Abstract

Abstract:Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) is one of the largest Islamic-based parties in Indonesia. Ahead of the 2019 general election, PKS received an internal solidity endurance test and externally as the government's opposition. PKS requires communicative performance to improve its image in the 2019 election. Departing from these problems, researchers are interested in knowing how the PKS communicative performance in the 2019 legislative elections and the PKS Political Public Relations Approach in the 2019 elections. This research uses the main theories of communicative performance, which Michael Pacanowsky and Nick O'Donnell-Trujillo and the concept of Public Relations Politics to explain the management of the PKS image in the 2019 legislative elections. This study uses qualitative research methods, with library studies, documentation, and interviews. Besides, this research also uses the Norman Fairclough critical paradigm approach. The object of this research study is the board of the Central Prosperous Justice Party (DPP PKS) Board of Representatives and PKS Legislative Members in the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR). The findings of this research indicate, Communicative Performance of PKS in the 2019 Election in Ritual Performance, each party's decision making is collective. Political Public Relations Approach is not maximized in a political marketing approach, and it needs its management to improve the image of PKS. The results of this study indicate that PKS is weak in issue management, and PKS Communicative Performance in the 2019 elections is quite good even though the performance of persuasion is less effective. Also, the Persuasive Political approach is less effective for PKS.Keywords: Image Management, Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), 2019 Elections  Abstrak:Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) adalah salah satu partai berbasis Islam terbesar di Indonesia. Menjelang Pemilu 2019, PKS mendapatkan uji ketahanan internal soliditas dan secara eksternal sebagai oposisi pemerintah. PKS menuntut kinerja komunikatif untuk meningkatkan citranya di Pemilu 2019. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja komunikatif PKS pada Pemilu Legislatif 2019 dan Pendekatan Humas Politik PKS pada Pemilu 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori utama kinerja komunikatif yaitu Michael Pacanowsky dan Nick O'Donnell-Trujillo serta konsep Public Relations Politics untuk menjelaskan pengelolaan citra PKS pada Pemilu Legislatif 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan studi pustaka, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggunakan pendekatan paradigma kritis Norman Fairclough. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengurus Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Partai Keadilan Sejahtera Pusat (DPP PKS) dan Anggota Legislatif PKS di Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Indonesia (DPR). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan, Kinerja Komunikatif PKS pada Pemilu 2019 dalam Pelaksanaan Ritual, pengambilan keputusan masing-masing pihak bersifat kolektif. Pendekatan Political Public Relations belum dimaksimalkan dalam pendekatan pemasaran politik, dan perlu pengelolaannya untuk meningkatkan citra PKS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PKS lemah dalam pengelolaan isu, dan Kinerja Komunikatif PKS pada Pemilu 2019 cukup baik meskipun kinerja persuasi kurang efektif. Selain itu, pendekatan Politik Persuasif kurang efektif untuk PKS.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Citra, Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS), Pemilu 2019

Abstract

Abstracts:Natural laws are vague and metaphysical, but that does not mean they are permanently stuck in the clouds. And when natural law is thought to exist only in the cloud, there would be no gain that can be gained from the positive law that applies in a region. However, as fundamental principles of natural law come to the fore in the way that their rules are converted into actual situations, the advantages of new natural laws are of considerable value to mankind. The composition of this paper employs a qualitative analysis process with a literary approach from a variety of literatures. The findings of the study suggest that it is important to restore democracy on the basis of moral norms.Keywords: Values, Democracy, Rules of Justice  Abstrak     :              Hukum alam bersifat abstrak dan teoritis, namun tidak berarti bahwa hukum alam selamanya tergantung di awang-awang. Sebab ketika hukum alam dianggap hanya ada di awang-awang, maka akan tidak banyak manfaatnya yang dapat dipetik oleh hukum positif yang berlaku di suatu Negara. Akan tetapi, ketika kaidah hukum alam yang abstrak turun ke membumi dalam arti kaidah-kaidahnya diejawantahkan ke dalam kasus-kasus konkret, maka manfaatnya hukum alam baru sangat terasa manfaatnya bagi umat manusia. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan dari beberapa literatur. Abstract

