Abstract

        Business strategy is an important element that must be owned by business companies so that companies have competitive advantages and can win the competition while maintaining the survival of the company. This is what underlies the researchers to formulate business strategies that can be used by UD. Boni Jaya. In conducting business strategy formulation, researchers used the General Electric (GE) Matrix model. The General Electric (GE) matrix is also commonly referred to as the McKinsey matrix. The General Electric (GE) matrix has two main variables, Industry Attractiveness and Competitive Strength. Both of these variables are based on several indicators. In the Industry Attractiveness variable there are 7 indicators. Then, for the variable Competitive Strength, there are 8 indicators. These indicators are declared valid and valid based on triangulation test through 3 sources, namely observation, interview (in- depth interview), and documentation. The results of the calculation of the General Electric (GE) Matrix, UD. Boni Jaya is in quadrant 2 position, which is "Grow and Build".This shows that UD. Boni Jaya is in a high priority position for investments based on that position UD. Boni Jaya has several alternative strategies, namely segment growth, investment and positioning. Keywords: strategic management, strategic formulation, general electric matrix

Abstract

       This study aims to determine the influence of Liquidity from Current Ratio (CR), Solvability from Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Profitability from Return On Investment (ROI) to Stock Prices with Corporate Value of Book Value (PBV) as a intervening variables. Infrastructure, transportation and transportation service companies provided on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2017 as research sample. Sampling technique using purposive sampling which then obtained a sample of 10 companies in the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sectors. The research data uses secondary data, namely the company's annual financial statements during 2011-2017 obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the company's official website. The analytical method used is path analysis (path analysis) using the PLS program SmartPLS 3.2.8 application. Liquidity and Profitability do not have a significant effect on Stock Prices while Solvability and Company Value influence significantly on Stock Prices. The Liquidity Value is not significant to the Firm Value but Solvability and Profitability significantly influence the Firm Value. Liquidity does not have a significant effect on Stock Prices through Company Value. While Profitability and Solvability have a significant effect on Stock Prices through Corporate Value. Keywords: liquidity, solvability, profitability, firm value, stock price.

Abstract

      The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of brand experiences on brand attachment, brand trust on brand attachment, brand experiences on brand loyalty, brand trust on brand loyalty, and brand attachment on brand loyalty. The population in this study are customers of Nature Republic skin care products who have made purchases at least 2 times. Population size is infinite. The sample is 118 people aged Nature Republic skin care products, as many as 118 people. Research instrument with a questionnaire. The sampling technique was using systematic random sampling. Data analysis with SEM which is operated with the AMOS application. The results of the study explained that there was a significant influence of brand experiences on brand attachment, brand trust on brand attachment, brand experiences on brand loyalty, brand trust on brand loyalty, and brand attachment on brand loyalty. Keywords: brand experiences, brand attachment, brand trust , brand loyalty,

Abstract

     Urban tourism is growing today along with a shift in the behavior of tourists and the tourism industry that is more oriented to tourism destinations and create new experiences. The city of Yogyakarta as the tourist city destination have great potency visited many tourists every day. One of successful tourist village at Yogyakarta city is Dipowinatan tourist kampong. Dipowinatan tourist kampong managed to build itself into a tourist destination place, not only domestic tourists as the main market even international tourists.This study use qualitative approach. Interviews as the main instrument for data collection. Respondents of this research were managers of village tourism as a key informant, some residents, and the government represented by the tourism department of Yogyakarta. The results showed that urban tourism through the development of the tourism kampong has an opportunity in the future. Traveler more interested with natural travel and experienced the daily life of a society. One of the facing obstacle  is public participation. The public will be fully support when they feel that the existence of tourist kampong can bring financial benefits and improve their welfare or they played an important role. So the presence of the public supports tourism kampong self-reliant and sustainable.  Keywords: urban tourism, tourism kampong, community participation.

Abstract

     This article aims to describe, through the theoretical moral relativism is the importance of ethics in business can be understood by the fact that ethical businesses tend to make much more than the others. The reason for this that customers of businesses which follow ethics are loyal and satisfied with the services and product offerings of such businesses. In this perspective, ethics involves concept of right and wrong, fair and unfari, moral and immoral. Belief about what is ethical serve as a moral compass in guiding the actions and behaviors of individuals and organization. Ethical principles in business are not materially offerent from ethical principal in general. Key word: ethical, business, moral relativism.

Abstract

        CAMEL or capital aspect ratio (Capital Adequacy Ratio), productive asset quality aspect using KAP (Earning Asset Quality) and PPAP (Allowance for Elimination of Earning Assets), management aspect using general management and risk management calculation, aspect of rentability using ROA (Return On Assets) and BOPO (Operating Expenses to Operating Income), and liquidity aspects using the ratio of Cash Ratio and LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio). CAMEL method used in data analysis based on Decree of Director of Bank Indonesia Number 30/12 / KEP / DIR dated April 30, 1997 concerning BPR Health Level Assessment Procedure. To determine the level of health of a bank after assessing each variable, by determining the results of the research classified as BPR's health predicate. Data obtained from financial statement in the form of balance sheet and income statement KBPR Bank Pasar Patma 2012-2016. Based on the results of the research conducted at KBPR Bank Patma Market stated that the level of health of KBPR Pasar Patma Bank period from 2012 to 2016 got healthy predicate because CAMEL credit value more than 81 (healthy minimum limit) that is 98,4 in 2012, 98,2 in 2013, 93.4 in 2014, 93.4 in 2015 and 93.2 in 2016. Keywords: CAMEL method, healthy rural level, BPR Pasar Patma Klaten.
