Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian kelembagaan tentang membangun model budaya organisasi UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta yang berbasis Nilai-Nilai Dasar Bela Negara menuju Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum (PTN PK-BLU). Penelitian ini termasuk kategori penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 195 responden dan focus grup discussion (FGD). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa secara umum, berdasarkan karakteristik UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta sebagai perguruan tinggi negeri yang bercirikan Bela Negara perlu ada penguatan atau pembangunan budaya baru organisasi di UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta yang berbasis nilai-nilai dasar bela negara menuju PTN PK-BLU. Budaya organisasi yang perlu dibangun adalah Disiplin, Kejuangan, Kreativitas, Unggul, Cinta Tanah Air, Sadar berbangsa dan Bernegara, Yakin Pancasila sebagai Dasar Negara, Rela Berkorban demi Bangsa dan Negara, Memiliki Kemampuan Awal Bela Negara, Kejujuran dan Integritas, Pembelajar, serta Menjunjung Meritokrasi. Untuk membangun budaya tersebut, ada beberapa upaya yang harus dilakukan yaitu: keterlibatan stakeholders dalam penyusunan rumusan budaya organisasi, sosialisasi yang masif, adanya dukungan anggaran dalam penegakan budaya organisasi, perlu dilakukan monitoring secara berkelanjutan, serta perlu dibangun sistem informasi dan system reward and punishment yang mendukung terbangunnya iklim budaya organisasi yang baru.Kata Kunci: budaya organisasi, nilai-nilai dasar bela negara

Abstract

      The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of brand experiences on brand attachment, brand trust on brand attachment, brand experiences on brand loyalty, brand trust on brand loyalty, and brand attachment on brand loyalty. The population in this study are customers of Nature Republic skin care products who have made purchases at least 2 times. Population size is infinite. The sample is 118 people aged Nature Republic skin care products, as many as 118 people. Research instrument with a questionnaire. The sampling technique was using systematic random sampling. Data analysis with SEM which is operated with the AMOS application. The results of the study explained that there was a significant influence of brand experiences on brand attachment, brand trust on brand attachment, brand experiences on brand loyalty, brand trust on brand loyalty, and brand attachment on brand loyalty. Keywords: brand experiences, brand attachment, brand trust , brand loyalty,

Abstract

      This research formulation of the problem is the effect of reward, punishment, work stress and work ability partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop 6 Yogyakarta. Descriptive research type with questionnaire as data source. As for the population in this study were all employees of PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop 6 Yogyakarta totaling 100 employees. The sample in this study were 50 employees, using the Slovin formula with a sampling technique used Probability Sampling, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each population to be chosen as a member of the sample and the method used is proportional unstratified random sampling. multiple linear regression. In connection with the results of testing hypotheses, the results of this study indicate the influence of reward, punishment, work stress and work ability both partially and simultaneously. The effect of research results shows a positive direction, which means that a better reward, good punishment, good work stress and good work ability will improve employee performance. Keywords : Reward, Punishment, Job Stress, Work Ability and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Desa Srimartani termasuk dalam kategori desa miskin di Kecamatan Piyungan, Kabupaten Bantul, DIY. Problem kemiskinan di desa ini dapat diatasi dengan program pemberdayaan ekonomi secara terintegrasi dan berkesinambungan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah membuka lapangan kerja dan meningkatkan partisipasi warga dalam pembangunan. Tujuan khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah perintisan atau start up bisnis kuliner di Desa Srimartani. Pendekatan yang diterapkan di lapangan berupa inkubator bisnis melalui berbagai pelatihandan kegiatan terkait, yaitu: penyusunan struktur organisasi, penyusunan personil pengelola unit usaha, pelatihan motivasi wirausaha, dan penyiapan promosi usaha berbasis website. Hasil yang sudah ada berupa berdirinya Resto Kaliniti yang promosinya dilakukan melalui website dan media social.

Abstract

Since the covid pandemic entered the DIY area, residents of the community of RW 13, Panembahan Village have been affected. Public opinion decreased. The community service team from UPN veteran Yogyakarta is trying to help overcome this with community empowerment programs through digital business / digital marketing. Continuously and slowly the condition of the people's income can increase again. Promotion through social media is optimized through whatssapp groups, Instagram and market places.

Abstract

This article is the result of institutional research on building model of corporate culture of UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta based on Basic Values of State Defense towards State University Based on Financial Management-Public Service Ageny (PTN PK-BLU. This research belongs to the descriptive research. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 195 respondents and focus group discussions (FGD). The results of the research explained that in general, based on the characteristics of UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta as a state university characterized by State Defense, there needs to be strengthening or development of a new corporate culture at UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta based on the basic values of state defense towards PTN PK-BLU. Corporate culture that needs to be built is Discipline, Struggle, Creativity, Excellence, love for Homeland, Consciousness of have a nation and state, Convinced of Pancasila as the Foundation of the State, Willing to Sacrifice for the Nation and state, possessing initial ability for the state defense, Honesty and Integrity, Learner, and Upholding Meritocracy. To build this culture, there are a number of effort that need to be carried out, namely: involving stakeholders in formulating corporate culture, massive socialization, budgetary support in upholding the corporate culture, sustainable monitoring and evaluation, and building information, and reward and punishment system, which supports the emergence of a new corporate culture.Keywords: corporate culture, Basic Values of state defense

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between destination image, motivation, tourist satisfaction, and tourist loyalty. Data was collected by questionnaire with a sample of 118 tourists who had visited Seribu Batu Songgo Langit tourist destination at least twice with the age of 15-39 years old. SEM analysis is used to test the hypotheses in the proposed conceptual model. Destination Image has a significant influence on Tourist Satisfaction and Tourist Loyalty; Tourist Motivation has a significant influence on Tourist Satisfaction and Tourist Loyalty; Tourist Satisfaction has a significant influence on Tourist Loyalty; Destination Image influence Tourist Loyalty through Tourist Satisfaction; Tourist Motivation influence Tourist Loyalty through Tourist Satisfaction. This study can be useful in the field of tourism/in the area of tourism, both natural and artificial tourism.
