development of an integrated information system are SWOT (Strong, weekness, Opportunity and Threat) Analysis and SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). The design use CASE Tools (Computer Aided Software Engineering). The system will be implemented by the architecture of cloud computing, cloud is used as a place to store the data, applications, and others to facilitate the exploration of natural resources in Indonesia. The results of the research is a prototype of GIS application for showing the locations of natural resources in Indonesia. Research can be useful for documenting the location of these resources for the parties concerned, especially the PT. Geotama Energy. Pemetaan sumber daya alam menggunakan teknologi informasi akan mempermudah pengolahan data spasial menjadi informasi yang lebih bermakna dan bermanfaat bagi penerimanya. Pengubahan data sumber daya alam menjadi berbasis digital dan berorientasi pada sistem informasi geografis terus dikembangkan. Perkembangan mengalami suatu kendala jika peta digital sulit didistribusikan kepada semua stake holder dan akhirnya akan mempersulit komunikasi data. Peta sumber daya alam meliputi peta spasial kandungan mineral, gas dan minyak bumi di Indonesia. Peta tersebut dilengkapi dengan data non spasial, misalnya nama lokasi sumber daya alam, jumlah kandungan, riwayat eksplorasi, negara atau perusahaan penggarap, serta jumlah produksi per satuan waktu. Data sumber daya alam ini akan menghasilkan informasi berupa peta sumber daya alam secara digital dan atribut pelengkapnya. Metodologi yang akan digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi terpadu tersebut adalah SWOT (Strong, Weekness, Opportunity and Threat) Analysis dan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Dalam Perancangan digunakan CASE Tools (Computer Aided Software Engineering) berorientasi objek. Sistem akan diimplementasikan dengan arsitektur cloud computing, dimana pada sistem tersebut media internet cloud digunakan sebagai tempat menyimpan data, aplikasi, dan lainnya sehingga memudahkan dalam eksplorasi sumber daya alam Indonesia. Hasil penelitian berupa sarana berbasis GIS untuk memperlihatkan lokasi-lokasi sumber daya alam di Indonesia. Penelitian dapat bermanfaat untuk dokumentasi lokasi sumberdaya tersebut bagi pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan, terutama PT. Geotama Energy.

Abstract

Proses pelaporan data akademik secara berkala kepada DIKTI dilakukan dua kalisetiap semester. Pelaporan dilakukan di awal semester dan di akhir semester. Data akademikyang sangat banyak dan bervariasi menjadikan sebuah kendala untuk dapat dikirim melaluimekanisme sistem teknologi. Setiap perguruan tinggi harus mengikuti sistem yang dibuat DIKTI.Untuk mengurai permasalahan yang ada, penelitian ini membuat jembatan perantara yangmempermudah proses pengiriman data dari instansi terkait ke DIKTI. Proses pengiriman datatersebut harus melalui beberapa mekanisme seperti integrasi semua data akademik dalam satudatabase, proses mapping, proses insert, update, delete, dan yang terakhir adalah sinkronisasi.Penelitian ini memanfaatkan teknologi web service yang memiliki keunggulan dapatbekerja multi platfom sistem operasi. Modul web service yang diimplementasikan terdiri atasinsert, update dan delete yang merupakan pengembangan replika sebelumnya sehinggapelaporan data tetap dapat dilakukan meskipun berbeda sistem.Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah tools web service yang terdiri tiga modul utamayang dapat mengakomodir kebutuhan-kebutuhan pelaporan data akademik ke DIKTI yangsudah berjalan. Tools ini telah digunakan dalam dua tahun terakhir untuk keperluan pelaporan.

Abstract

Research was conducted based on the need for a tool for farmers in determining disease in red chilli plants and how to control it so as not not wrong in taking peptisida. The tool is an expert system which in addition to diagnosis, the system is expected to provide suggestions for control. Basically the software consists of two main parts, namely the input knowledge base, and the consultation. Decisions taken by using the rules. Inference method used is the fuzzy inference method with defuzzyfication using max-min method and the center average. The output of this software are the types of diseases that attack plants and its control in accordance with the advice of the devastation wrought on the red chilli plants.

