Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss a cooperative model of unproductive land use using a sharia-based cooperation system. This is done to improve the well-being of Indonesian farmers. This study employs the descriptive analysis method to examine a variety of relevant works of literature, journals, textbooks, and documents. Data analysis based on Miles and Huberman's theory. This research found that the use of unproductive lands is a divine command because God wants this earth to provide prosperity for humans. Agricultural products, which are the main products of land use, are the source of economic life for the majority of Indonesians. The agricultural sector also provides a large share of GDP and can survive in various conditions. However, agriculture has not been able to lift the dignity of farmers from poverty. As an agricultural country, Indonesia still has 12 million unproductive lands that can be optimized for use through sharia-based collaboration. With the help of capital, experts, and government support, it is possible to achieve the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely, no poverty and hunger by 2030, and a prosperous society.

Abstract

Education is one of stages that must be passed in sharping the owned skill. Moreover in the 21st century, where every human is required to have the skill in their field, thus it is must be anticipated started from the childhood namely through primary education level. The main problem of this research how was the teachers’ effort in improving students’ cognitive skill through the basics of 21st century skill and how was the result of students’ cognitive skill improvement after the learning process was done. The purpose of this research was to find out what efforts done by teachers in improving the cognitive understanding skill of grade  V students during teaching and learning process activity and to find out the result of students’ cognitive skill improvement. The method used in this research was qualitative  descriptive where all problems existed would be discussed clearly. The techniques of data collection were observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects of this research were teachers of grade V MI Daarul Hikmah Tangerang. The results of this research showed that the effort done by teacher in overcoming the development occurred was by focusing on the three aspects of learning namely utilization of technology, usage of PAIKEM method in the KBM process and problem based learning. While the result obtained in the students’ cognitive improvement was increased from the previous score namely 1.840 to be 2.070.Keywords: Teacher, Students, Cognitive, The 21st Century

Abstract

This article discusses the practice of smallholders in Mekarjaya Village, Gantar District, Indramayu Regency purchasing and selling land owned by Perhutani in accordance with Islamic law. Perhutani BKPH Haurgeulis, Mekarjaya Village Government, and smallholders were observed in the field to collect data for this qualitative descriptive study. Interviewing, observation, and documentation studies are methods of data collection. According to the findings of the study, farmers in Mekarjaya Village purchased and disposed of arable land through secret agreements or without the knowledge of the landowner (Perhutani). The buying and selling is accomplished by making direct offers to interested parties, who then determine the desired price. If both parties agree, the transaction is completed with a receipt as evidence. Because the object being traded does not belong to the seller, the practice of buying and selling does not meet the criteria. This practice is prohibited by Islamic law because it violates the terms and conditions of buying and selling.Keywords: Buying and selling; Cultivated Land; Islamic law AbstrakArtikel ini mendiskusikan tentang praktik jual beli tanah garapan milik Perhutani oleh para petani penggarap di Desa Mekarjaya Kecamatan Gantar Kabupaten Indramayu ditinjau dari kacamata Hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui studi lapangan terhadap pihak Perhutani BKPH Haurgeulis, Pemerintah Desa Mekarjaya, dan petani penggarap. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa praktik jual beli tanah garapan oleh petani Desa Mekarjaya dilakukan dengan akad bawah tangan atau tanpa sepengetahuan pihak pemilik tanah (Perhutani). Jual beli tersebut dilakukan dengan cara menawarkan langsung kepada yang berminat kemudian mereka menentukan harga yang dikehendaki. Jika kedua belah pihak setuju maka transaksi dilakukan dengan bukti kwitansi. Praktik jual beli tersebut tidak memenuhi syarat khususnya dalam objek yang diperjualbelikan, karena bukan milik si penjual. Dalam pandangan Hukum Islam praktik tersebut tidak diperbolehkan karena adanya pelanggaran mengenai ketentuan dan syarat-syarat jual beli.Kata Kunci: Jual beli; Tanah Garapan; Hukum Islam

