Abstract

The progression of information technology compels organizations to adeptly leverage customer data, particularly in mitigating the elevated rate of client attrition resulting from insufficient comprehension of consumer behavior and limited personalization in marketing approaches.  This study aims to develop and implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, coupled with an RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) dashboard, for the fashion enterprise Whoop Culture.  This system employs the equal-width intervals binning approach to categorize clients based on purchase frequency, transaction value, and the recency of their latest transaction, thereby facilitating the company's understanding of the needs and preferences of each customer category.  This online solution is designed to analyze client data and execute segmentation, facilitating more targeted marketing techniques.  This research aims to enhance the company's performance by gaining a deeper understanding of consumer behavior, enabling Whoop Culture to improve customer retention, sales, and resource allocation.

Abstract

The accounting application Accurate-5 provides benefits, including exceptional accuracy, ease of use, multicurrency functionality, and language support (English and Indonesian), appealing to users.  Organizations strive to optimize the utilization of application systems to their objectives.  Consequently, evaluating user preparedness is essential.  The Human Organisation Technology (HOT)-FIT model elucidates critical elements of application implementation and assesses user preparedness.  This paradigm comprises four elements: individuals, organization, technology, and the equilibrium of these elements, offering a straightforward yet thorough methodology. This study uses the HOT FIT methodology to evaluate the effectiveness of Accurate-5 implementation among D3 Accounting Computerisation students at STMIK Mardira Indonesia.  This method encompasses seven attributes: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, System Users, User Satisfaction, and Benefits.  A questionnaire was administered to 58 students from the 2022 and 2023 cohorts.  The research findings indicate that Cronbach’s alpha and composite reliability values exceed 0.7, with an SRMR of 0.091 (below 0.10) and an NFI of 0.436 (below 0.9), suggesting that the model adequately fits the data.  Hypothesis analysis identifies four significant impacting variables, whilst four others exert no impact.

Abstract

Spotify is a globally renowned music streaming program.  The program receives a multitude of ratings, both favorable and unfavorable, on the Google Play Store from various users.  This study intends to evaluate the sentiment of user evaluations for the Spotify application employing various classification techniques, including Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), C4.5, and Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost).  Review data was acquired via web scraping methodologies using the Google Play Scraper API.  After this, text preparation was conducted to sanitize the text, enabling the execution of the data.  Sentiment analysis was employed to ascertain whether a text expresses favorable or unfavorable opinions.  The Random Forest approach, which has been demonstrated to yield optimal outcomes, was employed in this investigation.  Testing was performed using training and test data ratios of 80:20%, 70:30%, and 60:40% across hundreds of review datasets.  The Random Forest approach, utilizing an 80%:20% data split ratio, produced a precision of 82%, recall of 81%, F1-Score of 81%, and accuracy of 81%, according to the test findings.
