Abstract

This research is intended to describe the implementation of animal livestock control in Banawa Subdistrict, Donggala Regency. This research was descriptive-qualitative research. The data collection was done through observation, interview, and documentation. The sample of this research was 7 informants selected purposively. The result of research showed that The Implementation of Animal Livestock Control Policy in Banawa Subdistrict, Donggala Regency is not optimum yet, because of several aspects influence it, i.e. 1) The objective and the purpose of Animal Livestock Control Policy in Banawa Subdistrict, Donggala Regency have been already good. 2) the resources for implementing Animal Livestock Control Policy in Banawa Subdistrict, Donggala Regency have not been good. 3) The activity of The Implementation of Animal Livestock Control Policy in Banawa Subdistrict, Donggala Regency has not been good yet. 4) The characteristics of the implementer in The Implementation of Animal Livestock Control Policy in Banawa Subdistrict, Donggala Regency have not been good yet. 5) The economic, social  and political condition in implementation Animal Livestock Control Policy in Banawa Subdistrict, Donggala Regency has been already good. 6) The disposition in implementation Animal Livestock Control Policy in Banawa Subdistrict, Donggala Regency has not been good.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the quality of service in the field of Data and Formation Office of the Regional Employment Board Sigi using qualitative descriptive analysis. The number of informants in this study were as many as five (5) informant. The results showed that of the five indicators of service personnel are on the dimensions of both categories. The results showed that overall the service users at the Office of the Regional Employment Board Sigi states get good service from the concierge / apparatus Office Regional Employment Agency Sigi. In an effort to enhance service quality field services personnel need to make improvements in terms of both infrastructure and personnel resources. In addition to the need to set minimum service standards in the delivery of services to be more effective as well as the need to provide training to officers / personnel as often as possible.

Abstract

The aims of the study are : 1) to determine the effect of the number of parking spots towards parking fees amount; 2) to determine the effect of the number of parking staff toward parking fees amount; 3) to determine the effect of the number of vehicles towards parking fees amount; 4) to determine the effect of the number of parking spots, parking staff, and vehicles on the amount parking fees in Palu City. There are 4 districts involved in the study that are selected through purposive sampling. Research method is descriptive qualitative and the data is analyzed with multiple linear regressions analysis. The result concludes that : 1) the number of parking spots partially has significant effect on the amount of parking fees received with coefficient determinant of 0,727 and significant level of 0,027; 2) the number of parking staff has insignificant influence on the amount of parking fees received with coefficient determinant of 0,142 and significant level of 0,626; 3) the amount of vehicles partially has significant influence on the amount of parking fees received with coefficient determinant of 0,352 and significant level of 0,023; 4) the number of parking spots, parking staff, and vehicles simultaneously have significant influence on the amount parking fees received with coefficient determinant of 0,727 and significant level of 0,027.