Abstract

The growth in property sales volume starting at the end of 2020 has decreased due to the emergence of the pandemic. In order to support the recovery of the property market, the government has taken various ways to make it happen, which can be used by property business players to maximize sales and determine sharia marketing strategy policies for property products thus they can survive and continue to grow during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on this background, the writer was interested in researching the implementation of sharia marketing strategies and conducting a SWOT analysis at PT Reswara Makmur Propertindo. The research method used in this study was a combination of library research and field research with a qualitative approach. The results of the study showed that the company has fulfilled the characteristics of sharia marketing and has implemented a sharia marketing mix in marketing products/house units. From the results of the evaluation of the Internal External matrix, it obtained a value of (2.30 ; 2.70), which means that the company occupies a stable or growing position. The strategy that can be taken is a horizontal integration strategy or not making any changes to the strategy. A horizontal integration strategy can be carried out by increasing the size of the company, and increasing sales, profits, and potential market of the company. Meanwhile, the results of the SWOT quadrant analysis show that the company is at coordinates (0.70 ; 1.00), namely quadrant 1. The priority strategy that can be applied by the company is the S-O strategy, namely increasing market share by targeting the millennial generation as the target market, creating products with innovations that can accommodate the needs and desires of the millennial generation, maximizing the function of the marketing office for personal selling, providing understanding to consumers through social media content regarding government stimulus in the property sector..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan beberapa sistem budidaya udang vaname di Losarang Indramayu dengan manajemen pengelolaan yang berbeda mulai dari komponen tambak, air, benih, pakan, hingga sistem usaha penanganan produksi udang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Kolam sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 4 kolam. Sumber data adalah pemilik dan/atau pengelola tambak udang sebanyak 4 orang, yaitu masing-masing 2 pengelola sistem budidaya udang tradisional, dan 1 pengelola tambak percobaan super intensif 1 orang pengelola. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi data dan teknis analisis data menggunakan analisis kategorisasi komparatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah produktivitas budidaya sistem tradisional (kolam 1 dan 2) adalah 0,0175 kg/m2, sistem intensif (kolam 3) adalah 0,667 kg/m2 dan sistem super intensif (kolam 4) adalah 3,364 kg/m2. m2. Nilai ekonomi budidaya tradisional 54,125%, sistem intensif 11,54% dan super intensif 433% selama 3 bulan. Dengan demikian, sistem budidaya super intensif memiliki produktivitas dan nilai ekonomi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan sistem budidaya lainnya.

Abstract

Ilmu sharaf dasar merupakan salah satu cabang ilmu bahasa Arab sebagai awal dalam memahami perubahan kata bahasa Arab. Di era digital ini berbagai macam ilmu dapat diakses dan ditemukan di internet, sehingga banyak sekali yang membentuk kelas-kelas keilmuan atau ajang dakwah agar bermanfaat bagi masyarakat luas. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan prestasi belajar peserta didik antara metode program SAIN dan program BISA dalam pelajaran ilmu sharaf dasar. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 sampel dari 100 sampel populasi yang diambil dari masing-masing program dengan teknik random sampling. Penelitian ini fokus mengkaji pada prestasi belajar dan menganalisisnya dengan menghitung uji t (independent sample t-test) dengan taraf 50% (0,05) dengan bantuan SPSS for windows ver 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar para peserta didik dalam bidang ilmu sharaf dasar dari masing-masing dua metode program tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi data memiliki sig. Levene’s test for equality 087 (0,087) dan nilai sig. 2-tailed 0,641 dan 0,642.

Abstract

Islamic Engagement Law is part of Islamic Law in the field of muamalah which manages human behavior in running their economy relationship. In this digital era, many business actor utilizes online transportation. One of online transportations is Go-Jek which in it there is Go-Food facility which ease the customers to order food via online. The problem context in this research was how the implementation of Go-Food eas at Gepuk Chicken Restaurant of Mr. Gembus Kunciran Pakujaya, driver and consumers, and how was the Islamic law review on the implementation of this transaction. This research was included into field research that was conducted at Gepuk Chicken Restaurant of Mr. Gembus, driver of Go-jek and Go-food, and consumers. To obtain valid data, primary and secondary data were employed. The data collection methods were interview, observation, and documentation. After the data were collected, then they were analyzed by using qualitative method with thinking method inductively. Based on the research result, the customer ordered the food using Go-food application, then total price appears, the price appears is more expensive compared to when the customer buy the food by themselves at the restaurant because of the price registered by the restaurant at Go food has been taxed 20% from the real price, then Go-food party will seek the nearest driver, the driver will confirm the order to the customer and buy the food ordered by the customer, then the driver pays for the food then deliver it to the customer’s location, the customer pays the order with the cost fee of the driver which is determined by Go-food party in accordance with the distance. The implementation of this Go-food transaction is concluded into ijarah agreement between the driver and customer, while the commerce agreement occurs between the customer and the restaurant party. Both agreements can be categorized into wakalah bil ujrah agreement. The driver represented the customer to buy the food and obtain fee for it. About the tax imposed for the food price in Go-food is the evidence of promotion service rent that must given by the restaurant to Go-food party. This has fulfilled the pillar and requirements of commerce in order to be hindered from gharar and riba element and also strongly suitable with the syara’ regulation namely clear quality and quantity of the goods until it is enough with the order, therefore it is allowed in Islamic law.

