Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the service marketing mix on consumer decisions to visit the Tanjung Karang coastal tourism object in Donggala Regency. The independent variables used in this study are product / service, price, place, promotion, person, process, and physical evidence. While the dependent variable is the decision to visit (Y). This type of research is quantitative. The research method is descriptive causal. The sample used in this study were 80 respondents with the sampling form using accidental sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the service marketing mix simultaneously consisting of products, prices, places, promotions, people, processes, and physical evidence has a significant effect on the decision to visit the Tanjung Karang coastal tourism object in Donggala Regency. And partially there is no relationship between product variables, prices, places, promotions, people, processes, and physical evidence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of local revenue and expenditure budget of Morowali District in the period of 2011-2015. This research is quantitative descriptive. This study uses: (1) analysis performance of the local revenue consisting of variance revenue analysis, regional financial ratio analysis, (2) analysis of local expenditure performance includes: variance analysis of local expenditure, analysis of local expenditure activity, and analysis of local expenditure efficiency. The analysis shows that the performance of Morowali District?s local revenue and expenditure budget is poor due to: (1) variance revenue analysis is rated poorly because it has a negative difference; (2) analysis of local financial ratio shows that: (a) the degree of decentralization is very low, (b) independence ratio is very low with a pattern of instructive relationships, (c) dependence ratio has a high level of dependency and (d) effectiveness ratio is considered ineffective. Meanwhile the analysis of the performance of local expenditure shows: (1) variance expenditure analysis is considered good because it has a positive difference (2) activity ratio of expenditure is rated good while capital expenditure is considered less fit because Morowali District prioritizes its budget for operational expenditure than capital expenditures (3) efficiency analysis of expenditure is rated efficient.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of personal factors on customer satisfaction in using Samsung mobile phone in Palu City. The variables studied are age and stage of life cycle (X1), job (X2), economic circumstances (X3), lifestyle (X4), personality and self-concept (X5), as well as customer satisfaction (Y). Research method is descriptive causal with sample of 60 respondents who selected by accidental side method. Data is analyzed with multiple linear regressions in SPSS software 19. Based on the analysis, the results confirmed that age and stage of life cycle (X1), job (X2), economic circumstances (X3), lifestyle (X4), personality and self-concept (X5), simultaneously and partially have significant influence on customer satisfaction in using Samsung mobile phone in Palu City.

Abstract

"The Effect of Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction on Buying BB Cream Wardah Cosmetics in Palu City."Supervised by Maskuri Sutomo and Farid.This study aims to determine the effect of product quality which consists of performance, features, reliability, suitability, serviceability, durability, aesthetics, perception of quality on customer satisfaction buying BB Cream Wardah cosmetics in Palu City. The type of research used is quantitative (shows the relationship between variables). The population in this study were all users and buyers of BB Cream Wardah in Palu City. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, with a total sample of 90 respondents. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and t test. The results showed that performance, features, reliability, suitability, serviceability, durability, aesthetics, perceived quality had a significant effect on consumers' satisfaction of buying BB Cream Wardah cosmetics in Palu City simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

This study aims to know the factors of Consumer Loyalty KFC Hasanuddin in Palu City. Independent variables used in this study are Value (price and quality) (X1), Image (reputation of the brand) (X2), Convenience and ease to get goods or services (X3), Satisfaction perceived by consumer (X4) (X5), Warranty and Guarantee (X6) While the dependent variable is Consumer Loyalty (Y) .This research type is quantitative.The method of this research is descriptive causal.The samples used in this research are as many as 105 respondents with the form of sampling using technique purposive sampling The method of data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis method.The results of this study indicate that Factors Value, Image, Comfort And Convenience, Satisfaction, Service, Warranty And Guarantee Affecting Consumer Loyalty (Study At KFC Hasanuddin In Palu City) simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer loyalty to KFC Hasanuddin in Pa City lu. Partially Factor-Factor Value, Image, Convenience And Convenience, Satisfaction, Service, Warranty And Guarantee Affect Consumer loyalty significantly influence consumer loyalty to KFC Hasanuddin in Palu City.

Abstract

Heni Putri Kaili Restaurant is located at Kaombona Street/ Kampung Nelayan No. 09 Talise, East Palu Sub-district, Palu City. Heni Putri Kaili restaurant has been established since 6 years ago, precisely on February 20th 2010. The owner of the restaurant is Mrs. Haeni R. Kara , S.Pd. The research intends to find out the competitive level faced by Heni Putri Kaili Restaurant among the restaurant industries in Palu City and to comprehend the alternative strategy that can be used by Heni Putri Kaili Restaurant. Data analysis methods used are Porter?s Five Forces analysis and the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. Based on Porter?s Five Forces analysis, the study concludes that Heni Putri Kaili restaurant experiences a great rivalry among the restaurant industries in Palu City, which includes the rivalry beetween the competitors from the similiar industry, the suplier?s supplying capacity, and the threat of substitutes products. The result of SWOT metric diagram and IE table suggests that Heni Putri Kaili Restaurant should focus on the diversifications strategy while improving the service and the strategy to increase the promotion of the main product together with other products that are still unfamiliar by the consumers/markets.

Abstract

This study aims to know the influence of service quality and price to consumen satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Total sample in this study are 60 respondent, with Purposive sampling as sampling technique. Data analysis methode used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a signifikan influnce to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Service quality partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Price partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall.Keywords: Service quality, price, consumen satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product knowledge on the decision to repurchase mineral water CLEO in Alfamidi Jl. Martadinata Palu City. The independent variables used in this research are Company Image (X1), User Image (X2), Product Image (X3), Product Knowledge (X4), while the dependent variable is the repurchase decision (Y). This type of research is quantitative. The method of this research is descriptive causal. The sample used in this research is as much as 75 respondents with the form of sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the simultaneous influence of brand image and product knowledge consisting of corporate image, user image, and product image significantly influence against the decision of CLEO Mineral Water Buyback in Alfamidi. and partially corporate image, user image, product image, product knowledge significantly influence to decision of re-purchase of mineral water CLEO in Alfamidi Jl. Martadinata Palu City.

Abstract

The study intends to determine simultaneous and partial influence of service quality (X) consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) on patient satisfaction (Y) in the General Hospital of Banggai Islands, where the study is located. The type of research is descriptive. Sources of data is primary data retrieved from questionnaires and secondary data obtained from documents of the Regional General Hospital Banggai Islands. The sample consists of 72 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the results, it is shown that the quality of service (X), consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) simultaneously have significant influence on patient satisfaction (Y) of 69.60% while the remaining 30.40% is influenced by other causes. Partial test shows that there are three independent variables: physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2) and assurance (X4) that have non-significant influence to the patients? satisfaction at the General Hospital of Banggai Islands.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse impact of foreign ownership to value of non-financial companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.The independent variables consist of Total Foreign Ownership, Foreign Institution Ownership, and Foreign Company Ownership. The variables control consist of size, age, dummy director. Variable dependent is Company Value, using Tobins'Q ratio. The research sample is 72 companies with purposive sampling sampling technique. Period of data is 5 years, from 2014-2018. Data panel regression using as data analysis method. The results showed that Total Foreign Ownership and Foreign Institution Ownership positively and still significantly at level of <15%. While Foreign Company Ownership has a positive but insignificant relationship to the value company. Size, Age, dummy director is not influence to value company.