AbstractThe world is confronted with the COVID-19 pandemic which devastated social activities, the economic sector, politics, and even education. Countries that are threatened by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic are making various efforts to tackle the outbreak of the deadly virus. The concept of government transparency plays a key role in providing effective decision making for public policy outputs in rapid response to COVID-19 response. Transparency Analysis in this research is public policy in various countries, such as China, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Canada, which have successfully applied the concept of transparency to realize a system of good governance. This research aims to be lessons from other countries for national strategies, especially Indonesia in tackling the COVID-19 Pandemic. This research method is a comparative study with learning experience as a media analysis with a literature review.Keywords: Transparency, Public Policy, National Strategy, Pandemic, COVID-19 AbstrakDunia sedang diperhadapkan dengan pandemi COVID-19 yang meluluhlantakkan aktivitas sosial, sektor ekonomi, politik, bahkan pendidikan. Negara-negara yang terancam terkena dampak pandemi COVID-19 melakukan berbagai upaya untuk menanggulangi wabah dari virus mematikan tersebut. Konsep transparansi pemerintah memainkan peran kunci dalam memberikan decision making yang efektif bagi output kebijakan publik dalam aksi cepat tanggap penanggulangan COVID-19. Analisis Transparansi dalam penelitian ini adalah kebijakan publik di berbagai negara, seperti Tiongkok, Korea Selatan, Taiwan, Vietnam, dan Kanada yang berhasil menerapkan konsep transparansi untuk mewujudkan sistem good governance. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjadi lessons dari negara lain bagi strategi nasional, khususnya Indonesia dalam menanggulangi Pandemi COVID-19. Abstract

AbstractTrading is a fabric of our lives, where lending and borrowing has become a contemporaneous product.  What remains constantly changing is the models and means in the transaction.  In this day and age, banks issues loans through credit cards to clients for financial transactions with fixed maturity dates and balance limits.  Cardholders will be penalized for late payment should the due amount is not settled within the given grace period.  Another example in trading activity is when a company seeks public loan funding to cover investment projects.  The capital transaction is offered in an exchange of returns in interests and derivatives awarded to participating clients for certain contract durations.  These are called interest-based banks. Since the beginning of Islam, Prophet Muhammad, Peace be upon him, prohibited this practice, which at the time was engaged by his uncle, Al-Abbas. Prophet Muhammad, Peace be upon him, firmly said: "The first usury I eliminated was the usury belonging to my uncle al-Abbâs". Islamic Sharia strictly forbids charging additional fees for loans given to borrowers. What is permissible is a business agreement is via capital cooperation and profit-sharing, following a mutual contract, and not by levying loan charges in form of additional fees.  This paper examines the problems from the perspectives of Islamic law by presenting the opinions of the schools of Fiqh and making comparisons based on the literature from each school of thought.Keywords: Loan, Interest, Ribâ, Syarîˊat, Companion of Prophet Abstrak:Dalam interaksi dagang, pinjam-meminjam tidak dapat dilepaskan dari aktifitas manusia. Sejak dulu model ini sudah ada sezaman dengan keberadaan manusia. Yang berubah hanya sarana dan model. Di zaman ini, pinjaman bank berupa kartu kredit yang memberikan pinjaman dana kepada nasabahnya untuk dipakai dalam transaksi keuangan dengan limit tertentu dan jangka waktu tertentu. Apabila waktu yang ditetapkan berakhir, maka nasabah dikenakan denda dengan kewajiban membayar uang yang dipinjamkan ditambah denda atas keterlambatan. Contoh lain, perusahaan besar membutuhkan dana besar untuk proyek bisnisnya. Ia memerlukan tambahan modal, lalu menawarkan kepada public untuk memberikan pinjaman dalam waktu yang ditentukan dengan perjanjian akan memberi imbalan berupa “bunga” atas keikut-sertaan itu. Inilah yang disebut dengan pinjaman berbunga. Sejak awal Islam, praktik ini dilarang oleh Rasul yang dulu dijalankan oleh pamannya sendiri al-Abbas. Dengan tegas Rasul mengatakan: “Riba pertama yang kuhapus ialah riba pamanku al-Abbas”. Syari’at Islam melarang keras untuk mengenakan biaya tambahan atas pinjaman yang diberikan kepada peminjam. Yang dibolehkan ialah perjanjian bisnis dengan bentuk kerjasama permodalan dan pembagian keuntungan sesuai kesepakatan, bukan pembebanan atas pinjaman dengan mengenakan tambahan biaya atas pinjaman. Makalah ini menelaah masalah tersebut dari sudut pandang Hukum Islam dengan menampilkan pendapat mazhab-mazhab Fiqh dan melakukan perbandingan berdasarkan literatur masing-masing mazhab.Kata kunci : Pinjaman, Riba, Bunga, Syariˊat, Sahabat Nabi.

