Abstract

The purpose of this research was describe public perceptions in the performance of civil servants village in improving public services in the village of the Bumi Agung Marga, Abung Timur district, Lampung Utara. Research methodology used in this research was quantitative .Samples in this research were 60 respondents .Data analysis was using interval and the percentage formula. The result showed that public perceptions in the performance of civil servants village in improving public servicesare , ( 1 ) the understanding of the community with the percentage of 73,33 % is in the category of less understand , ( 2 ) the response of the community with the percentage of 73,34 % is in the category of negative , ( 3 ) the expectations of society with the percentage of 53,33 % is in the category of positive .Based on three indicators that public services in terms of regular service has not been satisfied and have not run optimally.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan persepsi masyarakat terhadap kinerja aparatur desa dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik di Desa Bumi Agung Marga Kecamatan Abung Timur Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden. Analisis data menggunakan rumus Interval dan Presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap kinerja aparatur desa dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik yaitu, (1) pemahaman masyarakat dengan persentase 73,33% dalam kategori kurang paham, (2) tanggapan masyarakat dengan persentase 73,34% dalam kategori negatif, (3) harapan masyarakat dengan presentase 53,33% dalam kategori positif. Berdasarkan ketiga indikator bahwa pelayanan publik dalam hal pelayanan reguler belum memuaskan dan belum berjalan secara optimal.Kata kunci: kinerja aparatur desa, pelayanan publik,persepsi masyarakat

Abstract

This research was done in order to describe the roles of Punyimbang Adat Lampung Saibatin as an institution in sustaining Bubalah tradition. The method that was used in this research was a qualitative method. The subjects of the research was Punyimbang Adat (respected figures in the village), the chief of the village and the community in Kedaloman. The data were obtained by using interviews, observation and documentation. Extra time and triangulation were used in this research in order to made the data more valid and credible. The result of this research showed that there is a significant roles from the Institute of Punyimbang Adat Lampung Saibatin in sustaining the tradition of Bubalah by accommodating and distributing the aspirations or public opinion in resolving problems that occurin the community. And also, preserving, developing and empowering the culture Lampung. In addition, creating relationships that democratic and harmonious between Punyimbang Adat and the society is one of the important role.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peranan Lembaga Punyimbang Adat Lampung Saibatin dalam melestarikan tradisi Bubalah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Subjek dalam Penelitian ini adalah Punyimbang Adat, Kepala Desa dan Tokoh Masyarakat di Desa Kedaloman. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji kredibilitas data menggunakan perpanjangan waktu dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat peranan Lembaga Punyimbang Adat Lampung Saibatin dalam melestarikan tradisi Bubalah dengan menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi atau pendapat masyarakat dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang timbul dalam masyarakat, melestarikan, mengembangkan dan memberdayakan kebudayaan Lampung, dan menciptakan hubungan yang demokratis dan harmonis antara punyimbang adat dengan masyarakat.Kata kunci: lembaga punyimbang adat, pelestarian, tradisi bubalah.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe and analyze the public perception of Lampung against political parties role in the election of Branti Natar South Lampung district year 2015. The method used in this research was descriptive method with approach and data collecting technique was using question form. The population in this research were 8080 people, samples were taken from the average cluster becomes 99 people. The result of this research showed that the society perceptions to the role of politic party was in good category with the recapitulation result of 51 (51,5 %) in good category. It means that they have good understanding, response and hope towards the state defense attitude in Branti village of South Lampung In 2015Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis persepsi masyarakat Lampung Terhadap Peranan Partai Politik Dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah di Desa Branti Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan tahun 2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 8080 orang, sampel diambil dari rata- rata klaster menjadi 99 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap peranan partai poitik berada pada kategori baik dengan jumlah hasil rekapitulasi sebanyak 51 (51,5%) dalam kategori baik .Hal ini berarti masyarakat memiliki pemahaman, tanggapan dan harapan yang baik terhadap peran partai politik. Di desa branti lampungs selatan tahun 2015.Kata kunci: partai politik, pemilihan kepala daerah, peranan partai politik

