<![CDATA[The change in the service system from the general customer category to the BPJS Health participant category resulted in a decrease in the number of visits by general participants and an increase in visits by BPJS Health participants. This research aims to formulate a strategy for the development of the Klinik Pratama YAPIDA, Gunung Putri, Kabupaten Bogor based on an analysis of patient service’s satisfaction. Research data was collected through a service quality questionnaire as developed, which consists of 5 (five) dimensions: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The data analysis technique uses a combination of Servqual analysis approach, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approach, and Structural Equation Model (SEM). The research’s result shows that based by the use of the combination of the three analytical approaches, there is a linearity in the strategic direction of the Klinik Pratama YAPIDA development to maintain sustainability and increase the grade of the Clinic, which is improving service quality in aspects of 1) Nurse’s responsiveness, 2) responsiveness of the pharmacist, and 3) clinical service officer. Based on this analysis, the managerial implications require the YAPIDA Primary Clinic Management to formulate a service quality development strategy by improving the three service attributes.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and profitability on firm value with corporate governance as the moderating variable. With the existence of corporate governance as a moderating variable, it is expected to make company managers to choose and decide on investment decisions, funding decisions and profitability correctly. This research was conducted on companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014 to 2018. The study tested samples using the purposive sampling method on 10 companies in the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sectors from 50 financial statements that were observed. The independent variables consist of market book value, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets, while the dependent variable is price book value, and the moderating variable is managerial ownership. Test analysis using multiple linear regression using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software. The results of the analysis show that the investment decision variables and funding decisions have a positive effect on firm value. While the profitability variable has no effect on firm value, and the corporate governance variable does not moderate the influence between investment decisions, funding decisions, and profitability on firm value.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to be able to implement inclusive education policies for Children with Special Needs in Subang Regency, West Java. Children with special needs are someone who has special physical limitations, such as visually impaired, mentally retarded, ADHD, and others. In Indonesia, children with special needs can continue their education to Extraordinary Schools (SLB) where these schools have skilled teachers and are able to provide motivation to learn for students with special needs. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This study describes the policies relating to children with special needs. The data collection techniques required are several policy documents regarding children with special needs in Subang district. After document analysis, the data analysis technique used is the content analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of inclusive education policies in Subang, school as an environment that plays a major role in changes in ABK students requires support from all parties. The role of parents, special schools, experts, universities, special schools, and the government is still considered minimal. School facilities such as facilities and infrastructure are also still limited.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to 1) To examine the communication of the educational zoning policy for the acceptance of new students in the city of Makassar, 2) To describe the implementation of the educational zoning policy for the acceptance of new students in the city of Makassar, 3) To describe the pattern of mass communication in the education zoning policy on the acceptance of participants. new students in Makassar city. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. The results showed that 1) the communication of the educational zoning policy for the acceptance of new students was deemed to be less effective, 2) The implementation of the zoning policy for New Student Admissions is considered less effective, 3) The mass communication pattern in the zoning policy for new student education in Makassar is considered effective. <![CDATA[The determination to move the capital city to Eastern Indonesia is expected to reduce inequality and realize sustainable development in Indonesia, as well as create a new capital city that is in accordance with the nation's identity. This study aims to determine the effect of the economic condition and the psychological condition of the community on the government's readiness in the development of the National Capital City (IKN). To achieve the research objectives used associative quantitative research. The population in this research is the people on the island of Kalimantan. The selected sample is 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the economic and psychological conditions of the community had a positive and significant effect on the government's readiness to develop IKN. Meanwhile, simultaneously only economic conditions have a positive and significant impact on the government's readiness to develop IKN. This research is a new thing with a new discussion that relates the economic condition and the psychological condition of the community, especially regarding what is currently a trending topic in the community, namely the development of the nation's capital city.]]>

