The purpose of this study was to determine the role of school committees in improving school quality. The data in this study were collected through interviews/interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the School Committee has implemented several performance indicators related to its four roles, namely as a consideration, supporter, controller, and as a mediator in an effort to improve school quality. In addition to providing input on the general school management system, the School Committee also provides input on the use of school budgets. The School Committee recommends using the budget by first maximizing the BOS funds received by the school. School Committees are not always directly involved in the policy-making process, but supervision is carried out through direct meetings with the Principal. In addition, the school also always provides a report on every policy it takes for approval. In terms of policy quality, so far the School Committee has given a good assessment of all policies taken by schools. The School Committee gives full trust to the school, so that until now it has never criticized the school's decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of YouTube social media on student creativity in the fourth grade subjects of cultural arts and crafts (SBdP) at SDN Nunu. This research is a quantitative study using an experimental approach using two groups, namely the experimental class group and the control class group. The design used in this research is the design "Noneqiuvalent Control Group Design". The subjects in this study were some of the fourth grade students of SDN Nunu with a total of 30 students consisting of two classes, namely class IVA as the experimental group and class IVB as the control group. The instrument used was a figural creativity test. The data analysis technique used was the normality test and the homogeneity test as a prerequisite for the t-test. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis that the experimental and control groups have a T-count of 5.280 with a T-table of 2.042, so that the significant (2-tailed) value of the posttest T-Test results of the two groups is 0.000, so the null hypothesis H0 is rejected and the Ha hypothesis is accepted because based on the T-Test test criteria the significance value is <0.05. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the influence of the use of YouTube social media on student creativity in the fourth grade subjects of cultural arts and crafts (SBdP) at SDN Nunu.

From the four stages of the study, two learning cycles were carried out. From the results of the first cycle of action, there were 7 people who had not completed and the classical completeness only reached 41.67%, so the research was continued in the second cycle, because in the first cycle it had not reached the predetermined performance indicators. In cycle II, the percentage of classical completeness increased to 91.6%. This study aims to describe the types of student learning errors in completing integer arithmetic operations and to determine the factors that cause student learning errors in completing integer arithmetic operations. This research is a qualitative descriptive study based on the polya steps. The subjects in this study were all class V, amounting to 3 students, and the sampling technique was using tests, interviews, and documentation. The instrument in this study was a test in the form of an integer arithmetic operation story question consisting of 5 questions. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) misunderstanding of the problem, namely students do not write down what is known and asked, (2) errors in making plans, namely students do not determine the strategy and methods to be used to make problem solving solutions, (3) errors in implementing the plan is that students do not correctly write down the steps or work procedures in solving the problem (4) errors in re-checking, namely students incorrectly seeing (checking) the results obtained. The factors that cause student learning errors in completing integer arithmetic operations are (1) the student is in a hurry, (2) is afraid of a shortage of time, (3) the student is not able to solve the problem, (4) the student is not careful in working on story problems, ( 5) the atmosphere is less conducive

This study examined the Effect of Numbered Head Together (NHT) Cooperative Learning Model on the Learning Results of Students at Sirenja. The sample of this research was all students amounting to 15 people. Data collection in this study used tests, observation and documentation. The data collected was then analyzed by testing the hypothesis using the t-test. The results showed that the average value of student learning outcomes before being given treatment was 55.67 and after being given treatment was 77.67 this indicates an increase in student learning outcomes. If this value is entered into the t-score statistical test, the t-count value is 3.115. If t count is consulted in table t with a sample size of 15 using a significant level of 5% (ɑ = 0.05) at degrees of freedom (db) = N - 1 = 15 - 1 = 14, the t table value is 1.761, it can be seen that the t value greater than t table or 7,062> 1,761. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant difference between learning outcomes before being given treatment and after being given treatment using the NHT type learning model or it can be said that there is an effect of Numbered Head Together (NHT) Cooperative Learning Model on Learning Outcomes.

The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between parental attention and student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 1 Kayu Agung during the covid-19 period. The data analysis technique is using inferential statistical analysis, namely the technique of analyzing the calculation of products from people using a rough number formula. Based on the results of research and data analysis that has been conducted by researchers, it is shown that there is a significant relationship between parental attention and student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 1 Kayu Agung. This can be seen based on the calculation results obtained that the value of rcount> rtabel at a significant level of 5% or 0.05, namely 0.488> 0.344, which means that there is a relationship between parental attention and learning outcomes of SD Negeri 1 Kayu Agung students or the proposed hypothesis is accepted in the results. The calculation and interpretation of the level of the relationship between the coefficient values can be considered sufficient that there is a strong positive relationship between parental attention and student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 1 Kayu Agung based on the calculation results are at 0.400-0.599.
