Abstract

Customer loyalty is the main issue of this study. In this context, loyalty is allegedly providing long-term profitability for the company. Therefore, marketers need to understand the factors that affect customer loyalty. Regarding that condition, this study constructs a model of loyalty that is expected to explain the phenomenon of customer loyalty in the seed brand Multi Global Agrindo. From the model is constructed, based on the problems that arise are the following (1) Perceptions of product quality directly affect on customer satisfaction. (2) Perceptions of service quality directly affect on customer satisfaction. (3) Certainty moderate the direct affect of perceptions of product quality on customer satisfaction. (4) Certainty moderate the direct affect of perceptions of service quality on customer satisfaction. (5) Satisfaction direct effect on customer loyalty. (6) Certainty moderate the direct affect of satisfaction on customer loyalty. In this study, the sample consisted of 250 respondents who intend to loyal to use the seed brand Multi Global Agrindo. Convenience sampling is a sampling technique chosen. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study suggest that customer loyalty can built by marketers by increasing costumer satisfaction. Satisfaction can be formed by increasing the perception of service quality and perceptions of product quality. Stimulus needed to build the perception of service quality is increase the dimensions of reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, and tangible of service. While the stimulus needed to build the perception of the quality of the product is improve product quality to resist pests and diseases, defenseless wide adaptability, high productivity and yield acceptable fruit by merchant. Another thing that marketers need to know, certainty has no moderating effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Abstract

This study examines the significance of the influence to work discipline, job training and job stress on employee performance, and knows the variables that most influence the performance of PT Pan Rama Vista Garment in Sukoharjo as well. The number of samples is 50 people with sampling techniques using convenience techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23. Analysis on t test obtained t count> t table for work discipline variables and job stress which means that each of these variables individually influences employee performance, but for work training variables t count

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh threat emotion, persepsi kualitas produk, persepsi harga dan promosi pada niat beli produk susu pertumbuhan merek Enfagrow A+. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada seluruh orang tua yang memiliki anak yang mengkonsumsi susu pertumbuhan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 16. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Threat emotion berpengaruh positif pada niat beli produk susu pertumbuhan merek Enfagrow A+. Persepsi kualitas produk berpengaruh positif pada niat beli produk susu pertumbuhan merek Enfagrow A+. Persepsi harga berpengaruh positif pada niat beli produk susu pertumbuhan merek Enfagrow A+. Promosi tidak berpengaruh pada niat beli produk susu pertumbuhan merek Enfagrow A+. Kata kunci: Threat emotion; persepsi kualitas produk; persepsi harga; promosi; niat beli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui, menguji secara empiris dampak media sosial terhadap kinerja bisnis melalui pemasaran berbasis output dan biaya (Studi Pada Toko Roti di Sragen). Metode analisis data yang digunakan antara lain uji istrumen (validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, multikolinieritas, autokorelasi, dan heteroskedastisidas), uji hipotesis (analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi) dan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Media sosial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap pemasaran berbasis output. Media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap biaya. Media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis. Pemasaran berbasis output berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis. Biaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis. Media sosial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis melalui pemasaran berbasis output.Media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis melalui biaya. Abstract

The purpose this study is to examine the effect of communication practice on job satisfaction and organizational commitment mediated by communication satisfaction and to know the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on job performance in the field of education services, Ganesha Operation in Surakarta and Karanganyar. The existence of previous research that found the fully mediated of communication satisfaction on communication practices toward job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and also the recommendation of the previous research motivate researcher to conduct this study. Samples taken were 100 employees of Ganesha Operation in Surakarta, and Karanganyar. Sampling technique of this study is proportional random sampling method. The statistical methods used to test the validity, reliability, and the research hypothesis is regression analysis of Baron and Kenny (1986) and multiple regression analysis. Results of this study indicate that communication practices have a positive effect on communication satisfaction, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The effect of communication practices toward job satisfaction, and organizational commitment were fully mediated by communication satisfaction. In addition job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive effect on job performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi (LPJK) Prov Jateng di Semarang dengan sampel 30 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari item-item pernyataan tentang locus of control, stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan; terdapat pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Locus of Control, Stres Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

McDonald’s in particular McDonald’s Singosaren in Surakarta day by day faces tight competition especially in fast food restaurant. Competitor especially franchise product has filled in Indonesia market. ASEAN free trade cause competition in fast food industry will increase in quality and quantity aspect. To face that competition, McDonald’s as producer which one of the best product is fried chicken should know what factors influence consumer decision making when they buy McDonald’s. We focus on marketing mix that influence consumer decision’s making. Marketing mix is practical marketing tools used by company. The purpose of this research is to test marketing mix variables that influence consumer decision making when they buy McDonald’s. The results of this research show every variables in marketing mix which are product, price, place and promotion has significant influence to consumer decision making to buy Mc Donald’s product. The biggest regression coefficient which score 0.613 0.329 is place and smallest one with regression coefficient score 0.329 is place .The tools for this test is regression analysis Which this research, McDonald’s can develop the advanced strategy to satisfy the customer to that McDonald’s get customer loyalty. With customer loyalty McDonald’s can exist in the tight competition and win the competition. Keywords: marketing mix which are product, price, place and promotion and consumer decision making

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the procedure of PNPM Mandiri Rural fund distribution in two regencies in Central Java region namely Sragen regency, Sukoharjo regency, while East Java region is represented by Madiun Regency and Ngawi Regency. Second year research objective: to find out whether PNPM Mandiri Rural needs to proceed and if continued what needs to be added. The research method used is quantitative research with data collection through questionnaire, indef interview, observation using area sampling and snowball sampling. The result of the research is the distribution procedure has been run well. The occurrence of irregularities due to difficult field conditions to meet the criteria of the program, the performance of UMKM beneficiaries both in Central Java and East Java became better than before and the performance of MSMEs in Central Java better than MSMEs in East Java after receiving business capital assistance from PNPM. PNPM Mandiri program should be resumed even with different names. Key words: Poverty, PNPM Mandiri

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Profitability, corporate governance (board size) and Capital Structure to Price to book value (PBV) which is a measurement of company value. This study uses Ordinary Least Square (OLS) test. The sample used is a non-financial company in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 until 2016. Variables tested in this research is the development of variables used by Sri Hermuningsih, (2013). Company value is used as a dependent variable. The result of this research mentioned that there is a positive and significant correlation between variable net profit margin (Profitability) to company value, while for capital structure variable and board size have negative relation and insignificant with company value. Keywords: corporate value, corporate governance, profitability, capital structure.
