Abstract

Limboto Lake in Gorontalo Province has been around since 1932 with an area of ± 7,000 Ha. In 1991 the area of the lake shrank to ± 3,644.5 Ha and in 2017 the area of the lake again declined to ± 2,693.9 Ha. The purpose of this research was to identify the type of change in lake land use into non-lake land and the process of changing land use around Limboto Lake. The method used is an overlay analysis of regional Landsat imagery maps around Lake Limboto using the Geographic Information System (GIS) and then described descriptively qualitatively to explain the types and processes of land use change around Limboto Lake from 1991 to 2017. Methods of data collection are secondary data studies related maps of Landsat area images around Limboto Lake in 1991, 2001, 2015, and 2017 and also field observations and interviews to clarify changes in land use that occurred around Limboto Lake from 1991 - 2017. The results of this research indicate that within 26 years (1991 - 2017), there has been a change in the use of lake land around Limboto Lake in the amount of ± 936.56 Ha to agricultural and plantation land, ± 14.29 Ha to become residential land, and ± 0.35 Ha to become a tourist area. The process of changing the physical land use around Limboto Lake, namely: (1) lake land is turned into swamps and then turned into agricultural land (wetlands and dry land) and plantations (coconut); (2) the lake area becomes swamps and then becomes agricultural land (wetlands and dry land) and then turns into residential land; (3) lake land changes into residential land; and (4) lake land directly turns into a tourist area.Keywords: Gorontalo Regency, Limboto Lake Depreciation, Land Use Changes

Abstract

Creative economy is a new sector in the Indonesian economy. Based on Presidential Instruction (Inpres) Number 6 Year 2009 on Creative Economy Development, the government has supported creative economy policy through creative industry. One of the creative industries sub-sector in Malang is culinary culinary that reach 160.000 users in 2013. However, the existence of online culinary has not been recorded by the government and there has been no study of local product development in RPJMD. Therefore, this research is needed related to the identification of online culinary characteristics and the preparation of action plans of its development. Based on stakeholders analsis, Industrial and Trading Department become the executant of strategic planning. Based on the results of research on 96 units of online culinary, there are 3 factors of value shift which is changes in production, distribution, and marketing processes that can be used as the basis for action plans based on value proposition that is operational excellence. This research comes out into 1 vision, 3 missions with 10 different strategies and 22 action plans for the development of online culinary creative industry in Malang City.Keywords: Creative Industry, Online Culinary, Strategic Palnning, Operational Excellence

Abstract

South Jakarta as the center of residential and economic activities in Jakarta, experienced population growth every year. The increasing population of Jakarta Selatan resulted in an increase in various needs, such as the need for mobilization. The need for mobilization is supported by the transportation in South Jakarta in the form of private vehicles and public transportations. Along with the technology development, the information technology began to be applied in public transport as a solution to the problem of congestion and the problem of conventional public transport. The main purpose of this research is to determine the characteristics and differences of online-based public transportation is South Jakarta. This research use descriptive analysis. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, the differences of online-based transportaion depend on the service provider company. Differences from every online-based public transportation companies are origin country and service coverage, type of vehicle used, service facilities, payment method, point and reward features, peak hours, motorcycles and cars fare, as well as additional fees of cancellation.Keywords: Online based public transportation, South Jakarta

Abstract

Cultural landscapes formed by continuous reorganization of landscapes by indigenous people in order to adjust land use and spatial structures to achieve the fulfillment of human needs. This process is constantly changing from time to time. Therefore a cultural landscape as a multifunctional landscape that provides a variety of benefits for humans, in producing goods and products. It supports and provides limitations for community in managing local resources, improving culture, and so forth. Indonesia is rich in valuable landscapes as an outstanding cultural landscape for national heritage. These areas contain strong historical values, as inheritance resources, distinctive geomorphology, from the changing of natural systems and biogeophysical and socio-cultural processes. This research constructs a typology of the Old Javanese cultural landscape base on illustrated data at the reliefs on Jawi, Jago and Panataran temple. These temples date from the 12th century AD. This research was conducted with a constructivism perspective. The research is descriptive explorative, using Content Analysis and Cluster Analysis. Cluster analysis findings is that the landscape of Old Javanese Culture was classified into two large groups based on the diversity of features, namely: Natural Landscape and Built Landscapes. On Natural Landscapes classified into two types, residential landscape types (bukur temple and mandala) and worship landscape type. Whereas the Built Landscape is classified as two, Outside kadatwan (staphaka and patapan); and the type of landscape around kadatwan (forest / park and cadastral environment as the residence for kings / aristocrats), artificial, and landscape features. Each landscape has unique composition of features of vegetation, animals, artificial structures, and surrounding scenery.Keywords: Relief, Candi, Lanskap, Jawa.

Abstract

The mainstay tourism destinations in Yogyakarta Special Region are beach tourism destinations. Accessibility in beach tourism destinations does not deter tourists. The purpose of this study is to illustrate the relationship between accessibility to preferences and routes of beach tourism destinations, and identify factors affecting the preferences and routes of beach tourism destinations in Yogyakarta Special Region. The method used is deductive method with quantitative analysis. The analysis method used is using descriptive statistical analysis. The result of the analysis shows that there is a relation between accessibility with preference and route of beach tourism destination. There are beach tourism destinations that are often bypassed and become the referral of Baron Beach and Parangtritis Beach. Factors influencing the preferences and routes of beach tourism destinations are (i) the socio-demographic factor of tourists, consisting of the area of origin of tourists, the source of information, and the frequency of travel, (ii) the amenity factor which includes the availability of tourism facilities and infrastructure and the ability of facilities and infrastructure tourism in meeting the needs of tourists, (iii) tourist behavior factor, consisting of tourist destinations, tourism motivation, and tourist expectations of tourism facilities and infrastructure needed, (iv) tourist attraction factors that include the ability of tourist attractions in attracting tourists, tourist attractions are popular tourists, and tourist activities undertaken by touristsKeywords: Preferences, Routes, Beach Tourism Destinations, Yogyakarta Special Region.

Abstract

Padang City is one of the coastal city located in coastal area of Sumatera Island. The beginning of the development of housing was in the western region which was the Muara Batang Arau Port Area. The development of private housing in the city of Padang continues to shift increasingly moving towards the eastern region which is a suburb far from the coast. This phenomenon affects the activities of large land conversion that resulted in changes in the structure of the Padang City space and increasingly eliminate the characteristics of the City of Padang as a Beach City. This is interesting to study so research questions arise as to the development of private housing in the city of Padang and what are the factors that influence this development. The purpose of this study is to describe the development of private housing in the city of Padang and identify factors that influence the development of private housing in the city of Padang. The research approach used is deductive qualitative rationality, which in the analysis phase uses a Geographic Information System (GIS) to describe the development of private housing in Padang City in 2007-2016.The results showed that there was a change in the orientation of private housing development from 2007-2016 from the western part of Padang Sarai, Lubuk Buaya, Pasie Nan Tigo, Bungo Padang and Parupuk Tabing villages to the eastern part of Balai Gadang Village, Lubuk Minturun Urban Village, Gunung Sarik Urban Village and Kuranji Village with the addition of 156 Ha of private housing area. Factors affecting housing development in Kota Padang are factors of policy, population factor, land limitation factor, and partnership factor.Keywords: Kota Padang, development of private housing, factors
