Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) to seek and analyze the simultaneous influence of discipline, workload, and jo motivation on teachers’ performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sigi Regency; 2) to seek and analyze the partial influence of discipline, workload, and job motivation on teachers’ performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sigi Regency. The sample of this study consists of 53 teachers who selected through cencus sampling technique. The hypothesis of this study tested by using multiple linear regressions.The results demonstrate that discipline, workload and job motivation simultaneously and partially have positive and significant influence on teachers’ performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sigi Regency. Differential test shows that discipline, workload and job motivation have no significant difference.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe, analyze and interpret the State Civil Administrative Recruitment Planning in the Government of North Mamuju regency in 2014. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with descriptive approach. Qualitative research method is used because researchers would like to obtain an in-depth overview of the planning in the process of recruitment of civil servants in the Civil Service Agency and the Regional Training North Mamuju regency. Resource persons were selected in this study a number of informants selected 6 people considered to know and understand the issues regarding the research focus and the informant believed to provide the required data. Based on the analysis and discussion of the planning of recruitment ASN in North Mamuju regency, the authors conclude that the recruitment planning analysis ASN in North Mamuju regency implemented by BKDD has not been done well under the three stages recommended by Simamora. Document Anjab / crew that has been done by Section Ortala have drawbacks such as a mismatch between existing titles in the document Anjab/crew to that used in the application of E-Formation owned by Kemenpan RB. As a result of these weaknesses, the BKDD can not compose projected needs of civil servants using the results Anjab/the crew. BKDD must make improvements prior to the document Anjab/crew are to be adjusted with the E-Formation. In the data collection occurred availability of human resources data discrepancies between data held by BKDD with the real situation on the ground. This difference is caused by mutations in the transfer of personnel who are not procedural, supposed to be with a decree by BKDD however that the displacement of the educators / teachers among school and health personnel among UPTD health or Pukesmas (Pustu) only with the Memorandum of the Office of the Head Office without No notification to BKDD.

Abstract

The objectives of the study are: (1). To determine and analyze development of local revenue consisting of local taxes and local retribution in Tojo Una-una   Regency, (2). To determine and analyze simultaneous impact local taxes and local retributions on regional spending allocation in Tojo Una-una Regency, (3). To determine and analize partial impact of local taxes on regional spending allocation in Tojo Una-una Regency, (4). To determine and analyze simultaneous impact of local retributions on regional spending allocation in Tojo Una-una Regency. Based on the result of multiple regression testing, it is found R2 = 0.322 or 32,2 %, it mean that independent variables namely local taxes and local retribution can explain the variation or have an influence on regional spending allocation at 32,2%, while the remaining 67,8 % is explained or influenced by other variables outside the model. Local taxes and local retributions have simultaneous and significant effect on regional spending allocation in Tojo Una-una Regency. Local taxes have significant effect on regional  spending allocation spending allocation in Tojo Una-una Regency.

Abstract

The problem in this researchis is how the performance of employees of water resources public works Donggala?. As for the purpose of  this research is to analysze the performance of employess or water resource donggala public works agencies. The typeof research is desearch is descriptive qualitative research. This research conductaed dilingkungan public work where the informants ini the research sampling set by purposive sampling where the informants selected based on the intent of study. Techniques of collecting data through observation,interviews, and documents. The results showed that the performance of employees in the midwife water resources public works Donggala categorized quite good, for 3 (three), because of the three (3) aspects of performance proposed by Hasibuan only two that are already running are already well underway ie on the business aspects and aspects of opportunity in work which is in force in the field of water resources, and aspects of employee skill in a work that has not lasted up or quite good.

