Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze simultaneuous effects of transformational leadership, work culture, and motivation on the performance of officials in the Regional Revenue Office. Also, it indends to determine and analyze partial effects of transformational leadership on the performance of official in The Regional Revenue Office; determine and analyze partial effects of work culture on the performance of official in The Regional Revenue Office; determine and analyze partial effects of motivation on the performance of official in The Regional Revenue Office. Population in this study consists of 107 officials in The Regional Revenue Office, who all selected as samples. Method of analysis is multiple linear regression. The results show that: transformational leadership, work culture, and motivation have simultaneous effects on officials’ performance with F-value of 46.701 on the significance level of 0.000; transformational leadership style have partial effect on officials’ performance with t-value of 6.308 on the significance level of 0.000; work culture has partial effect on officials’ performance with t-value 4.677 on the significance level 0.000; motivation has partial effect on officials’ performance with t-value 4.492 on the significance level 0.000.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of competency and career development on officals’ performance in The Department of Education and Culture, Sigi District. Sample of 27 officials selected with census method. Type of study is decriptive causal; data is analyzed with multiple linear regressions analysis. The result shows that competency and career development simultaneously and partially have significant influence on officials’ performance in The Departement of Education and Culture of Sigi District.

Abstract

The study intends to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of transformational leadership style, work culture, and discipline in marine and fishery Departmet in Donggala District. Sampel consists of 41 officials. Method of analysis is descriptive verificative with multiple linier regressions analysis. The result shows that transformational leadership style, work culture, and discipline simultaneously influence officials’ performance significantly with f value of 24.717 on sig 0.000; transformational leadership style influence performance significantly with t value of 2.337 on sig 0.025;, work culture influence performance significantly with t value of 2.753 on sig 0.009, discipline influence performance significantly with t value of 2.344 on sig 0.025.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were : 1) to analyze simultaneous effect of work environment and job stress to the job satisfaction of civil servants at Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University; 2) to analyze partially the effect of work environment on job satisfaction of civil servants at Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University; 3) ) to analyze partially the effect of job stress to the job satisfaction of civil servants at Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University. Population of this research covered all the civil servants at Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University which consists of 38 civil servants. By considering the number of population is very limited, this study determines all population as the sample using census method. Primary and secondary data have been collected using observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the result shows that work environment and job stress simultaneoulysly and partially perform significant effects to the Job Satisfaction of civil servants at Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of the policy of Land and Building Tax (PBB) at the Department of Revenue North Mamuju regency. This type of research is qualitative by taking community informants and officials / employees of Department of Revenue North Mamuju regency determined purposively. Data collection methods include participant observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and triangulation, while the technique of data analysis include data reduction, data is displaydan draw conclusions and verification. The theory in the implementation of land and building tax policy that is a model of public policy implementation raised by George C. Edwards III in Indiahono (2009: 31) there are four important variable in achieving successful implementation of public policy is communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure The results of the study demonstrate policy implementation Land and Building Tax (PBB) in North Mamuju regency already socialized, but the human resources involved in the policy is still lacking and insufficient. besides that it is still a lack of willingness of employees to increase kejenjang higher education, and the budget allocated to the Department of Revenue is still lacking and grossly inadequate. Thus, the factors that most influence the success and failure of policy implementation in the Land and Building Tax Department of Revenue is a factor of resources

Abstract

The  objectives  of  this  research  are  to  know  (1)  The  influence  of  corporate  socialresponsibility on profitability at manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange (2) How Accounting Information Acts as a moderating variabel influencing the relationship between corporate social responsibility and profitability at manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample on this research is manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2008-2012. Purposive sampling is a technique to judgment to found 8 (eight) companies. Independent variable on this research is profitability, dependen variable is corporate social responsibility, and moderating variable is Accounting Information Acts. The result shows (1) corporate social responsibility perform significant influencing on profitability at manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange with value of t hitung > t table 3,077 > 2,024 (2) Accounting Information Act is unable to moderate the relationship between CSR and Profitability at manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange with critical ration value of 0,124 at the level 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze: 1) the level of importance of Modern Marketing Management variable that includes People, Process, Programs and Performance to meet customer’s satisfaction in Samsung Mobile Phones purchasing at Samsung Brand Store in Palu City; 2) significant influence of Modern Marketing Management (People, Process, Programs and Performance) simultaneously and partially on customer’s satisfaction in Samsung Mobile Phones purchasing at Samsung Brand Store in Palu City. Sampling technique used in Non-probability Sampling by applying incidental sampling method to select 150 respondents, who shopped Samsung mobile phones more than once. Method of analysis applied are Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The result of IPA method indicate that: 1) in quadrant A, variable that need to be improved are programs and performance; in quadrant B, variable needs to be maintained is people; in quadrant C, the variable that shows low performance but do not require urgent action is process. It is suggested that the focus of the company should be on quadrant A; 2) the variable of Modern Marketing Management (People, Process, Programs and Performance) simultaneously have positive and significant influence on customer’s satisfaction in Samsung Mobile Phones purchasing at Samsung Brand Store in Palu City; 3) People, Process and Performance partially have positive and significant influence on customer’s satisfaction in Samsung Mobile Phones purchasing at Samsung Brand Store in Palu City, while programs has a positive but insignificant influence on customer’s satisfaction in Samsung Mobile Phones purchasing at Samsung Brand Store in Palu City.

Abstract

This research aims to find aur and analyze the effect of commitmen, working motivation, and professionalism toward service quality either simultaneously or partially. The respondents of the research were 50 nurses of the hospital on intensive care polyclinic selected through census method in sampling. The research data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis method. The result proves that commitment, working motivation, and professionalism simultaneously or partially affected positively and significantly toward the service quality at regional Public Hospital of Undata Palu. Meanwhile, the determination coefficient indicates Adjusted R-Squre was 0,790 showing that 79% the service quality variable influenced by variables of commitment, working motivation, and professionalism whereas the rest was 21% explained by other variable which is not examined in the research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the School Operational Grant (BOS) Program Implementation Efectivity in Improving Student Achievement SMP Negeri 1 Biromaru in Sigi Regency. Data were collected by observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation, were further analyzed by qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. This study intends to get a description and a picture of the BOS Program Implementation Efectivity in Improving Student Achievement.This study was conducted in 2015. The results of this study concluded that: 1) The fund implementation of the School Operational Grant (BOS)in SMP Negeri 1 Biromaru is effective, because the indicators that lead to the achievement of objective educational goalset SMP much has been achieved, and 2) The effects of BOS Program Implementation Efectivity in Improving Student Achievement SMP Negeri 1 Biromaru in Sigi Regency either in context, input, process, and product fund implementation of BOS.

Abstract

This research aims at finding out the planning of people participation development in Ketong village, Balaesang Tanjung District, Donggala Regency. The researcher quotes Stoners’ idea (1992: 202) that planning steps cover: 1) setting goals; 2) determining the present situation; 3) identifying opportunities and threats of the goals. This is a qualitative research. This research result shows that from the aspect of goals setting, the goals of Musrenbang have been implemented according to the guidance of Musrenbang implementation. From the second aspect, organizations of Ketong village have less involvement. The third aspect shows that Musrenbang in the level of village has been implemented as it should be, but there were two constraints in the process, they were the lack of cooperation of stakeholders and the lack of funds in holding Musrenbang. Finally, it is concluded that   the planning of people participation development in Ketong village is categorized as non optimal, so that there must be improvement in the planning process.
