Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of employee compensation, motivation and work discipline variables on PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Palu. The population used in this study is 46 respondents, the entire population is made as respondents (census). Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression method using the help of SPSS for Windows Relase 20.0 program. Hypothesis testing used has a significance level of ? = 0.05. The test results obtained that simultaneously compensation, motivation and work discipline affect performance, with the regression equation of Y = ? + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3 or Y = 2,338 + 0,718 (X1) + 0,164 (X2) + 0,162 (X3) and with the level The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.679 or 67.9% while the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study. Partially with the standard obtained the results of research X1, X2 and X3 have an effect on Y with a significance value of X1 of 0.00, X2 of 0.03 and X3 of 0.00.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) to find out the strengths and weaknesses of Darisa Cafe Campus Restaurant. 2) to find out the opportunities and threats of Restaurant Darisa Cafe Campus. 3) to find out the competitive strategy of Restaurant Darisa Cafe Campus. This research is a qualitative research with key informants are restaurant owners, restaurant managers and consumers. Data analysis techniques used are SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats). Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the result of the strength factor of Restaurant Darisa Cafe Campus has a score of 1.97 and strength factor of 1.09 so it has a total score of 3.06 while the external strategic factor analysis summary (EFAS). The result of the opportunity factor of Restaurant Darisa Cafe Campus has a score of 2.26 from the results of the SWOT diagram at Darisa Cafe Campus Restaurant is in quadrant 2 (Two ) are ST strategies (strengths and threats)

Abstract

This study aims to determine factors that consumers consider in buying and using smartphones OPPO in South Palu Sub-district. The sampling technique is Accidental Side by selecting 105 people. The analytical tool is factor analysis. Based on the analysis of 21 indicators, the study finds factors that are considered by the consumers when deciding to buy and use a smartphone brand OPPO are: the first factors includes: promotion and price: X3 (Advertising media TV), X12 (promotions convincing), X14 (Prices are affordable), X15 (the physical form of interest), X17 (service center/customer service); the second factor is product quality that includes: X2 (friends suggestion), X6 (sophisticated feature), X10 (superior camera quality), X11 (good product quality), X21 (correspondence between price and quality); the third factor is lifestyle that includes: X1 (family suggestion), X16 (luxury product design), X19 (unique name and easy to remember), X20 (updated trend).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Work Environment and Non Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Palu City. The method used is an associative method. The type of data used in this study is the qualitative and quantitative data while the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on the regression test results obtained Sig.F of 0,000 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variables of Physical Work Environment and non physical work environment simultaneously affect the performance variables. (2) based on the regression test results obtained the physical work environment variable has significance level t sig. (0,000) <? (0.05) and non-physical work environment has a significance level of t sig. (0.000) <? (0,05), so the variable of physical work environment and non working physical environment partially influence to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on the repurchase of GOSH products in Palu City with brand trust as a variable between. Exogenous variables used in this research are Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2), while endogenous variable is Brand Trust (Y) and Repurchase (Z). This type of research is quantitative. The method of this research is descriptive causal. The samples used in this study were as many as 96 respondents with the form of sampling using the technique of Purposive Sampling. Data analysis method used in this research is the method of analysis PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that the price has a significant effect on brand trust (t-statistics 2,66), but the price has no significant effect on repurchase (t-statistic value 1,74). While brand trust has significant effect on repurchase (t-statistic value 7,71), likewise with product quality significantly influence brand trust (t-statistic value 4,71), but product quality has no significant effect on repurchase (value t-statistics 0.93).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of capital structure and the size of the company on the company values in manufacturing companies of food and beverage industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample in this study consists of 11 companies that selected by purposive sampling technique. Method of data analysis is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 16.0. The results show that both independent variables simultaneously have positive and significant influence on value of the company with sig-F of 0.093 ? ? 0.10 at confidence level of 90%. The t-test shows that the capital structure significantly has negative influence on the value of the company with sig-t of X1 = 0.032 ? ? of 0.10 and beta value of -0882. While the company size has non-significant influence on the value of the company with sig-t X2 = 0.787 ? ? of 0.10 with R2 values of 0.052 or 5.2%. Both independent variables studied simultaneously influence the dependent variable (enterprise value), while the remaining 94.8% is influenced by other variables that are not studied.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial personal selling on the decision to buy glasses at Agung Optik in Palu city. The independent variable used in this study is personal selling (X) while the dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y). The research method used in this study is a descriptive causal sample method used in this study as many as 90 respondents with the form of sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that: 1). Simultaneously personal selling has a significant influence on the decision to buy glasses at Agung Optik in Palu city. 2). Approach variables, presentation and demonstration, handling objections, closing, and follow-up partially have a significant effect on the decision to purchase glasses at Agung Optik in Palu city.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on patient satisfaction at the Puskesmas Kamonji in Palu. The sample used is 90 respondents, with sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the service quality variable consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously had a significant effect on patient satisfaction at Kamonji Puskesmas in Palu. While partially physical proof, kahandalan, responsiveness, assurance and empathy also have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at Puskesmas Kamonji in Palu.

Abstract

This research aims to determine, understand, and analyze the influence of capital lending and economic profitability on the cooperative for The Indonesian Republic officials ?Karya Bhakti? of The Departement of Industry Cooperation and Trading at Central Sulawesi Province. It is a descriptive research using quantitative and qualitative approach that consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection method to obtain the primary data is observation on Karya Bhakti Employee Cooperative as the subject of research and secondary data obtained from the financial annual report Karya Bhakti Cooperative. The analysis of loan capital and economic profitability of Karya Bhakti Cooperative is measured by using trend analysis. Based on the data analysis from 2008 to 2013, it indicates that the development of Loan capital has increased every year. This is due to the development of the business managed by the cooperatives operations, while the development of the economic profitability has been fluctuated, as well as the result of trend analysis of capital lending and economic profitability showed an increase every year.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of the quality of services towards customer satisfaction workshop of Cahaya Terang. This type of descriptive research is causal, using the technique of sampling method of accidental sampling. Data collection was done by disseminating a questionnaire to 90 people or respondents who coincidentally met in the workshop of CahayaTerang. Primary Data obtained from the results of the responses of the respondents through questionnaires, observation and dissemination.Analysis tools are used multiple linear regression analysis to test the variable with the help of the program SPSS Version 16.0. The results showed that the quality of service of influence simultaneously towards customer satisfaction. Physical evidence of the influential variables are partial and significantly to customer satisfaction. Variable reliability effect partially but not significant toward customer satisfaction. The variable responsiveness effect partially but not significant toward customer satisfaction. Influential guarantee partially variable and significantly to customer satisfaction.
