Abstract

The study aims to find out and analyze simultaneous and partial influences of work environment, work motivation, and work satisfaction on the perfomance of middle schools teachers in West Dolo District of Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi. The study involves 43 respondents who selected by census method. Data analysis is quantitative approach running with Statistical Product and Service Solution 18.0 (SPSS0 with multiple linear regressions analysis. The result of the study concludes that: 1) work environment, work motivation, and work satisfaction simultaneously have significant influence on the perfomance of middle schools teachers in West Dolo, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi; 2) work environment has significant influence on middle schools teachers’ perfomance in West Dolo, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi; 3) work motivation has significant influence on middle schools teachers’ perfomance in West Dolo, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi; 4) work satisfaction has significant influence on middle schools teachers’ perfomance in West Dolo, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi;

Abstract

This research aims at identifying and analyzing the management of public transport retribution. This research uses descriptive qualitative, Terry’s measurements (2008; 40) consist of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. Based on data collection, it was concluded that the implementation of the planning function in the context of preparing the work program of the retribution amount targets of public transport, has not been implemented based on a feasibility study by identifying, presenting alternative options, and then setting it up. In a sense, targeting public transport retribution revenues has not applied planning functions conceptually yet. Implementation of the organizing functions or organizing people involved in the activity of the targets achievement of public transport retribution has been conducted well but it has not been able to integrate the duties and functions of field workers with proper remuneration. Implementation of actuating function by the leader is merely directed at achieving the target of public transport retribution, and it is not focused on how to move staff or officer by fulfilling the needs adequately. Implementation of the supervision function has not been conducted effectively because it tends to be done indirectly in the form of oral and written reports. While direct supervision is being left entirely to the coordinator of field supervisors who are vulnerable to abuse the authority. Based on these descriptions, it indicates that the implementation of functions of management in the management of public transport retribution is not maximal yet, and it is causing the retribution targeted annually is not achieved.

Abstract

Paramedics have important roles in providing health care to the community. Some factors affecting the performance of paramedics in providing good services, among others, are satisfaction, motivation, and stress in the workplace. This research intends to determine the influence of satisfaction, motivation, and work strees on paramedics’ performance in The regional hospital of Morowali. Population of this study consists of 213 paramedics and the 68 samples selected aare paramedics with the status of civil servants and contracts. The data is collected through questionnaires and analyzed with multiple regressions analysis. The results of the test show that: 1) satisfaction, motivation, and work stress simultaneously have significant influence on paramedics’ performance with adjusted R² value of 0,111 on sig 0,015; 2) satisfaction variables has positive and significant influence on paramedics’ performance with coefficient regresion value of 0,095 an sig 0,050; 3) motivation has positive but insignificant influence on paramedics’ performance with coeficient regression value of 0,095 on sig 0,468; 4) stress has negative and insignification influence on paramedics’ performance with coefficient regression value of -0,023 on sig 0,648

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) to determine and analyze simultaneous influence of job analysis, organizational structure, and competency on civil servants performance in The Agency of Planning, Research, and Regional Development of Morowali Regency; 2) to determine and analyze the influence of job analysis on civil servants performance; 3) to determine and analyze the influence of organizational structure on civil servants performance; 4) to determine and analyze the influence of competency on civil servants performance. The type of the study is explanatory to show relationships of variables studied by involving 40 respondents who are selected through purposive sampling technique. The result of multiple linear regressions test shows that 1) job analysis, organizational structure, and competency simultaneously have positive and significant influence on employees performance in The Agency of Planning, Research, and Regional Development of Morowali; 2) job analysis positively and significantly influences the performance of employees; 3) organizational structure positively and significantly influences the performance of employees; 4) competency positively and significantly influences the performance of employees.