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know and analyze the publics perception about the existence of Mekar Sari Cooperative in improving the members prosperity in Siliwangi village Sukoharjo sub-district Pringsewu district.The method was descriptive quantitative. The samples of this research were 62 people. The data was analyzed by using interval formula and percentage formula. The result showed that 7 respondent or 11, 29% categorized as negative, then 17 respondent or 27, 42% categorized as disposed negative and 22 respondent or 35, 48% categorized as disposed positive. Meanwhile, 16 respondent or 25, 81% categorized as positive. So based on the data that have been analyzed, it could be concluded that the resident disposed positive about the existence of Mekar Sari Cooperative.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengalisis persepsi masyarakat terhadap keberadaan Koperasi Mekar Sari dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya di Desa Siliwangi Kecamatan Sukoharjo Kabupaten Pringsewu.Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif.Sampel dalam penelitian ini62 orang.Analisis data menggunakan rumus interval dan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh 7 responden atau 11,29% berkategori negatif, kemudian 17 responden atau 27,42% berkategori cenderung negatif, dan 22 responden atau 35,48% berkategori cenderung positif sedangkan 16 responden atau 25,81% berkategori positif. Berdasarkan data yang sudah dianalisis dengan demikian masyarakatnya cenderung positif tentang adanya Koperasi Mekar Sari.Kata kunci: koperasi, kesejahteraan, dan persepsi masyarakat

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to explain and analyze of the involvement of students in the youth red cross on the establishment of the social skills students in MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. The research method used in this research was descriptive quantitative methods. The population of the research were Students who attend extracurricular activities youth red cross class X and XI MAN 1 Bandar Lampung with the number of 30 respondents. An analysis of data using chi square. The research results which based on the data analysis and the testing of hypotheses done suggested that: there is a positive, significant, and enough closeness was category between. The influence of the involvement of students in the youth red cross on the establishment of the social skills students.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan Palang Merah Remaja terhadap pembentukan keterampilan sosial siswa di MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Palang Merah Remaja kelas X dan XI MAN 1 Bandar Lampung dengan jumlah 30 orang responden. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: hubungan yang positif, signifikan, dan kategori keeratan sedang antara pengaruh keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan Palang Merah Remaja terhadap peembentukan keterampilan sosial siswa.Kata kunci: keterampilan sosial, palang merah remaja, siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the factor that cause the parents are not willing to put their children to school at Fajar Early Childhood Education sumber baru village. Especially it explained factors of why parents wont put their child in Fajar Early Childhood Education. The methodology that used in this research was qualitative method and the subject were the parents that wont put their child at Fajar Early Childhood Education, Sumber Baru the head of the village and the staff of Fajar Early Childhood Education. Technique data collection used is interview, observation and documentation. The credibility data test using the extra time and triangulation. The result of this research are the parents who wont put their child in Fajar Early Childhood Education is because of several factors such as the educational background of the parents, the willingness of parents to educate their children, economical background and the circumstances Of the surrounding at the Sumber Baru village, Seputih Banyak district,Lampung Tengah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan Faktor-faktor Penyebab Orang Tua Tidak Menyekolahkan Anaknya di PAUD FAJAR Desa Sumber Baru. Secara khusus mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor penyebab orang tua tidak menyekolahkan anaknya di PAUD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Subjek dalam Penelitian ini adalah orang tua yang tidak menyekolahkana anaknya di PAUD FAJAR, Kepala Desa Sumber Baru dan Pengelola PAUD FAJAR. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji kredibilitas data menggunakan perpanjangan waktu dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah para orang tua tidak menyekolahkan anaknya di PAUD FAJAR di karenakan beberapa faktor benyebab yaitu pendidikan orang tua, minat orang tua menyekolahkan anak di PAUD, ekonomi orang tua serta lingkungan masyarakat yang ada di Desa Sumber Baru Kecamatan Seputih Banyak Kabupaten Lampung Tengah.Kata kunci: anak, orang tua, PAUD.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the transmigrants perception toward the states defense attitude in Kampung Panaragan Jaya Indah Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat in 2015. The method used in this research was descriptive method with quantitative approach. The questionnaire was applied to obtain the data. The population of this research was the transmigrants in Kampung Panaragan Jaya Indah Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat which amounts of 370 patriarchs andthe 37 respondents (10% of the population) were taken as the sample. The result of this research showed that the transmigrants perceptions toward the states defense attitude was in positive inclined category. It means that they have good understanding, responseand hope towards the states defense attitude in Kampung Panaragan Jaya Indah KabupatenTulang Bawang Barat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan persepsi masyarakat pendatang terhadap sikap bela negara di Kampung Panaragan Jaya Indah Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat tahun 2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat pendatang di Kampung Panaragan Jaya Indah Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat yang berjumlah 370 kepala keluarga dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 10% dari populasi yaitu 37 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat pendatang terhadap sikap bela negara berada pada kategori cenderung positif. Hal ini berarti masyarakat pendatang memiliki pemahaman, tanggapan, dan harapan yang baik terhadap sikap bela negara di Kampung Panaragan Jaya Indah Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat.Kata kunci:bela negara, persepsi masyarakat pendatang, sikap.