<![CDATA[Character education is integrated by the 2013 curriculum, so teachers are required to apply character education in the learning process in the classroom. The current implementation of online learning that is carried out at home is a difficulty for teachers to be able to instill character education directly into students. The purpose of this study was to be able to see what steps the teacher took in implementing character education in online learning in elementary schools. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the research data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of character education in the implementation of online learning can be done by teachers using the Zoom application for elementary school students and in online learning that is carried out using various methods and learning media, it is hoped that there will be an inculcation of character values of honesty, responsibility, discipline, mutual cooperation, collaboration, never give up, independent, and creative. So the implementation of character education in online learning in elementary schools can be carried out properly. This research can be used as a reference on character education in online learning in elementary schools, because previous research has focused on the high school level.]]>

<![CDATA[An illustration of the extent to which program effectiveness is needed for evaluation purposes. This study aims to determine the student's perception of the effectiveness of the Bidikmisi Education Fee Assistance Program, Makassar State University. In order to realize this, a qualitative descriptive research type was used with research subjects as many as nine program beneficiaries from nine different faculties. Research data collection uses three alternatives (observation, interviews and documentation). The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques, namely (data collection, data condensation, data presentation and verification/drawing conclusions). The results showed that based on student perceptions, the effectiveness of the Bidikmisi tuition assistance program, Makassar State University was not yet in the effective category, seeing several indicators that became benchmarks (accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives and monitoring of the program) overall less effective aspects still require attention and optimal supervision of parties related to program implementation. Regarding the superiority of research in representing the power of literacy, especially through scientific writing, research shows that literacy is able to accommodate the aspirations of not only one, but even many heads.]]>

<![CDATA[The abolition of PCR and antigen tests as a mandatory requirement for domestic travelers invites pros and cons among the public, this study aims to determine public perceptions of the abolition of PCR and antigen tests. The location of this research is the city of Makassar, South Sulawesi Province, while the informants in this study are the general public, especially people who live in the South Sulawesi area who have traveled domestically during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data collection techniques in this study are data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and data verification or conclusions. Furthermore, the results showed that the public's perception of the abolition of PCR and antigen tests on average accepted the policies implemented by the government. This research can be used as reference material regarding the abolition of old policies and replacement with new policies in the midst of a pandemic, because previous studies have discussed changes or changes in policies under normal conditions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how much influence profitability has on firm value at PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk for the period 2006 to 2020. The object in this study is PT Lippo Karawaci for the period 2006 to 2020. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from financial statements. Annual PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk Period 2006 to 2020 obtained through IDX and the PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk website. This research method uses descriptive quantitative method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis. The results showed that Profitability (X1) had a positive effect on Firm Value (Y) with the regression equation Y = 1.312 + 0.050X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.390 with a determination of 15.2%. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to provide evidence that: 1) To analyze the effect of integrity on employee performance at Bank Jambi Branch Kota Sungai Penuh; 2) To analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Bank Jambi City Sungai Penuh Branch; 3) To analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at Bank 9 Jambi, Sungai Penuh Branch; 4) To analyze how much influence integrity, work motivation and work discipline have on the performance of employees at Bank 9 Jambi, Sungai Penuh Branch. By using the Slovin formula, the sample size can be measured, namely the number of employees who are sampled, with a total of 34 employees at Bank 9 Jambi City Sungai Penuh Branch. Data collection was carried out using a survey method with a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The data collected are primary and secondary data which can be classified as independent variables and dependent variables. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study, it is known that: 1) Integrity has a positive and significant effect on partially employee performance at Bank 9 Jambi Branch Kota Sungai Penuh where Tcount is greater than Ttable where 5.891>2.032 with a significance of 0.000<0.05. 2) Work motivation has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance at Bank 9 Jambi City Sungai Penuh Branch where Tcount is greater than Ttable where 6.753>2.032 with a significance of 0.000<0.05. 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on partially employee performance at Bank 9 Jambi City Sungai Penuh Branch where Tcount is greater than Ttable where 5,911>2,032 with a significance of 0.000<0.05. 4) Simultaneously, integrity, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank 9 Jambi, Sungai Penuh Branch.]]>