Abstract

The research aimed to determine the implementation of grant management conducted by the regional finance and asset management in Central Sulawesi province and the factors that influenced the implementation of the grant management carried out either support or inhibit, the informants in this study was 5 forms that consist of 3 employees of the financial and asset management in Central Sulawesi province and 2 grantees.  Informant’s determination was done by purposive sampling. Data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the implementation of grant management included communication, resources, disposition / attitude and bureaucratic structure have not been effective. Implementation of these policies were also influenced by various factors both support consisted of financial management policies and the number of personnel resources and hampering consisting of regional conditions and the quality of personnel resources. Researcher also suggested that increasing the effectiveness of policy implementation grants to improve the ability and knowledge and professionalism of personnel resources owned in understanding and implementing government policies, especially policies for the management of grants, provided technical guidance related to the grant management  personnel resources in order to improve the competence and professionalism therefore, could execute all programs and government policies, especially related to grants and policy operational  standards and procedures (SOP) on the management of grant thereafter shall be a decision and can be used as the gold standard in managing grants.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD di Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una. Responden penelitian berjumlah 35 yang dipilih dengan metode sensus. Pengolahan data menggunakan Program Statiscal Product and Service Solution (SPSS 18.0), dengan metode analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.  Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan  sebagai berikut: (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Motivasi Kerja  secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja  Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD di Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una (2)  Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja  Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD di Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una (3)  Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja  Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD di Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una.

Abstract

The puspose of t is to this research is to analyze yhe simultaneous and partial effects of competency, work culture, and office facilitation on officials‘ performance in BKKBN office of Central Sulawesi. The data is collected from questionnaires that were distributed to 78 respondents. The hypothesis is examined with multiple linear regressions. The research concludes that : 1) competency, work culture, and office facilitation simultaneously have positive and significant effects on official’s performance in BKKBN office of Central Sulawesi; 2) competency partially has positive and significant effects on officials’ performance in BKKBN office of Central Sulawesi; 3) work culture partially has positive and significant effects on official’s performance in BKKBN Office of Central Sulawesi; 4) office facilitation partially has positive and significant effects on officials’ performance in BKKBN office of Central Sulawesi. The result of determinant test shows Adjusted R-Square value of 0.650. This means that 65 % of employees’ performance in BKKBN office of Central Sulawesi is affected by competency, work culture, and facilitation at work. The remaining value of officials’ performance is affected by variables that are not studied.

Abstract

The aim of this study are: 1) to Find out simultaneous influence of emotional quotient, motivation, and incentive on staff’s performance in PT.BRI Branch Of Palu; 2) to Find out Partial influence of emotional quotient on staff’s performance in PT.BRI Branch Of Palu; 3) to Find out Partial influence of motivation on staff’s performance in PT.BRI Branch Of Palu; 4) to Find out Partial influence of Incentive on staff’s performance in PT.BRI Branch Of Palu. Type of study is casual descriptive that determine the raltion among variables by involving 169 respondents who were selected through census technique. Abstract

This research aims at identifying and analyzing the Service Quality of Information and Documentation Officers.This is a qualitative research. The informants of this research are Information and Documentation Officers of Regional Secretariat of Palu and the people represented by the media were determined by purposive sampling technique. The techniques of the data collection were  observations, interviews, and documentations, while the data were analized by using data reduction, data grouping , interpretation of the data meaning, and  conclusions draw. The results show that the services of  the officers are qualified enough despite the reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy show good results, but the tangible aspect in terms of physical facilities equipment used is not adequate, the number of computers is limited, narrow room and the absence of a monitor in front of the room.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) to determine and analyze simultaneous influence of organizational climate, education, and work culture on the performance of civil servants at The Bahodopi District Office; 2) to determine and analyze the influence of organizational climate on civil servants’ performance; 3) to determine and analyze the influence of education on civil servants’ performance; 4) to determine and analyze the influence of work culture on civil servants’ performance. Based on these aims, the research employs associative explanatory approach by involving 30 respondents who are selected with census method. The results of multiple linear regressions test show that: 1) organizational climate, education, and work culture simultaneously have positive and significant influence on the performance of civil servants at The Bahodopi District Office; 2) organizational climate has positive and significant influence on civil servants’ performance; 3) education has positive and significant influence on civil servants’ performance; 4) work culture has positive and significant influence on civil servants’ performance.
