Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence related to the role of balanced scorecard which is used as alternative strategic management system of boarding school. Salafiyah, khalafiyah and modern boarding school serve as sample in this research with random sampling sample selection system. The case study was used as a research method by conducting unstructured interviews and direct observation. The results show that in principle BSC map strategy attributes can be applied in all boarding school, however not all types of boarding school can respond quickly but need to make some adjustments. Modern boarding school most quickly apply the attributes of the BSC's map strategy, khalafiyah boarding school can apply with some adjustments and salafiyah boarding school has not applied at all but interested to make improvements of strategic management system boarding school so that BSC serve as an alternative strategic management system boading school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of commercialization, which is measured by variablessize of loan portfolio, return on equity, leverage, age of MFI, and women clientele on yield rate. The population is all of microfinance institutions in Indonesia registered on Microfinance Information Exchange for the period 2007–20012. Purposive sampling is used to choose the sample and 50 microfinance institutions are found to be sample for five years research. The researcher uses simple linear regression with SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The result shows size of loan portfolio, return on equity, leverage, age of MFI, and women clientele are simultaneously have positive and significant influence on yield rate. It shows that size of loan portfolio has negative and significant influence on yield ratein 10%, ROE has positive and significant influence on yield rate in 1%, age of MFI has negative and significant influence on yield rate in 1%.Leverage and women clientelehas negative butinsignificant influence on yield rate. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen hubungan pelanggan, akses pasar, inovasi dan harga produk pada perkembangan UMKM. Responden penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM di Boyolali yang menggunakan sosial media dalam menjalankan usahanya. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 200, menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 20.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen hubungan pelanggan, akses pasar, inovasi dan harga produk berpengaruh signifikan pada perkembangan UMKM. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu dengan adanya aplikasi sosial media, pelaku usaha mendapatkan kesempatan untuk menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan, mengembangkan bisnisnya dengan cara melakukan perluasan pasar, inovasi dan menentukan harga jual produk. Abstract

Goal of the research is to knowing what satisfaction variabel to mediation influence of service quality and product head to loyalty. The research is to be research with survey method. Population target in the research is Puri Kahuripan Karanganyar customer. Sample that take is 70 people. Analysis method that is used on this research is path analysis. Path analysis is used to test relation cause and effect based on science, theory and assumption can also to this hypothesis testing is done with spss 16. Program to analyze kausalitas relation on structure model that propost. The research result is such as : 1) Quality product is positively and significant effect to satisfaction and loyalty customer of Puri Kahuripan Papahan Karangayar; 2) Customer satisfaction is positively and significant effect to loyalty customer of Puri Kahuripan Papahan Karangayar; 3) The mediation of satisfaction influences product quality variable head to customer loyalty. Abstract

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) berkewajiban untuk melakukan penilaian kesehatan perbankan berdasarkan pada faktor penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank yang telah ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan Bank pada PT. BPR Sinarguna Sejahtera Kartasura periode tahun 2008 – 2012 sesuai Peraturan Pemerintah dilihat dari metode CAMEL. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif dengan cara menggambarkan tingkat kesehatan PT. BPR Sinarguna Sejahtera Kartasura menurut Surat Keputusan Direksi Bank Indonesia nomor 30/12/KEP/DIR dan Surat Edaran Bank Indonesia Nomor 30/3/UPPB tanggal 30 April 1997. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan metode CAMEL dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat kesehatan PT. BPR Sinarguna Sejahtera Kartasura periode tahun 2008-2012 berada pada predikat SEHAT, hal ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah total nilai kredit faktor (NKF) untuk tahun 2008 sebesar 96,54, tahun 2009 sebesar 96,10 dan untuk tahun 2010 sebesar 98,60, tahun 2011 sebesar 96,10 dan untuk tahun 2012 sebesar 98,60 yang nilainya antara 81-100 yang tergolong sehat. Abstract