Abstract

This research aims to understand about the leadership style of the ministry of religion’s leader in Tolitoli regency. The theoretical perspective of Path-goal is used as an analytical guide (Robert J. House, 1960). This is descriptive qualitative inquiry. There are eight informans interviewed. The data collection consists of observation, interview, and documentation. The collected data is analyzed through three steps: data reduction, data explanation, and conclusion. The results gained by the four path-goal theoretical perspectives explain how the leadership styles of the leader of the religion ministry in Tolitoli regency are. By the directive leadership view, leadership is implemented in: instruction for the job that should officers to do; division of labor based on the procedure; and division labor based on the skill. By the supportive leadership view, leadership is implemented in: the support of the leader bases on the good impact to the interest of organization; giving jobs communicatively; and opened in time whether formal or informal time. By the participative leadership view, leadership is implemented in: the officers are involved in jobs by the competence they have; and involving of officers in terms of the making decision process. By the achievement orientation leadership view, leadership is implemented in: appreciation gift based on the job performance; giving certain incentives; sanction for violation; and the opportunities for the officers to upgrade their competency by education and training as well.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of leadership, work environment, and discipline on the performance of urban village officers in the area of Ampana Sub-District, Tojo Una-Una District. Type of research is decsriptive causal. Method of analysis is multiple linear regressions. The study highlights that dimension with the highest mean value of leadership is ‘participation function’ of 4.47; dimension with the highest mean in work environment is ‘the relationship with colleagues’ of 4.31. While the highest mean in variable discipline is on the dimension of ‘care to the achievement of organizational goals’ of 4.45. The result of multiple linear regression test indicates that the result of f-value is 8,485 with significant value of 0.000 at 95% confidence level (α = 0,05). It proved that leadership, work environment, and discipline simultaneously have positive and significant influence on the performance of urban village officers in the area of Ampana Sub-District, Tojo Una-Una District; leadership positively and significantly influence the performance of urban village officers in the area of Ampana Sub-District, Tojo Una-Una District, while work environment and discipline have positive but insignificant influence on the performance of urban village officers in the area of Ampana Sub-District, Tojo Una-Una District. It is suggested that the office has to pay attention to the work environment so employees comfortable working. In addition, to improve the discipline of employee, rewards and punishments should apply to undisciplined employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this reseach are: (1) To determine and analyze the financial performance of Palu City Government based on independence ratio in fiscal year of 2008-2015. (2) To determine and analyze financial performance of  Palu City based on effectiveness ratio of budget year 2008-2015. 3) To determine and analyze the financial performance of Palu City Government based on growth ratio of budget year 2008 - 2015.Type of study is descriptive by using secondary data in the form of realization report of revenue and expenditure budget of City Palu government in year 2008 - 2015. Wich is taken  from BPKAD office Palu City. Method of data analysis  used are independence ratio, effectiveness ratio and growth ratio.The result underline that the independence ratio of Palu City Government reflects instructive relationship with low financial ability that range 0-25%. The effectiveness ratio achieved by the Government of Palu quite good. The growth ratio is  fluctuated general.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To determine the household income and expenditure cultivators Goldfish in District South Dolo; (2) To determine the influence of social factors such as education, skills, experience, motivation to pursue business and system maintenance on the income of farmers in the district Goldfish South Dolo; and (3) To determine the influence of economic factors such as production costs, large pond, capital, production and the selling price to earnings Goldfish farmers in the district of South Dolo. This research is a descriptive analytic and execution of research using survey techniques. RTP 59 samples are selected by purposive sampling (intentional). Data were analyzed using Analysis of Income and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis (Multiple Regression). The results showed that: (1) The average income earned can sustain social and economic life of family farmers in the district Goldfish South Dolo Sigi; (2) Average household spending in Sub cultivators Goldfish South Dolo Sigi intended to meet the needs of non-compliance with food because food needs have been met with decent; and (3) the social and economic factors affect significantly (significantly) on the income of farmers in the district Goldfish South Dolo Sigi.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) to describe and analyze the development of the number of passengers, the number of vehicles and parking services revenue at Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport in Palu; and (2) to acknowledge and analyze the impact of the number of passengers and  vehicles on the parking fee income at the airport of Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri in Palu with partially or simultaneously. Data were analyzed by analysis of growth (trend) and multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that there are an increase of the growth of parking services revenue at the airport of Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Palu, and the number of passengers and vehicles with partial and simultaneous have significant impact on the airport parking services revenue at Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Palu Airport

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Employee Performance in the Technical Executing Unit of Education Assesment At Central Sulawesi Board Of Education And Culture. The research method was qualitative descriptive which data type used primary and secondary. Data were collected from observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. To get informants used purposive technique. Data analysis techniques used qualitative models. The theory of Robbins was used in this research that consist of 3 (three) aspects namely motivation, ability and opportunity. From this research, it was known that the performance of Employee Performance in the Technical Executing Unit of Education Assesment At Central Sulawesi Board Of Education And Culture still lack of effectiveness. The aspect of motivation of employee was still lack related to discipline, such as employee attendance during the work hours. In addition, another factor that caused employee ran into the rules of organization which there was not specifically penalty given to employee who did not obey. Besides, both aspects of the ability and the opportunity were basically good. The ability of employee knowledge and work mastery has been perfect based on the needs of the organization.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to evaluate policy in conducting Governor and Vice Governor election in Central Sulawesi held by Regional General Election Commission of Central Sulawesi Province Year 2011.This research is descriptive evaluative and based on a case study. This study described a certain phenomena from governor and vice governor election policy conducted by General Election Commission Central Sulawesi Province, while this research  applied qualitative approach by collecting qualitative data obtained from interviewed. Sample of the research consisted of: (1) Pairs of Elected Governor and Vice Governor Year 2011-2016; (2) Pairs of unelected Governor and Vice Governor; (3) General Election Commission of Central Sulawesi as a caretaker of Governor and Vice Governor Election Year 2011 at Central Sulawesi Province; and (4) Regional Election Desk. This research used primary and secondary data. The data were collected through observation, interview, and questionnaire distribution. Then, the data were analyzed by using interactive analysis model. The study result showed that implementation of Governor and Vice Governor Election Central Sulawesi Province Year 2011-2016 held by General Election Commission of Central Sulawesi Province had been conducted well, correctly, safely, smoothly, and democratically. In order to support the implementation of Governor and Vice Governor  election  of Central Sulawesi Province period 2011-2016, General Election Commission of Central Sulawesi Province have drawn up regulation concerning the implementation of Governor and Vice Governor Election period 2011-2016 according to law constitution.
