Abstract

This study aims to determine customer satisfaction and trust both directly and partially to customer loyalty using JNE's freight forwarding service in Palu City. The independent variables in this study are satisfaction and trust. While the dependent variable is customer loyalty. The method used in this research is descriptive descriptive method. This type of research is descriptive causal. Empty sample of 75 respondents with purposive sampling sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression using spss 21. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship to customer loyalty by using JNE freight services in Palu City. partially satisfaction and significant loyalty to customer loyalty using JNE freight forwarding services in Palu City

Abstract

This research intends to identify and to analyze the effect of product quality and customer value of customer of Es Mahkota in Palu City, the effectof product quality of customer of Es Mahkota in Palu City. This quantitave research show relation between variables. Population of this research is the customer of Es Mahkota in Palu City that has consumed the product for three to four times. 90 samples as respondent was taken through purposive sample. Data were collected using questionnarie and analyzed through multiple linear regression using the application of SPSS release 20. The result of this research revealed that product quality and customer value affects the loyality of cuetomer of Es Mahkota in Palu City, product quality affects the loyality of customer of Es Mahkota in palu City, and customer value affects the loyality of customer of Es Mahkota in Palu City.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of brand trust (X1), advertising (X2), and product quality (X3) on purchase decision (Y) both simultaneously and partially. Research method is descriptive causal with a sample size of 115 respondents who are selected using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that: 1) brand trust, advertising, and product quality simultaneously have positive and significant influence on purchase decision of customer of Mizone isotonic drink in Palu; 2) brand trust has positive and significant influence on purchase decision of customer of Mizone isotonic drink in Palu; 3) advertising has positive and significant influence on purchase decision of customer of Mizone isotonic drink in Palu; 4) product quality has positive and significant influence on purchase decision of customer of Mizone isotonic drink in Palu.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the factors that consumers consider using the "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Service in Palu City. The problems raised in this study are what factors are considered by consumers using the services of the "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Shop in Palu City. The sample of this study were 96 respondents, namely consumers who use the services of "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Shop in Palu City. This study uses explorative research type, using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and literature study. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The results of factor analysis that consumers consider using the "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Service in Palu City concludes that there are 4 (four) factors that consumers consider using the "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Service in Palu City. The four factors are the factors of people and service, place factors, proximity factors, and characteristic factors. Overall, the four factors mentioned, have been empirically proven are the factors that are considered by consumers using the Motorbike's "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Service in the City of Palu

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality consisting of Physical Evidence, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Guarantee to patient satisfaction In Morowali District Hospital Central Bungku. The problem in this research is whether the service quality consisting of Physical Evidence, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Guaranteed simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on patient satisfaction In Morowali District Hospital of central Bungku. Based on that opinion, the sample size is 15 (5 1) 15 (6) 90. To prove the hypothesis, the research use multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study found that simultaneously the quality of service significantly influence patient satisfaction In Morowali District Hospital Central Bungku. This means that the variables of Physical Evidence, Empathy, reliability, partially significant effect on patient satisfaction variable, name Response Power and Assurance partially have no significant effect on patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine, understand, and analyze the influence of capital lending and economic profitability on the cooperative for The Indonesian Republic officials ?Karya Bhakti? of The Departement of Industry Cooperation and Trading at Central Sulawesi Province. It is a descriptive research using quantitative and qualitative approach that consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection method to obtain the primary data is observation on Karya Bhakti Employee Cooperative as the subject of research and secondary data obtained from the financial annual report Karya Bhakti Cooperative. The analysis of loan capital and economic profitability of Karya Bhakti Cooperative is measured by using trend analysis. Based on the data analysis from 2008 to 2013, it indicates that the development of Loan capital has increased every year. This is due to the development of the business managed by the cooperatives operations, while the development of the economic profitability has been fluctuated, as well as the result of trend analysis of capital lending and economic profitability showed an increase every year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of quality control using statistical aids is useful in an effort to control the level of product damage in the company. Quality control analysis is carried out using statistical tools in the form of check sheets and p control maps. Check sheets are used to present data to make it easier to understand data for the purposes of subsequent analysis. P control maps are used to monitor damaged products whether they are still in control or not.The results of the P control chart analysis show that the process has been carried out well. This can be seen in the final product quality control chart with the final number of CL values showing 0.0049, UCL 0.0091, LCL 0.0007 with a proportion of 0.0050 defects which means that the quality control process is within controlled limits because the value of the defect proportion is smaller than the UCL value

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of television advertising and brand image simultaneously and partially to the purchase decision of Wardah brand product in Palu City. The variables of this research are television advertisement (X1) and brand image (X2). While the dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y). The research method used is descriptive method causal with the number of sample 75 people. Form of sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that: 1). Television advertisement and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Wardah brand products; 2). Television advertisement partially significant effect on purchasing decision of Wardah brand product; 3). Brand image partially significant effect on purchasing decision of Wardah brand product in Palu City.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of usability, profit, security simultaneously and partially on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. It was a quantitative research used multiple linear regression analysis method with a total of 100 respondents. The results of this researchshow thatusability, profit and security perceptions simultaneously have a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. Usability perception has a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch.Profit perception has a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. Security perception has a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of: (1) brand image, consisting of corporate image, customer image, and product image on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu. (2) corporate image on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu. (3) customer image on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu. (4) product image on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu. Type of study is causal descriptive. Population includes customers at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu. Sampling technique is purposive sampling, with 100 respondents as samples. Method of analysis is multiple regression analysis. The results show that (1) brand image consisting of corporate image, customer image, and product image simultaneously have significant influence on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu (2) Corporate image has a significant influence on customer loyalty at PT.
