Abstract

The purpose of this study is to simultaneously and partially determine and analyze the effect of accessibility and destination image toward the revisit to Tambing Lake. The variables of this research are accessibility (X1) and destination image (X2). While the dependent variable is the revisit (Y). This study used the research method of causal descriptive, with the sample size of 70 people. The sampling of this research used incidental sampling technique. The data analysis method in this research used multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that: 1). Accessibility and destination image simultaneously have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake; 2). Accessibility partially have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake; 3). Destination image partially have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake.

Abstract

This research aims at finding out the influence of the lifestyle simultaneously and partially on the purchasing decision?s at the Cafe Orange Puncak Padanjese. The research subjects were 60 respondent, with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data were taken through questionnaire, observation, and interview. Multiple Regression Analysis model was used to analyze the data. The results show that: 1) Lifestyle that consisted of dimensions of activity, interest and opinion simultaneously gives significant influence on the decision in purchasing at Cafe Orange Puncak Padanjese. 2) Dimension of activity partially give significant influence on the decision in purchasing at Cafe Orange Puncak Padanjese. 3) Dimension of interest partially give significant influence on the decision in purchasing at Cafe Orange Puncak Padanjese. 4) Dimension of opinion partially give significant influence on the decision in purchasing at Cafe Orange Puncak Padanjese.Keywords: Lifestyle, Activities, Interest, Opinion, Decision Purchasing

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) to determine the influence of competence and work motivation on service quality at KPKNL Palu; 2) to determine the influence of competence on service quality at KPKNL Palu; 3) to determine the influence of work motivation on service quality at KPKNL Palu. Sample consists of 72 people/employees representing their work units. Research method using multiple linear analysis method. The results indicate that Y = 0.068 + 0.152X1 + 0.839X2. The test shows that competence and work motivation simultaneously have significant influence on service quality. Partial tests show that competence has non-significant influence on service quality while work motivation significantly influence the quality of service. The determinant coefficient shows the value of R-Square of 0.904, which means that 90.4% of service quality are influenced by competence and work motivation, while the rest of 9.6% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of tellers 1 and 2 in serving deposit and withdrawal transactions. The problem (1). Identify the queuing service characteristics applied by Bank BNI Syariah Palu Branch (2). Seeing the performance of the busiest teller services 1 and 2. The busiest service performance results (?) are found in teller 2, which is 0.3687 or 36.87%, for teller 1 is 0.3393 or 33.93%, while for the next calculation has a value of 1 customer probability 1 teller in the system (P0) 0.6605, teller 2 is 0.6311, the average number of customers in the system (Ls) for teller 1 is 0.5208 while for teller 2 is 0.5852, for average time in the system (Ws) for tellers 1 ie 0.1025 is equal to teller 2 which is 0.1025, then the average number of customers in the queue (Lq) for teller 1 is 0.1814 while for teller 2 is 0.2164 and the last is the average time in the queue (Wq) for teller 1 which is 0.0362 equal to teller 2 which is 0.04. So the conclusion is that the service performance for these two telephones has the same level of value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what factors are considered by the community to visit the culinary tourism locations of Kaili Village. This type of explorative research, namely research conducted because this research tries to explore information or problems that are relatively new. In this study researchers used a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling. Data analysis method used in this study uses factor analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are 4 (four) factors that are considered by the community to visit the culinary tourism sites of Kaili Village. The four factors are, core service factors, menu factors, place factors, and unplanned needs factors which are the results of 16 variables analyzed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of Dumbo Lele fish business based on the non financial and financial aspects. For the non financial aspect which cover market, technical, managenent, legal, social, economic and enviromental aspects which carried out quantitatively. While, financial aspects can be seen form investment criteria such as: Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Net B/C using quantitative methods which are processed by Microsoft Excel 2007 and presented descriptively. Based on the result of non financial analysis, the business is feasible and can be run continuously. Moreover, the result of financial analysis using the investment criteria shows that the payback period or time needed to return the investment cost is 2 years 5 months 88 days which shorter than the economic life of project, which is 5 years. The Net Present Value value is greater than zero, which is Rp 200,638,462,-, and the Internal Rate of Return is 42.31% greater than discount factor 14.4%. The profit achieved if the cost is Rp 1or the Net B/C value is Rp 1.79 at a discount rate of 14.4%. From the results of the study shows that Lele Dumbo fishing business owned by Mr. Usdar at Puntari Makmur village, Wita Ponda District in Morowali Regency is feasible to be run.

Abstract

Independent variables used in this study are corporate image, user image, product image, while the dependent variable is consumer loyalty. The type of research used in this research is descriptive causal method. The sample used in this research is as much as 80 respondents with the form of sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression method. The results showed that the brand image consisting of corporate image, user image, and product image influence on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) to determine and analyze the influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Department of Transportation in Palu City; 2) to determine and analyze the influence of competence on the performance of employees at the Department of Transportation, Palu City; 3) to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees at the Department of Transportation, Palu City. The sample of study consists of 56 people. Method of data analysis is multiple linear regressions with regression equation model as follows: Y = 1.070 + 0.635X1 + 0.152X2. The result of the simultaneous test shows that the competence and work discipline have positive and significant influence on the employees? performance. Partial test shows the competence variable has a positive and significant influence on employees? performance, while work discipline has positive and non-significant influence on employees? performance. The coefficient of determination shows the value of R-Square of 0.649, which shows that 64.9% employees? performance influenced by the competence and work discipline variables, and 35.1% influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analiyzethe system of optimal service queue at the teller that existed in PT BankSyariah Mandiri Bungku Branch. The analytical method used is M/M/1 or single channel singlephase, but to compare the optimal or not the queue of customer service at PT Bank Syariah Mandiribranch when adding one teller in solid time so the used M/M/S analysis method or multi channelsingle phase. The result of analysis by using one teller in cash deposit of solid time is probability insystem is equal to 0,0572. The teller utility level is 0,94 or 94 % the average number of customers inthe system is 17 people, while using two tellers can be seen the probability in the system is 0,350 or noone in the system. Teller utility rate is reduced to 0,48 or 48% of the average number of customers inthe system is 1 person, it indicates that the customer queuing in the system is optimal. Based on thedata is can be concluded that the addition of one teller at a solid time can optimize the existingservices in PT Bnk Syariah Mandiri Bungku branc.

Abstract

This research predicts the potential of bankruptcy of plantation sub-sector companies listed on BEI (Indonesia Stock Exchange) in 2012 to 2015. This research uses Altman Z-score analysis method and analyzes financial statements of 11 plantation sub-sector companies listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange. The financial statements of 2012-2015 are taken from the official website of The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and then analyzed by using Altman Z-Score model for non-manufacturing company. Altman uses four financial ratios known as Z-Score with formulation Z = 6.56X1 + 3,26X2+ 6,72X3 + 1,05X4; Z-Score >2.6 indicates the company is healthy, 1.1 <Z-Score < 2.6 means companies are in the gray area, and Z-Score <1.1 means the company is predicted in bankruptcy. This research is a descriptive using 11 samples of plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with observation period from 2012 to 2015. The results show that in 2015 there are 2 (two) companies predicted healthy, 1(one) is predicted in the gray area and 8 (eight) companies predicted bankrupt. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. (AALI) and PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk. (LSIP) are two companies that predictably healthy during the observation period.