Abstract

This research aimed: 1. analyzing of private forest management policy implementation in Donggala Regency Central Sulawesi; 2. analyzing problem of private forest management policy implementation in Donggala Regency Central Sulawesi. The research was couducted in Donggala regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The primary data obtained through observation and interviews and focused discussions with the specified informed intentionally (purposively), while to support of other information obtained by scanning the document. Data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results showed that implementation of Private Forest Management Policy of Donggala Regency not going well. This is evidenced by the analysis of the implementation of policies according to the theory of policy implementation Edward III included by four (4) factors: communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. These four factors are not going well. It is recommended that socialization and intensive coaching and the need to formulate SOP and regional regulations governing private forest management in Donggala.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the policy implementation of fuel (BBM)distribution to the poor fishermen in Labuan Village, Tojo Una-Una Regency and factors inhibiting the implementation process using Mazmanian and Sabatier model (1983). The research useslikert instrument in wich data and information were analyzed by using descriptive-qualitative methode. The research results are: 1) the implementation process consiste of the information letter from Regency Leader, delivery policy output by socialization, and implemnted actions; 2) the implementation process have low efectivity; 3) The principal factor inhibiting implementation process associated with the nature of fisherman behavior that migt be difficult to change;  4) Several weaknesses in the policy contentsuch as: inconsistent objective, fund allocation, coordination, operating guideline, recruitment implementator condition, and the partnership made the implementation less efective to solve the problem; 5) This research also identify environmental factors which influence the implementation, they are: social condition, public support, constituency pressure, and high official commitment to incur their skill in order to solve the problem. Various weaknesses in the implementation process makes implementing the contrary due to the large gains in the black market. Policy implementation was not able to fight the market mechanism, fishermen used, black market occurs, which provide benefits to certain parties and in turn have an impact on fuel shortages for poor fishermen.

Abstract

One of the implementation of government regulation No. 71 of 2010 on the accounting system of government and regulatory of Home Affairs Minister No. 64 of 2013 on the application of the accrual-based of local government accounting system is restatement; balance sheet that needs to be restated at the beginning of the periode when the local government will implement the new accounting policy from cash toward accrual to a full accrual basis. Restatetments needed for balance sheet whose policies have not followed the full accrual basis. For the preparation of balance sheet on accrual basis, the year-end balance sheet in prior periods are still using cash toward accrual basis. Local government  in Central Sulawesi through regulation governor Central Sulawesi no. 20 of 2014 on the accounting policies of local government Central Sulawesi Province has set up changes that serve as guidelines in carrying out the process or stages of restatement balance against the government local working unit, especially in the Agency of Community Empowerment and Village Government. Initial implementation of government accrual-based accounting system in 2015 has been included in the notes to the financial statements of the office of Community Empowerment and Village Government in Central Sulawesi. The status of audit from the financial auditor Agency is corrected or are audited despite the fact that the balance sheet restatement in 2014 has not conducted by the Agency of Community Empowerment and Village Government in Central Sulawesi.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) explore and analyze the influence of experiential marketing (sense, feel, think, act, relate) on customer statisfaction; 2) explore and analyze the influence of experiential marketing (sense, feel, think, act, relate) on consumer loyalty, 3) explore and analyze the influence of Customer Satisfaction on consumer loyalty. The research selects 220 customers who visited the restaurant at least 5 timers. Statistical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that: (1) experiential marketing (sense, feel, think, act, relate) significantly affects customers decision to visit Refresho Cafe and Resto statisfaction; 2) experiential marketing (sense, feel, think, act, relate) significantly affects consumer loyalty to revisit Refresho Cafe and Resto;3).Customer Satisfaction significantly affects customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aimed to examinethe effect of Simultaneous and partial clarity budgetary targets and internal control system toward the accountability of Government Performance. Population and sample of the study was 35 SKPD in Parigi Moutong District. The research data collection using questionnaire survey. The technique of data analysis used multiple regression analysis by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. The results of this study indicate that the budget goal clarity and internal control system effect of the performance accountability of government agencies. Partially, clarity of budget targets and internal control system positively and significantly influence officials performance accountability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Implementation of the Working Policy of the Regional Secretariat of Poso District. Measuring Policy Implementation in this study using Policy Implementation theory proposed by Edwards III (in Subarsono, 2003: 53), including: Communications, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucracy Sturktur. This research is a descriptive type research with qualitative approach. Informants in the study were determined using purposive techniques. This research takes place at the Regional Secretariat of Poso District. Informant research in this study as many as 5 (five) people. The data were collected using Observation, Interview, and Documentation techniques. Data analysis in this study include: Data collection, Data reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion. The results obtained in this study indicate the Implementation of the Working Policy of the Regional Secretariat of Poso Regency has not been effective, because of 4 (four) indicators of policy implementation used as a benchmark there are still two indicators that have not run well ie the elements of Communications and Structural Elements Bureaucracy. 2 (two) other indicators namely Disposition and Resources indicate the conditions that have been effective.