Abstract

Abstract. The research problems about phenomena of the difficulty in seeing performance achievements and performance measurements at State Islamic University (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has difficulty making decisions in performance management, because before using the KPI, Its used budget management in performance appraisal and measurement. This research uses a qualitative method of field study with a phenomenological approach. Research objects are the experiences of the use of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) pattern on the KPI of the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in 2018. After its existence of the Main KPI using the BSC. The results of the KPI are taken into consideration for performance evaluation by stakeholders at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in achieving the organization's vision. This performance appraisal and performance measurement can serve as a reference for performance achievements for Higher Education Rankings at the national and international level, Government Institution Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP), Strategic Plan (Renstra) and Campus Development Master Plan (RIBKA) or Milestones by looking at indicators, targets and size of the report.Keywords: Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Performance Measurement, Cascade. Abstrak. Fenomena yang diteliti pada UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta adalah sulitnya melihat capaian kinerja dan pengukuran kinerja. Oleh karena itu, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta kesulitan mengambil keputusan dalam manajemen kinerja, sebelum menggunakan IKU, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta menggunakan manajemen anggaran dalam penilaian dan pengukuran kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif studi lapangan dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Yang diteliti adalah pengalaman pola penggunaan Balanced Scorecard (BSC) IKU atau Key Performance Indicator (KPI) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta tahun 2018. Setelah adanya IKU di UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta dengan menggunakan Balanced Scorecard (BSC). penilaian kinerja dan ukuran kinerja ini bisa sebagai acuan capaiaan kinerja untuk Perangkingan Perguruan Tinggi di tingkat nasional maupun internasional, Laporan Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintahan (LAKIP), Rencana Strategis (Renstra) dan Rencana Induk Pengembangan Kampus (RIBKA) atau Milestones dengan melihat indikator, target dan ukuran pada lapran tersebut.Kata Kunci: Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU), Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Pengukuran Kinerja, Cascade.

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis addresses the classification of knowledge by Ibn Sina. The goal of this thesis was to decide the classification of knowledge according to Ibn Sina and to what degree the position and effect of Ibn Sina's thinking on the growth of science in Islam. This research is a qualitative literature-based study (library research). The method used is analytical, qualitative, with the goal of presenting a definition or explaining the present reality or what is happening or the current reality of the object under study. The results of this study show that the classification of knowledge according to Ibn Sina divides knowledge into two, namely theoretical knowledge (hikmah nadzariah) which seeks to purify the soul through ma'rifat. What this information requires is the discussion of the questions of metaphysics (divinity), mathematics (riyadhiyah) and physics (thabi'iyah). Second, the functional sciences ('Amaliah'). Included in the area of practical science, such as ethics (Khuluqiyah), regulating family relationships in the household, economics (Tadbir al-Manzil), regulating the association of people within the state (Tadbir al-Madinah) and prophethood (syari'ah).Keywords; Ibn Sina, Classification of Science, theoretical science, practical science. AbstrakStudi ini membahas tentang klasifikasi ilmu menurut Ibn Sina. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui klasifikasi ilmu menurut Ibn Sina dan sejauh mana peran dan pengaruh pemikiran Ibn Sina terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dalam Islam. Studi merupakan studi kualitatif berbasis kepustakaan (library research). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memberi gambaran atau mendeskripsikan kenyataan yang ada atau apa yang terjadi atau kenyataan sebenarnya pada obyek yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa klasifikasi ilmu menurut Ibn Sina ilmu terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu ilmu teoritis (hikmah nadzariyah) bertujuan untuk membersihkan jiwa melalui ma’rifat. Yang termasuk ilmu ini adalah membahas masalah-masalah metafisika (ketuhanan), matematika (riyadhiyah), dan fisika (thabi’iyah). Kedua, ilmu-ilmu praktis (‘Amaliyah). Termasuk dalam bidang ilmu-ilmu praktis seperti etika (Khuluqiyah), mengatur pergaulan keluarga dalam rumah tangga, ekonomi (Tadbir al-Manzil), mengatur pergaulan umat dalam negara (Tadbir al-Madinah) dan kenabian (syari’ah).Kata Kunci; Ibn Sina, Klasifikasi Ilmu, Ilmu teoritis, ilmu praktis.