Abstract

The adoption of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the integratedconcept has already became a need to the company or organization that is willing to gaincompetitive advantages as a competitive weapon. However, this adoption is not always smoothbecause of facing challenges. One of the bigest challenge in adopting ICT is the readiness ofICT users. The users’ unreadiness will create resistence toward ICT and further impact will failICT adoption itself. Moreover, it can create inharmony environment in the company ororganization.The purpose of this research is also to evaluate the technology readiness of theusers in the process of adopting ICT in economic field in Finance Directory UGM, estimatedfrom the positive and negative belief of the users toward the technology with adopting methodTRI. The result of this research shows that generally, the readiness of SI users in FinanceDirectory UGM is in medium level, eventhough the users tend to have no comfort feeling andhigh discomfort feeling toward technology users.Keywords: technology readiness, technology adoption

Abstract

AbstractIn practicum activities, laboratory assistants input data in the form of minutes, input values, input presences, and report preparation in an excel form. When the assistant wants to see the development of a student, then the assistant must open excel data one by one and look for the student's name or number and then collect the scores from previous meetings starting from the quiz value, assignment value, report value, project value, and response then check whether the student experiences an increase or decrease in the lab. With a large number of students, of course, the assistant will encounter difficulties if you have to find students one by one while the excel data is not small. The solution provided is to create a web-based system as the application of smart labs to monitor the development of student grades in the campus laboratory environment. By using a web-based system, laboratory assistants and lecturers will be facilitated to recapitulate student grades and monitor students as well as input values or calculate the final grades of students. The study uses the Waterfall method as a method of developing systems and research methodologies by conducting observations, interviews, and literature. The results obtained are that the system can display values in the form of a practicum value report that has been calculated using assessment weights and graphs that show the development of values at each meeting with different value categories.Keywords: Information System, Practicum, Smart LabAbstrakPada kegiatan praktikum, asisten laboratorium melakukan penginputan data berupa berita acara, input nilai, input presensi dan pembuatan laporan ke dalam dokumen berupa excel. Ketika asisten ingin melihat perkembangan seorang mahasiswa, maka asisten harus membuka data excel satu persatu dan mencari nama atau nomor mahasiswa tersebut lalu mengumpulkan nilai dari berbagai pertemuan sebelumnya mulai dari nilai kuis, nilai tugas, nilai laporan, nilai projek dan responsi lalu mengecek apakah mahasiswa tersebut mengalami penaikan atau penurunan pada praktikum tersebut. Dengan jumlah mahasiswa yang banyak tentunya asisten akan mengalami kesulitan jika harus mencari mahasiswa satu persatu sementara data excel tidaklah sedikit. Solusi yang diberikan adalah dengan membuat sistem berbasis web sebagai penerapan smart lab untuk memantau perkembangan nilai mahasiswa di lingkungan laboratorium kampus. Dengan menggunakan sistem berbasis web, maka asisten laboratorium dan dosen pengampu akan dimudahkan dalam merekap nilai mahasiswa dan memantau mahasiswa praktikan serta menginput nilai ataupun menghitung nilai akhir dari mahasiswa praktikan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan sistem dan metodologi penelitian dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah sistem dapat menampilkan nilai dalam bentuk laporan nilai praktikum yang sudah dihitung menggunakan bobot penilaian dan grafik yang menampilkan perkembangan nilai di setiap pertemuan dengan kategori nilai yang berbeda – beda.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Praktikum, Smart Lab

Abstract

One of the issues touched by the expert system is diagnostic in the field of health, theinitial suspicion to diagnose diseases in the human stomach. Gastric disease or disorder can beinfected by the disease so that the public needs to be aware. Therefore, the dissemination ofinformation about the disease is needed to find out more types of the disease early. Types ofgastric disease is Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Acute Superficial Gastritis, Chronic atrophicgastritis, peptic ulcer, Gastroesophageal Reflux (GERD), Functional Dyspepsia, GasterMalignant Tumors, Ulcers Gaster. Thus aims to generate web-based expert systems inmedicine to diagnose diseases in human gastric symptoms through perceived user. Themethodology used for the research of expert system development methods. Methods to build anexpert system that Forward Chaining method to search Depth First Search.
