Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of madrasah management at the Darud Dakwah Wal Irsyad (DDI) Pattojo Islamic Boarding School, Soppeng Regency. In the process of collecting data, the author uses the method of observation and interviews with madrasah principals, madrasah teachers, madrasah staff, village heads, religious leaders, community leaders and youth leaders. Management is a way that is done so that other people can work and are willing to do something well and maximally and can use the best time possible. Furthermore, if the word management is associated with the word madrasah, then madrasah management is a way that is done professionally to raise and improve the madrasah by controlling and supervising all activities carried out. Making all elements in the madrasah work properly and optimally. Related to the management and development of madrasah management, namely by means of planning (planning), organizing (organizing), leadership (leading) and supervision (controlling). The implementation of madrasah management at the Darud Dakwah Wal Irsyad Pattojo boarding school in Soppeng Regency has been implemented and implemented quite well. So that the Darud Dakwah Wal Irsyad Pattojo boarding school, Soppeng Regency, still exists today and is still in great demand by various people. As for the role of the Darud Dakwah Wal Irsyad Pattojo boarding school, Soppeng Regency, after being studied from various perspectives, namely as a unifying element of society, development in the field of religion and development in the field of education. The author sees that the management of the Darud Dakwah Wal Irsyad Pattojo boarding school in Soppeng Regency has opportunities and challenges. With the development of sophisticated technology, all information systems and technology can become major capital in the development of these madrasas. However, there is a lack of human resources capable of adapting to these developments, so it still requires special training related to this management.