Abstract

AbstractIslam is the way of life. And the Islamic education system is called a holistic approach to learning as it was in the early days of Islamic civilization. Islamic education, therefore, is considered and placed in a very noble position as it emphasizes the importance of the acquisition and dissemination of knowledge over other human activities. The background of this article sets out to assess the Challenges of Islamic Education in the 21st Century by bringing up some brief literature and analysis. In this article there are several topics related to the nature of Islamic education in Islamic education, the reality of Islamic education, Reform of Islamic education in the 21st century in the sectoral sector, curriculum, strengthening human resources, the Islamization of science by embodying Islamic values in science as part of education, the development and strengthening of Soft skills and management as well as entrepreneurial spirit is an inevitable need. But all of that will be able to work well and even become a force for the revival of the Islamic ummah if moral learning and gratitude for everything become the foundation for all reforms carried out in Islamic Education in the 21st Century and beyond.Keywords: Islamic Education, 21st Century, Challenge Abstrak Islam adalah cara hidup. Dan sistem pendidikan Islam disebut dengan pendekatan pembelajaran holistik seperti pada masa-masa awal peradaban Islam. Pendidikan Islam, oleh karena itu, dianggap dan ditempatkan pada posisi yang sangat mulia karena menekankan pentingnya perolehan dan penyebaran pengetahuan atas aktivitas manusia lainnya. Artikel ini dilatarbelakangi untuk mengkaji Tantangan Pendidikan Islam di Abad 21 dengan mengemukakan beberapa literatur dan analisis singkat. Pada artikel ini terdapat beberapa topik yang berkaitan dengan hakikat pendidikan Islam dalam pendidikan Islam, Realitas pendidikan Islam, Reformasi pendidikan Islam abad 21 pada sektor sektoral, kurikulum, penguatan sumber daya manusia, Islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan dengan mewujudkan Islam. nilai-nilai dalam ilmu pengetahuan sebagai bagian dari pendidikan, pengembangan dan penguatan Soft skill dan manajemen serta jiwa kewirausahaan merupakan kebutuhan yang tak terelakkan. Namun semua itu akan mampu berjalan dengan baik bahkan menjadi kekuatan bagi kebangkitan umat Islam jika pembelajaran akhlak dan rasa syukur atas segala hal menjadi landasan bagi semua reformasi yang dilakukan dalam Pendidikan Islam di abad 21 dan seterusnya.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Islam, Abad 21, Tantangan

Abstract

AbstractThe Covid-19 corona virus has spread to the Bogor regency, which is the buffer zone of the capital city of Jakarta. Therefore, the Indonesian Ulema Council of Bogor Regency needs to respond to this emergency situation by providing insights related to the attitude of worship of Muslims, both the obligation to Friday prayers, praying in congregation in the mosque, as well as handling the deadly infected with the corona covid-19 virus. The method of writing this article uses a literary approach, namely from the books of Turats, in addition to referring to the propositions of the Koran and al-Hadith. With the religious views of the Bogor Regency MUI it is expected to be able to provide an overview for the people of Bogor in particular and to the Indonesian public in general in dealing with the Cobid-19 pandemic coronavirus.Keywords: Outlook, Indonesian Ulema Council, Bogor Regency AbstrakPenyebaran virus corona Covid-19 telah menyebar ke wilayah Kabupaten Bogor, yang merupakan daerah penyanggah Ibukota Jakarta. Oleh karena, Majelis Ulama Indonesia Kabupaten Bogor perlu menyikapi kondisi darurat ini dengan memberikan pandangan terkait sikap peribadatan umat Islam, baik itu kewajiban shalat jumat, shalat berjamaah di masjid, maupun penanganan mayit terinfeksi virus corona covid-19. Metode penulisan artikel ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan literatur, yaitu dari kitab-kitab turats, selain merujuk kepada dalil al-Quran dan al-Hadits. Abstract