Abstract

Management and management of waqf in Indonesia is still a cause for concern. As a result, quite a lot of waqf assets have been neglected in their management, and some waqf assets have even been lost. The aims of this study were: 1) to find out the description of collective waqf management at the Dharma Kasih Foundation, East Jakarta. 2) to obtain an explanation regarding the Islamic Law review of the collective waqf process carried out by the East Jakarta Dharma Kasih Foundation. This research is a qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The type of this research is field research. Data collection techniques were carried out in 3 ways, namely: 1) interviews, 2) observation, 3) documentation. The results of the study are (1) the management of the collective waqf of the East Jakarta Dharma Kasih Foundation, namely for land acquisition for the expansion of the foundation and the construction of the foundation's prayer room. It was recorded that there were 122 w?qifs for land acquisition for the foundation and 137 w?qifs for the construction of the foundation's prayer room. (2) Collective endowments for expanding the land of the East Jakarta Dharma Kasih Foundation for mosques and building a prayer room in accordance with Islamic law are permitted. Judging from the perspective of fiqh, it has fulfilled the pillars and conditions, namely w?qif (a person who donates property), mauquf bih (goods or property that is donated), mauquf'alaih (the party who is given waqf / designation of waqf), shighat (a statement or pledge of w?qif as a will to donate part of their property). In the perspective of the waqf law, the waqf elements have also been fulfilled, namely waqif, nazhir, waqf assets, waqf pledges, allotment of waqf assets and the waqf period.

Abstract

In zakat there are two dimensions of worship, namely the vertical dimension which is the relationship between Muslims and Allah SWT, and the horizontal dimension where a Muslim will always be in touch with other Muslims. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of receiving zakat infaq and shodaqoh at the Al Muhajirin Mosque, Complex of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Caraka Bhuwana, and to determine the role of the amil zakat, infaq and shodaqoh institutions at the Al Muhajirin Mosque, Complex, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Caraka Bhuwana, in improving the community's economy. This study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is field research and the nature of the research uses a descriptive approach. Sources of research data are primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study 1) The practice of managing zakat infaq and shodaqoh at the Al Muhajirin Mosque, Complex of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Caraka Bhuwana, is quite good by using management principles, namely planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. 2) The role of the amil zakat infaq and shodaqoh institutions at the Al Muhajirin Mosque, namely: (1) in the religious sector, providing assistance to Koran teachers and Al-Quran assistance to children. (2) in the education sector, namely providing educational scholarships (3) in the economic sector, namely providing financial assistance for small businesses.

Abstract

Buying and selling and farming is one of the commodities of Indonesian society. Especially in rural areas, such as the Kasomalang village community. On average, the people of Kasomalang village earn as farmers. such as rice, vegetables and fruits. The majority of farmers in Kasomalang village grow pineapples, because the area is very suitable for planting pineapples because the area has not too hot weather and is highland. The purpose of this study was to find out the practice of buying and selling with the Tebas system in Kasomalang village and to find out the review of Islamic law on the practice of buying and selling pineapples with the Tebas system in Kasomalang village. The method used in this research is qualitative research. The approach taken in this research is empirical juridical, namely legal research regarding the enforcement or implementation of legal provisions. The data sources in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study are: 1) The practice of buying and selling pineapple slashing systems in Kosamalang Village, Subang, West Java, uses an oral contract, after the contract has occurred, the slasher gives a down payment, then the payment will be made when the pineapple is ready to be harvested. This has become the custom of the village. 2) The sale and purchase of pineapples in Kosamalang Village, Subang, West Java, is reviewed in terms of Islamic law, the sale and purchase is valid because it meets the pillars and conditions of the sale and purchase, namely in the second contract where the object of the sale and purchase is clear in terms of shape, and the agreed price.
