Abstract

E-commerce is a contact of trade transactions between seller and buyer by using electronic media. The advantage gained by using transactions through e-commerce is to increase revenue by using online sales that cost less. E-commerce on Nuri Collection's shop based veil Customer Relationship Management (CRM), namely the application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is not directly said as a computerized data customer. It is intended that the company knows what the needs and wants of customers so that it can establish a good relationship with customers. The purpose of this research is to know consumer opinion about Customer Relationship Management (CRM) which conducted by company, analyze consumer loyalty to Nuri Collection product. E-commerce is built using Waterfall system development method, with a system design tools such as Flowmap, DFD, Context diagram, ERD. While in making this e-commerce writer use programming language PHP and MYSQL as database.Keywords: E-commerce, CRM, PHP

Abstract

Nowdays, information technology has become an important part of human life. By using information technology, people can do the task more quickly. It will certainly give many advantages in increasing productivity of the organization, job efficiency, and cost savings. Manfaat Pharmacy in drug procurement activities still uses manual technique such as supplier come to pharmacies to offer the drugs, a buildup of drugs that can cause drug expiration due to difficulties in controlling the drug’s stock, and also it has difficulty in making reports related to the process of drug procurement. Therefore, it needs a system that can help the process of drug procurement quickly and precisely. The method applied in this research is Supply Chain Management (SCM), which is an approach to make efficient integration between suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and consumers. This research produces a drug procurement system that helps the process of drug procurement quickly and precisely. Abstract

Web based information system is in great demand in various circles, including in educational institutions, especially in institutions that have not been computerized, written test system that is often used in academic activities often have many obstacles. The cheating factor and the habit of cheating is the biggest obstacle, besides the factor of the slow assessment process in written test due to the many participants that can hamper the teacher in putting the value into the report card, waste paper and ink cost in making problem and doubling the problem including into negative factor in written exam, this study aims to create an online Data Warehouse based test system that can be utilized in educational institutions to change the current written exam into an online exam system. Therefore, in line with the rapid development of information technology, it is necessary to design and build an Online Data Warehouse based test system to replace the manual written test system. Where this system is expected to reduce the negative factors that often occur, as well as facilitate the teachers in SMP Negeri 2 Luragung in input data into the system, and can minimize operational costs in conducting exams in schools, as well as systems that will be made capable of storing data in large amounts and more secure in data storage, such as teacher data, principal data, student data, subject data, value data and data question.The method used is Data Warehouse, software development procedure using Waterfall method. The research respondents are the students of class IX in SMP Negeri 2 Luragung. Online test system is created by using PHP programming language, MySQL as database and XAMPP web server

Abstract

Lecturer's evaluation is a way to know the influence of lecturers' teaching on the students, the assessment process of the teaching preparation, the learning material, the teaching material presentation, the lecturer competence, the class management and the evaluation of the learning. in addition to the assessment of the students, the assessment of lecturers conducted study program is considered important to see the performance of lecturers. In this study build an application to evaluate or assess the performance of lecturers. In this research the method used is RAD (Rapid Application Development) due to the preparation of the application only takes about 6 months and for the development of the system megunakan UML (Unified Modeling language). Application of this application there are two methods of access is through smatphone android and desktop for administrator and Study Program level. Abstract

Good quality education is a goal to be achieved by any educational institution. In the world of education dynamically evolving the required educational institutions to improve the quality of education and graduates. To achieve this goal each competing institution to produce a model of innovation and education. Institutions can utilize the availability of appropriate information very influential in increasing the quality of service to students and help produce the right business decisions. The purpose of this study was to produce a model of the data warehouse Brass University Academic Information Systems and generate patterns of data mining to the data admission to prospective students determine possible re-register or not so if the resignation of incoming freshmen are expected to be known early will help the management campus to take the actions necessary to maintain the prospective student. This Tstudy used two models that modeling techniques for data warehouse star schema model and decision tree  classification technique for data mining. Abstract

Along the tight competition in education field, especially the recruitment of students, the school manager faces problem in making right decision. In addition, to maintain the potential learners, it also needs an effort to get new learners through best strategies of school promotion. Therefore, improving service quality to win promotion competition is very important to do.One of methods in improving service towards customer is  customer relationship management (CRM), as a comprehensive business strategy of a company that enables the enterprise to manage customer relationships effectively, in this research, the writer uses Operational Customer Relationship Management. Whereas the method of system development used is Waterfall method.The system is built as a base Web to expand the spread of online new student enrollment information, so this programme is potentially to get new learners, the system was built as a web based, it uses PHP programming language and MySQL as data storage media and SMS Gateway as a support system in facilitating the students’ and parents’services, testing methods also used black box white box testing. This system can be used by 4 access, they are students, parents, New Students enrollment  committee and head devision of TMI.Using computer technology, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is more developed and wider system because using CRM can keep the customers of the existing learners, the recruitment of new learners, the faster responses to learners’ parents, and so on.Keywords: Online New Student Registration, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Operational, Waterfall, Web

Abstract

Toko Madu Sport is a sporting goods store, ranging from clothing, shoes, and so on. Currently sales are limited only in the City of Kuningan alone, due to the absence of communication media between Madu Sport Shop with consumers from outside kota.Berdasarkan background has been described, research this will design an e-commerce system, this system will show all the supply of various types of products offered complete with product specifications and prices. So that sellers and buyers can access the availability of products and can transact online anytime and anywhere. Therefore, it will be designed and built e-commerce system in sports honey shop that is able to provide information about the product and can order an online product so that consumers can access and order products in sports honey shop whenever and wherever. From the research that has been done by the authors that by building e-commerce informarsi system in web-based honeycomb shop can facilitate the store management in managing sales data due to have a database terintegerasi with the internet and has been computerized well, and certainly very easy for consumers in look at items sold in sports honey shop without having to go to the store because the data items, stock items and purchases of goods can be done online.

Abstract

The business world of the industry continues to grow to be part of one of the spearheads of telecommunication companies in an effort to realize the consumer market. Everyone present at the Kuningan Smartfren Gallery often happens to everyone who comes to the gallery to find people who want to access the hard service, in this case often in the gallery traversed by consumers who should be handled well by the smartfren while the number of waiters limited. The answer is that consumers often do complain to the party smartfren dikarnakan service dissatisfaction. To avoid these things then the management system will provide more effective complaints for every consumer who can access properly and on time. One form of method used to discuss the problem is the CRM method or known as Customer Relations Management.