Customer loyalty will be formed if the consumer was satisfied with the company's service. This shows that customer satisfaction directly affects customer loyalty and customer satisfaction as well as a mediating variable affecting service quality on customer loyalty. This study aimed to analyze the effect of quality of service, complaint handling, image customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all clients of PT. AIA Financial Branch of Surakarta. Sampling technique in this study using a purposive sampling. Methods for collecting data using questionnaires and data analysis methods using Structural Equation Modeling. Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded service quality and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Handling complaints has significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Corporate image has significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty. Handling complaints is positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty. Corporate image is positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of service quality, complaints handling and corporate image on customer loyalty. Abstract

ABSTRACT The research population is customers in the Surakarta city area, from the population randomly taken as many as 130 respondents.The method was used probability sampling.Data collection methods were used interview, questionnaire, and observation.Causal relationships between variables of product, price, location, service and customer satisfaction and their implications for customer loyalty were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis model.Based on the description of the analysis and discussion can be concluded that 1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Surakarta City HIK;2) Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Surakarta City HIK;3) Services have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Surakarta City HIK;4) Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of the customers of Surakarta City HIK;5) Product quality has a negative and significant effect on customer loyalty in Surakarta City HIK because consumer segment is unique and will have an effect if there is a contribution of satisfaction;6) Price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, instead it contributes to satisfaction in reducing the loyalty of HIK customers in Surakarta City;7) Services have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty by reinforced customer satisfaction contributions;8) Product quality has an indirect positive effect on loyalty through satisfaction. Abstract

In recent years the hospitality industry in Surakarta has been rapidly increasing. The number of star hotels jumped from 19 in 2010 to 34 in 2013, and in 2016 to 57 star hotels. The increase has not been matched by the growing number of tourists staying at star-rated hotels, but decreased by 5% over the same period. This condition requires the management to be able to manage well in order to avoid bankruptcy. This study was conducted to test whether there is a difference between the implementation of differentiation strategy between 2 and 3 star hotels that have long standing with new hotels to competitive advantage to win the competition, by using dependent variable: price, service quality, promotion, size and location and independent variable: competitive advantage. To test it using Independent Sample T-test. The result of the research shows that there is no difference in the implementation of price differentiation strategy, service quality, promotion, size and location to get competitive advantage between 2 and 3 star hotels that have long standing with new hotel. This condition will make the customer not stay in certain hotels or customers are not fanatical towards a particular hotel, thus allowing customers to move from one hotel to another hotel to try without feeling any difference / value more than any other hotel they have ever used before to spend the night, so the hotel will only be able to achieve the profits of a standard profit economy only. Based on the above conclusions, hotel management is required to be able to choose the right strategy by developing its competitive advantage based on its own internal resources and management activities to maintain its existence in order to continue to grow and win the competition. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Original Income (OI), General Allocation Fund (GAF) and Human Development Index (HDI) to capital expenditures (CE). This study used a sample of financial statements issued BPS center years 2010-2013 and BPK RI at 2014. This study using purposive sampling method, as the sample selection with total sample 165. The method of analysis using linear regression panel data. This study uses a period of five years 2010-2014. The test results H1 testing shows that PAD positive significant effect on capital expenditure. This may imply that the greater the value of PAD, the greater the value of capital expenditures. While the results of testing H2 and H3 shows that DAU and IPM has no effect on capital expenditure. Abstract

The more developed tourism development has made the tourism sectors compete to improve the marketing of tourism products and make improvements or development in all fields that follow the current era in order to attract tourists. This can be achieved because of the marketing management that is useful to help achieve the desired target by the tourism sector. The definition of tourism is a phenomenon of the movement of people, goods, and services, which is very complex. It is closely related to organizations, institutional and individual relations, service needs, service provision needs, and so on. At this time the products, facilities, facilities and, infrastructure offered by Jurug Park are still relatively not satisfying tourist satisfaction. With the development and ongoing developments currently expected to attract more attention and curiosity of tourists to visit. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion carried out in the previous chapter, some conclusions can be drawn that the product variable has a positive and significant effect on the interest of visiting tourists The price variable has a negative and not significant effect on the interest of visiting tourists; The promotion variable has a negative and not significant effect on tourist interest, location variable has a positive and significant effect on tourist interest in visiting Taru Jurug Wildlife Park.
