Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of independent variable human relations on employee performance. The data in this study were collected by the method of observation, interview and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis. The population in this study is all employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs Regional Office of Central Sulawesi Province as many as 126 people. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling, which took samples of the number of respondents as many as 96 employees. The theory used the principle of human relations from Reece, Brant and Howie, while the performance used Sumarsono theory. The results of this study simultaneously showed a positive and significant relationship between human relations and employee performance by 0.649 or 64.9% with the level of the relationship amounted to 62.1% which means included in the category of Strong influence. In the other words it can be stated that if human relations increases, the performance of employees also increased, and vice versa if human relations also decreases the performance decreases. Partially, the dominant dimension of human relations significantly affect to the performance of employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Central Sulawesi Province is Trust (x1.5), while the lowest dimension contributes is Motivation (X1.4). Meanwhile, Self-Disclosure dimension (X1.6) provide no significant effect on the performance of employees.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of competency, motivation, disciplin, and work satisfaction on officials’ performance in The Department of Education, Youth, and Sport, Tojo Una-Una. Respondents comprise of 44 officials defined through Slovin formula with random proportional sampling method. Analysis tool used is multiple linear regressions. The study underlines that competency, motivation, disciplin, and work satisfaction simultaneously and partially influence officials performance in The Department of Education, Youth, and Sport, Tojo Una-Una.

Abstract

The research was based on the there is limitednes  in learning and teaching process and teachers’ and realization  program that influenced toward school effectiveness. This was a descriptive research with qualitative approach and employing effectiveness concept in an organization. The date from receive informans which edefinite olready porposif with method, intervieu and study observation empathy document.  There were 7 informants involved consisting of a principle and teachers. The research  showed that the principle had run supervision function whereas the teachers functioned as principle staff that run the learning and teaching process in the class olready the run and fine ol trough  in limitedness. Besides, the effectiveness of school not yet optimum, was not only influenced by staff leadership, learning process, staff  development, the pupose and expectation  of the school, school climate, self control and communication and parents invalvement, but also influenced by the availability of facility of facillity and incentive.

Abstract

As a public broadcasting, TVRI Central Sulawesi required to provide a competitive broadcast with private television. On the contrary, it could not able to provide broadcast quality better, because as a matter of fact, the official employees had not able to provide quality employment appropriate expected yet due to lack of work motivation. The problem of this research was how the official employees work motivation of Public Broadcasting TVRI Central Sulawesi. This research analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The informants were three leaders and three staff of TVRI Central Sulawesi by using purposive sampling technique. Technique of taking and collecting data consisted of observation, interview and documentation. Abraham H Maslow theory was also used in order to know the official employee work motivation. The result figured the official employees work motivation was quite good on two aspects, namely the convenience of threats work and social needs aspects. While the aspect of maintaining the viability, self-esteem and self-actualization needs were less perceived by the official employees. In addition, salaries or fees earned was not sufficient to maintain the viability of them, no reward or recognition for work performance achieved by them and the lack of support for self the official employee in education and vocational training.

