Abstract

This research seeks to determine the relationship of part-time working and learning activities of economics education students at Teacher Training and Education Faculty in Mulawarman University 2019/2020 academic year by using quantitative method. The study's population was drawn from all part-time economic education students, a total of 20 persons. Product moment correlation, validity and reliability tests, and questionnaires were utilized to obtain data from respondents.  According to the findings, part time working is related to the learning activities. The product moment correlation test showed part-time working has a significance level of 0.001 less than 0.005 and a value of rcount > rtable of 0.682 > 0.444, indicating that the correlation strength is "Strong." The findings also tell the proportion of the link between part-time working and learning activities is 0.68 or 68 percent. This indicates that 68 percent of part-time working is linked to learning activities, while the remaining 32 percent is linked to other factors. Looking for additional money is the most common indicator of part-time working, whereas expressing ideas is the most common indicator of learning activities. As a result, the value of r count > r table and Ha is accepted, implying that the relevance of the relationship between part-time working and learning activities is significant. Keywords: Part-Time Working, Learning Activities.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the learning difficulties of students in online learning at SMKs in the Kayuagung District are for the 2020/2021 academic year. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning difficulties of students in online learning at SMK in Kayuagung District. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that the average answer of 99 respondents/students from positive negative questionnaire statements was 72.29% with the category "Enough Difficulty" meaning that when online learning students had difficulties with technical obstacles that affected the signal so that there was a lack of reciprocal interaction between students. and teachers, students also have difficulty understanding the material presented by the teacher during online learning activities and delayed responses due to signals that interfere with student-teacher communication. From the results of this study, it is expected that teachers and schools can pay attention to the constraints experienced by students, for example signal constraints that make students late in collecting assignments and absent to provide time slack for students during online learning and is expected to be an evaluation material for the future. Keywords : Learning Difficulties, Online Learning

Abstract

Changes in conventional learning environments to virtual learning environments have an impact on changes in observation methods of student engagement and participation in accounting classes. This condition can have an impact on reducing their engagement and productivity in learning due to the dominance of external motivation. One strategy that can be used to increase engagement and productivity is the integration of assessment tools such as Quizizz. This study aims to explain the description of the internal motivation, persistence and persistence of students in preparing the assessment. This study also aims to look at the relationship between pleasure, challenge, clinging and persistence in making choices to be more productive and trying to construct these behaviors. The study was conducted on second semester students enrolled in cost accounting classes. The research method was carried out using the one-shot case study. The results showed. Integrating Quizizz in cost accounting lessons can foster internal motivation through the fun and challenges of using the application. Giving regular assignments and feedback can increase student engagement in learning even though it does not occur in the interaction process. Persistence is linearly and significantly related to the choice to be more productive in preparing for the assessment. However, persistence turned out to be not good enough to predict and explain options to be more productive in preparing assessments.