This study examines the effect of ice breaking on students' interest in learning Indonesian in class IV MI Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis. The first main problem in this study is the lack of interest in learning Indonesian for fourth grade students. The second main problem is what types of ice breaking are suitable for Indonesian language lessons, and finally, I want to know whether there is an effect of ice breaking on the interest in learning Indonesian in the fourth grade students of MI Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis. This study aims to determine the interest in learning Indonesian in fourth grade students, this study was also conducted to determine what types of ice breaking are suitable for Indonesian lessons, and to find out whether ice breaking has an effect on the interest in learning Indonesian in fourth grade students at MI Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis. The research method in this study is using a quantitative approach, with observation, questionnaires, and documentation techniques. The population in this study were fourth grade students of MI Muhammadiyah, and the samples of this study were 15 students of class A as the experimental class and 15 students of class B as the control class. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of ice breaking on the interest in learning Indonesian for fourth grade students, it can be seen that the results of a simple linear regression test show a significance value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence between the independent variables on the control variable, the magnitude of the influence between the variables is 70%. The results of hypothesis testing the value of Asymp.Sig. (2-tailled) of 0.002 <0.05, it is said that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Ice breaking that is relevant in learning Indonesian is ice breaking which is planned in advance and collaborated with the material to be taught.Keywords: Ice Breaking, Interest in Learning, Indonesian AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh ice breaking terhadap minat belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa pada kelas IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis. Pokok masalah utama pada penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya minat belajar Bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas IV. Permasalahan selanjutnya yaitu jenis ice breaking apa yang cocok untuk pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, dan terakhir ingin mengetahui pengaruh ice breaking terhadap minat belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV MI Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV pada MI Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis., penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui jenis ice breaking apa saja yang cocok untuk pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, dan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh ice breaking terhadap minat belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV MI Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV MI Muhammadiyah, dan sampelnya yaitu 15 siswa kelas A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 15 siswa kelas B sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh ice breaking yang signifikan terhadap minat belajar Bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas IV. Hasil uji regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan nilai signifikansi yaitu Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel kontrol sebesar 70%. Hasil uji hipotesis nilai Asymp.Sig. (2-tailled) sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 maka dikatakan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Ice breaking yang relevan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yaitu ice breaking yang direncanakan terlebih dahulu dan dikolaborasikan dengan materi yang akan diajarkan.Kata kunci: Ice Breaking, Minat Belajar, Bahasa Indonesia

Abstract

Education is one of stages that must be passed in sharping the owned skill. Moreover in the 21st century, where every human is required to have the skill in their field, thus it is must be anticipated started from the childhood namely through primary education level. The main problem of this research how was the teachers’ effort in improving students’ cognitive skill through the basics of 21st century skill and how was the result of students’ cognitive skill improvement after the learning process was done. The purpose of this research was to find out what efforts done by teachers in improving the cognitive understanding skill of grade  V students during teaching and learning process activity and to find out the result of students’ cognitive skill improvement. The method used in this research was qualitative  descriptive where all problems existed would be discussed clearly. The techniques of data collection were observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects of this research were teachers of grade V MI Daarul Hikmah Tangerang. The results of this research showed that the effort done by teacher in overcoming the development occurred was by focusing on the three aspects of learning namely utilization of technology, usage of PAIKEM method in the KBM process and problem based learning. While the result obtained in the students’ cognitive improvement was increased from the previous score namely 1.840 to be 2.070.Keywords: Teacher, Students, Cognitive, The 21st Century