This Research Target is know and analyse the Service Quality of Sertipikasi Project Operate For The Agraria  National Agraria ( PRONA) in Land Ground Office of  Donggala  Regency Research Type is research qualitative with the informan selected by the four of people. Data collecting use the perception technique, interview and documentation. Technique analyse the data used by that is (1) Data collecting ( 2) Data Discount ( 3) Data Presentation ( 4) Verification ( 5) Conclusion. Theory used in this peneletian that is theory Parasuraman measuring Service quality: ( 1) Reliability ( 2) Responsivitas ( 3) Guarantee ( 4) Empathy ( 5) Direct Evidence. Pursuant to result of research and analysis done conducted by researcher in Office of Land Ground Office of Donggala Regency year 2015 concluded as follows: Quality of Project Service Operate For The National Agraria (PRONA) [in] Office of Land;Ground of Regency Donggala seen from factor of mainstay and factor Responsivitas not yet walked better, this matter is seen from result interview with informan in research location. Later;Then Quality of Project Service Operate For The National Agraria ( PRONA) in Office of Regency Land;Ground seen from factor of Guarantee and empathy factor and also from Direct Evidence factor have walked better. Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, work ethos, and work discipline on civil servants’ performance in The Department of Forestry and Plantations, Morowali Regency; 2) to determine and analyze the influence of motivation on civil servants’ performance; 3) to determine and analyze the influence of work ethos on civil servants’ performance; 4) to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline on civil servants’ performance. The type of this research is descriptive to verify relationships between variables and to answer the research questions by involving 35 respondents who are selected through census method.   Based on multiple linear regressions analysis results, it is found that: 1) motivation, work ethos, and discipline simultaneously influence civil servants’ performance positively and significantly; 2) motivation positively and significantly influences civil servants’ performance; 3) work ethos positively and significantly influences civil servants’ performance; 4) work discipline positively and significantly influences civil servants’ performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the quality of public services in land document handling at the District Office of Sigi Biromaru Sigi Regency. Informants in this study amounted to 9 people, consisting of four employees and five people. Technique used in determining the informants was purposive selection, or choosing informant deliberately. Data collection techniques in this study were observations, interviews, and documentations. The result shows that the quality of public services in land document handling at the District Office of Sigi Biromaru had not been implemented optimally. This was evidenced by three of the five indicators used as benchmarks in this study, namely a. Reliability whose parameter was keeping time appointments: the land document completion was not in accordance with the time appointed; b. Tangible (Physical Evidence) whose three aspects, namely land document handling supporting facilities, waiting room situation, and tidiness of Sigi Biromaru District’s apparatus: the three aspects had not been implemented in accordance with the expectations; and c. Assurance whose knowledge aspect: from the two employees, there had been no one who ever follow any training with regard to land document handling. Only two indicators were fulfilled properly, namely d. Responsiveness given by the District Government’s officials to the people who were experiencing difficulties in land document handling had been good, and e. Empathy which indicated that the District Government’s officials had treated people fairly.

Abstract

This research aimed at finding out the factors influencing career development within the Ministry of Religion of Central Sulawesi Province and in particular at analyzing the influence of organization characteristic which include : organization resources, organization climate and organization structure toward the officer career development, and individual characteristic which cover: skill, education, work experience toward the officer career development, as well as at analyzing both characteristic simultaneously toward the officer career development within the Ministry of Religion of Central Sulawesi Province. The research used quantitative analysis technique using all the officers within the Ministry of Religion of Central Sulawesi Province totaling 127 respondents, and employed stratified random sampling technique using Slovin formula, having 56 respondents. To analize the hypotheis, multiple linear regression method employing SPSS 17 program was used. It is found that the organization characteristic (organization resources, organization climate and organization structure) had positive and significant influence toward the officer career development whereas the individual characteristic had positive influence but not significant toward the officer career development.

Abstract

The research intends to determine simultaneous and partial influence of leadership styles that include authoritarian, paternalistic, laissez faire, democratic, and charismatic on the performance of officials in The National Narcotics Agency in Palu. Type of research is causal descriptive. Population includes 40 civil servants in The National Narcotics Agency in Palu. Data collection methods are questionnaire, documentation, interviews, and observation. Sample was selected by census method. Type of data is qualitative and quantitative taken from primary and secondary sources. Method of analysis is multiple linear regressions analysis. The result proves that leadership styles that include authoritarian, paternalistic, laissez faire, democratic and charismatic simultaneously and partially have positive and significant influence on the performance of officials ini The National Narcotics Agency in Palu.

Abstract

This research aims at describing, analyzing and interpreting the evaluation of the implementation of National Program for Community Empowerment in Kabonga Besar. This is a qualitative research with descriptive method and the data collection techniques are observations, interviews, and documentations. This research involved 6 informants taken purposively. This research used the model of William Dunn policy evaluation, and it is obtained that the result is not optimal, and the factors which affected, namely: 1)the aspect of effectiveness is not optimal, because there are still problems women's credit refund is not smooth, 2) the aspect of efficiency is good, because the funds disbursed can be utilized as much as possible for the needs of the community, 3) the aspect of adequacy is good, because the program provides benefits to the villagers, 4) the leveling aspect is good, because the program spread to all levels of society, 5) the aspect of responsiveness is good, where the beneficiaries are satisfied with the program existence 5) the aspect of accuracy is good, because the beneficiaries consider that the program is useful for them.