Abstract

This research is written to develop English Computer Module based on Constructivism for Informatics Engineering Students. In Informatics Engineering department, graduates are expected to have an ability to speak English in order to compete in their job profession. Therefore, it is considered necessary to compile an English Computer module that is specific to the context and purpose with the students of the Informatics Engineering course. The main purpose of this research is to produce English Computer Module for Informatics Engineering students with valid, practice, and effective. The long term goal of this research is to make Engineering students are able to master English language that can be their provision in order to compete in their job profession. This teaching module developed by Constructivism. This research used Research and Development method of ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). This research was conducted in the second semester of Informatics Engineering students. In the analysis stage, it was conducted needs analysis and situation analysis. Design stage was conducted by designing Computer English modules based on tasks, lesson plan, and assessment instrument of Computer English modules. Develop stage was conducted by developing teaching material. Implement stage was conducted by implementing teaching material in Engineering class. Finally, the Evaluate stage was an evaluation of the implementation each stages of ADDIE model. The data in this research were collected by using the validation sheet of teaching material, lesson plan, questionnaires respond of Informatics Engineering English lecturer and Engineering students, and students test result. The result of this English Computer Module based on Constructivism for Informatics Engineering Students is valid, practice, effective criteria and accordance to the Engineering students’ needs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui religiusitas, adab siswa, dan seberapa besar religiusitas berkorelasi dengan adab siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MAN 1 Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Data penelitian diambil menggunakan angket religiusitas dan adab siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dengan menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment. Setelah peneliti menguji hipotesis penelitian, peneliti mendapatkan hasil penelitian sebagai beriku: 1) Religiusitas siswa di MAN 1 Kabupaten Bogor memiliki nilai yang baik dalam hal akidah, praktik ibadah, akhlak, pengetahuan agama, dan penghayatan dengan nilai rata-rata 85,25%. 2) Siswa di MAN 1 Kabupaten Bogor memiliki adab yang baik terhadap Allah SWT, orang tua, guru, diri sendiri dan temannya dengan skala nilai rata-rata 82,4%. 3) Religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap adab siswa di MAN 1 Kabupaten Bogor, dengan data pengaruhnya sebessar 36% dan 64% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Education is the formation of human character that leads to individual independence. An individual is able to develop the potential of self-reliance and quality of resources through the democratization of education. Democratizing education requires an adequate teaching and learning tool, but in a pandemic condition a conducive learning atmosphere is impossible to achieve. Education will undergo significant changes when faced with a new situation that is different from the constant rhythm of life of Indonesian society.This study is a qualitative research literature. The researchers will choose between primary sources and secondary sources; classifying the data; then presenting the data. While the method of analysis using the method of philosophical hermeneutics, which starts with a description, interpretation, historical continuity, and heuristics.Democracy of education creates the creativity of students in increasing intellectual, spiritual intelligence, and developing skills in themselves that are in accordance with the conditions of social society. The aim of democratization education is to provide equal rights for each individual to develop their potential and gain knowledge. Intellectual development is based on empathy, sympathy, and creativity. With the democracy of education, every individual has equal rights in acquiring knowledge in the midst of a pandemic Covid-19. Democracy of education also avoid someone has the mindset to control and dominate the other.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya kualitas karakter siswa sekolah di Indonesia yang ditandai dengan banyaknya kasus kekerasan terhadap guru dan sesama siswa. Bimbingan konseling dan guru pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah sangat berpengaruh terhadap karakter siswa, karena keduanya memiliki tanggung jawab yang sama terhadap pendidikan karakter siswa di sekolah. Kualitas karakter siswa yang baik merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses atau upaya yang dilakukan oleh bimbingan konseling dan guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam penanaman nilai-nilai karakter siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Gunungputri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, di mana proses penelitian dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait atau berhubungan dengan fokus penelitian. Selain itu, pengumpulan data juga dilakukan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik triangulasi menjadi cara dalam menguji keabsahan data. Metode analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif di mana hasil temuan penelitian disusun, diklarifikasikan, dianalisis, dan diinterpretasikan dalam bentuk kalimat sehingga menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil positif mengenai kerja sama atau sinergi yang dilakukan oleh bimbingan konseling dan guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam pengembangan karakter melalui interaksi, program-progam bimbingan konseling, serta program sekolah yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis persepsi guru terhadap kepemimpinan kepala madrasah,  motivasi kerja guru, kompetensi guru, kinerja guru dan (5) pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, Motivasi dan Kompetensi Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sambas. Metode penelitian dengan kuantitatif deskriptif asosiatif kausal (sebab-akibat). Populasi penelitian yaitu kepala madrasah dan seluru guru di MTs  Se-Kabupaten Sambas 133 guru. Pengumpulan data dengan metode kuesioner. Uji validitas instrumen dengan teknik analisis product moment, sedangkan uji reliabilitas dengan koefisien alpha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh persepsi guru terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0.00 yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai 0.356 artinya mengandung pengertian bahwa 35.60%. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0.00, memberikan sumbangan sebesar 47.10%  (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0.00 memberikan sumbangan sebesar 31.20%. Implikasi penelitian hasil temuan penelitian ini diperlukan upaya-upaya peningkatan kinerja guru diantaranya; membuat perencanaan, mengorganisasikan, mengarahkan, mengkoordinasi dan mengawasi seluruh kegiatan pendidikan yang diselenggarakan di sekolah, memberikan insentif bagi guru yang berprestasi, mengirim guru untuk mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan diantaranya pelatihan membuat perangkat program pembelajaran maupun pelatihan dalam menggunakan media teknologi, mengikuti  MGBS (Musyawarah Guru Bidang Studi) musyawarah dengan tujuan untuk menyatukan, mengevaluasi dan mencari solusi atas kekurangan  dalam proses belajar mengajar. menambah pengetahuan baru dengan menggunakan media cetak atau media masa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan Prestasi Belajar Prakarya kewirausahaan siswa yang berwirausaha dan siswa yang tidak berwirausaha di Man 1 kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kuantitatif dengan metode ex poct facto. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Probability sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang berjumlah 391 siswa, namun dikarenakan jumlah populasi ini lebih dari 100 maka penulis mengambil 20% jumlah populasi sehingga sampel sebanyak 78 siswa. Kemudian untuk menghitung perbandingan, menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 26.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikansi antara prestasi belajar prakarya kewirausahaan siswa yang berwirausaha dan siswa yang tidak berwirausaha. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis yang menggunakan uji T test (Independent Sample Test) akan menghasilkan nilai yang signifikan yaitu 2-tailed (sig.2-tailed) sebesar 0,40 dan 0,45 lebih besar dari probabilitas 0,05 (p= 0,40 dan p=0,45 > 0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adanya perbedaan prestasi belajar Prakarya kewirausahaan siswa yang berwirausaha dan siswa yang tidak berwirausaha. Perbedaan nya adalah bahwa siswa yang melakukan wirausaha prestasi nya cukup tinggi dari pada siswa yang tidak melakukan wirausaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk engetahui pengaruh kecerdasan interpersonal, gaya belajar dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar PAI peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 1 Tinambung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 1 Tinambung. penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) kecerdasan interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar PAI, dibuktikan dengan nilai sign.< = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) artinya H0 ditolak, dan H1 diterima. (2) Gaya belajar tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar PAI peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 1 Tinambung. (3) Motivasi berprestasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar PAI, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sign. (0,031 > 0,05) maka H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak. (4) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan kecerdasan interpersonal, gaya belajar, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar PAI, dibuktikan dengan nilai sign. < = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05).Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Interpersonal, Gaya Belajar, Motivasi Berprestasi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal status in Islam regarding dowry and panaik money in Limpomajang Village, Marioriawa District, Soppeng Regency. In the process of collecting data, the writer used the method of observation and interviews with the village head, religious leaders, community leaders and youth leaders. In various sources found by the author, both the Quran, hadiths and the opinions of scholars, dowry is a gift that must be fulfilled and submitted by the prospective groom to the prospective bride, namely in the form of goods or services that have value and benefit, usually in the form of rings gold, rice fields, gardens and a set of prayer tools. Meanwhile, panaik money is the giving of a certain amount of money from the prospective groom to the prospective bride as a walimah fee. Dowry and Panaik money still exist and are used as conditions for marriage in Limpomajang Village, Marioriawa District, Soppeng Regency. Islamic law views that a dowry is a legal condition of marriage as the author finds in the Alquran and the Hadith of the Prophet. Meanwhile, panaik money is not found in various references to both the Quran and the Hadith of the Prophet, but only historical evidence so that it becomes a tradition and custom in society. It is known that religion forbids making it difficult for a marriage to take place, but panaik money is a heavy burden for men. Seeing the large amount of panaik money, it can bring harm or something bad for a marriage. So the authors conclude that panaik money is makruh and even haram when the method of obtaining panaik money is not in accordance with Islamic law.

Abstract

In the learning process, motivation is needed, because someone who does not have motivation to learn will not be able to carry out learning activities. In shaping learning motivation, parents play an important role in parenting their children. Parenting patterns play an important role in the success of an education. Therefore, this study aims to determine how parenting styles with the learning motivation of grade VIII students at SMP Bahrul Ulum Bogor City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII at SMP Bahrul Ulum Bogor, totaling 24 students. The data analysis technique used in this study was to use SPSS 22 for Windows.Based on the results of the analysis above, it can be concluded that the correlation value of the X and Y variables is 0.755, when viewed from the interpretation table the value obtained is 0.755 which lies between 0.70 - 0.90. Judging from the data interpretation, including strong correlation. Then by looking at the table value on "r" with a significance value obtained "r" table of 0.432. Thus at the 5% significance level "r" count = 0.755> from the "r" table = 0.432, it means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and (Ho) is rejected. So there is a significant relationship between parenting styles and learning motivation of grade VIII students at SMP Bahrul Ulum, Bogor City.