Abstract

This study was aimed to analyze and describe the relationship between self concept and the ability of giving an opinion in PKn learning achievement of the tenth grade students at SMAN 1 Seputih Mataram, Lampung Tengah in academic year 2015/2016. The qualitative approach and correlation analysis technique were used as the method in this research. The population of this study was all tenth grade students and the sample was taken from 30% of the population which was 60 respondents. The result showed that there was significant correlation between self concept and the ability of giving an opinion toward PKn learning achievement. It was shown by F count ? F table in which 54,37 ? 3,17. The positive self concept and good ability to deliver opinion showed good PKn learning achievement.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan hubungan konsep diri dan kemampuan mengeluarkan pendapat dengan prestasi belajar PKn pada siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Mataram kabupaten lampung tengah tahun 2015/2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dengan teknik analisis korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Mataram yang keseluruhannya berjumlah 192 siswa dan sampel diambil dari 30% yaitu 60 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara konsep diri dan kemampuan mengeluarkan pendapat dengan prestasi belajar PKn, terlihat F hitung ? F tabel yaitu sebesar 54,37 ? 3,17. Konsep diri yang positif serta kemampuan mengeluarkan pendapat yang baik menunjukan prestasi belajar PKn yang baik.Kata kunci: kemampuan mengeluarkan pendapat, konsep diri, prestasi belajar PKn

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the perception of adolescents about illegal mining sand perspective the preservation of the environment in Lingkungan III Kelurahan Bandar Jaya Timur. The methods that was used in this research was descriptive quantitative. The populations of this research were 324 people and the sample was 47 people who are adolescents in Lingkungan III Kelurahan Bandar Jaya Timur. The results of this research were (1) there are 25 respondents or 53,19% adolescents included in the category of negative, it means that the adolescents dont support illegal mining sand damage of the environment. (2) there are 21 respondents or 44,68% adolescents included in the category of neutral, it means that the adolescents were ignore the environmental damage due to illegal mining sand. (3) there is 1 respondent or 2,12% adolescent included in the category of positive, it means that adolescents support illegal mining sand because it could improve economy.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk medeskripsikan Persepsi Remaja Tentang Pertambangan Pasir Ilegal Dalam Perspektif Pelestarian Lingkungan Hidup. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 324 orang dan sampelsebanyak 47 orang (15%) yang merupakan remaja di Lingkungan III Kelurahan Bandar Jaya Timur Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar Kabupaten Lampung. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) terdapat 25 responden atau 53,19% remaja masuk dalam kategori negatif,artinya remaja ini tidak mendukung pertambangan pasir ilegal yang merusak lingkungan hidup. (2) terdapat 21 responden atau 44,68% remaja masuk dalam kategori netral, artinya remaja ini tidak peduli terhadap kerusakan lingkungan akibat pertambangan pasir ilegal. (3) terdapat 1 responden atau 2,12% remaja masuk dalam kategori positif, artinya remaja mendukung pertambangan pasir ilegal karena dapat meningkatkan perekonomian.Kata kunci: pelestarian lingkungan hidup, persepsi remaja, pertambangan pasir ilegal

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to explain the effectiveness of subjects supervision implementation by supervision of school in pedagogical competence improvement in SMP Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. The method  in this research  used  descriptive method with quantitative approach. The sample in this researh consisted of 50 people . Data analysis was using Chi Square and data collection technique was using the questionnaire. The results showed that the subjects supervision implementation by supervision of school in pedagogical competence improvement of teachers in SMP Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung have already effectived. This showed that supervison of school has already done their job well in subjects supervision implementation of pedagogical competence improvement teachers in SMP Negeri 2 Bandar LampungTujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan efektivitas pelaksanaan supervisi mata pelajaran oleh pengawas sekolah dalam perbaikan kompetensi pedagogik guru di SMP Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 50 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi mata pelajaran oleh pengawas sekolah dalam perbaikan kompetensi pedagogik guru di SMP Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung sudah efektif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengawas sekolah sudah melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik dalam pelaksanakan supervisi mata pelajaran dalam perbaikan kompetensi pedagogik.Kata kunci: kompetensi pedagogik, pengawas sekolah, supervisi
