Abstract

Based on the standart that Public Health Center “X” completeness of SOAP, KIE, and ICD X must be 100%. The aim of research was to analyze how the completeness of writing SOAP, KIE, and ICD X inGeneral Poly and Health of Mother and Child Family Planning Public Health Center “X”. This study was descriptive research with 500 medical records that consist of 260 for January and 240 for February as sample and they taken by random sampling. The result showed that completeness of SOAP, KIE, and ICD X on January in General Poly were 48% and decrease on February became 45,8%.While Health Mother and Child Family Planning Poly showed that completeness on January were 97,8% and increase on February became 98,6%. The incompleteness of medical records can be influenced by several factors is compliance the health workers who responsible in filling the medical records and they have multi job in Public Health Center “X” also the patient was increase. To minimize the incompleteness of SOAP, KIE, and ICD X, medical staff needs to expose by socialization of medical record to remember their responsibilty of their job description.Keywords : Completeness, medical record, Public Health Center

Abstract

ABSTRACT             The increased number of complaint patient indicated performance gap of medical records officer. Training needs assessment was a systematically order of process to discover and identified the existence of a disparity performance caused by a lack of knowledge, attitude and skills in doing the work. Individual analysis identified a disparity between requirements of work to requirement an organization that owned by their respective employee. The purpose of this study was to develop a training needs medical records staff at Undaan Surabaya Eye Hospital,  based on the training needs assessment through individual analysis.This was a descriptive study, subject of research were medical record officers who works in Undaan Surabaya Eye Hospital. More that 56,00% was included in good category knowledge. The most medical records officers has 88% excellent working attitude, skilled officers medical records in conducted technical work related duties 77.78% good category, and softkills as a whole into the category of a good 49,5%. This study concluded be taken from this study was the training needs of medical record staff in Undaan Eye Hospital Surabaya generally was training on knowledge and skill of management medical records. Keywords :individual analysis, medical record staff, training need assessment

Abstract

ABSTRACTBenefit package provided for policyholderis expected to be in accordance with policyholder’s expectations. This research aimed to evaluate the conformity of the benefit package received by policyholder in Airlangga Health Care Center.This was descriptive study with cross sectional design. Data analysis quantitative with observational data.The population was all employees of Airlangga Health Care Center. The results of this study show that the total cost of health care in the PLK-UA in 2009 amounted to IDR 1.232.974.580, while the income was IDR 1.309.680.000. Based on the result, the calculation shows that the benefit package received by policyholders is worth the premium paid in the amount of IDR 60.000 per year.These conclutionis the implementation managed care insurance system that provides maximum service to policyholders by means of giving back the premium thathas been paid by the policyholders in the form of benefit package or development of facilities and infrastructure. However,revised service package provided by Airlangga Health Care Centershould be reconsidered in order to meet the expectations of policyholders.Keywords:benefit package, health insurancepremium, policyholders

Abstract

Plannig of the health program in district level has been more dominated by top-down process. The targets specified from top level are ususally based on national projections and incompatible with the real situation in this area. The goal of this research is to analyse annual health planning in Immunization program Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surabaya. The research is a descriptive study with qualitative data. Data collected with in-depth interview to person in charge of program and document observation in City Health Department of Surabaya. The result of this research are: (1) Technical planning such as amount of target person of immunization, amount of logistic and vaccine needs, financial planning has been done, but the administrative implementation has not been fully done showed by some documents which actually do not exist. (2) Non-technical planning that is based on the problems of last year have not been implemented. (3) POA (Plan of Action) has never been made in immunization program, so it is necessary to form POA raw format and guidelines for the preparation of planning. (4) Steps in planning has not conform the rules justified. (5) Annual Training is required for the planning in immunization program for each person in charge. Keywords: district health department, immunization program, planning

Abstract

In 2013, DIY AIDS prevalence was 23.75 %. ODHA reached 72.6% based on age class 25-49 years old. PMTCT programs were done to prevent HIV infection from mother to children. This research was a qualitative-descriptive research which has implemented the grounded theory. This research was conducted in Independent Midwifery Clinic Yogyakarta from March to June 2014. The respondents were midwives of Independent Midwifery Clinic, pregnant patients of the Independent Midwifery Clinic, midwife coordinators of primary public health care center, and family health care in Health Care Department of Yogyakarta. The first respondents were chosen with snowball sampling. Research instrument was manual interview, and the data were collected with in-depth interview. Data analysis was done with content analysis and data validation by using triangle source. The findings showed that PMTCT in ANC doesn’t work effectively in Independent Midwifery Clinic Yogyakarta. Midwives play role as the guides for pregnant mothers to get ANC in primary public health center. Counseling and bargaining about HIV diagnostic can decrease the stigma and discrimination in society. The implementation of HIV infection prevention (PPIA) may invite the cadres and all of public sectors to collaborate.  Keywords: antenatal care, HIV, PPIA

Abstract

ABSTRACT Based on data from January - April 2014 found that obedience of prescription writing based on formularium in Outpatient Installation of Islam Jemursari Hospital only amounted to 87.9%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the obedience of prescription writing based on formularium. This study was an observational analitic cross sectional study. Data analysis using Spearman correlation test (α = 0.05). Obedience of prescription writing based on formularium mostly in the category of obedience (37.8%). Spearman correlation test showed no correlation between the status of the location (p = 0.166), the legitimacy of authority figures (p = 0.841), and the status of an authority figure (p=0,549) with the obedience of prescription writing based on formularium (p = 0.166). There was a significant relationship between personal responsibility (p = 0.005), peer support (p = 0.007), and the proximity of authority figures (p = 0.002) with obedience of prescription writing based on formularium. The conclusion that can be drawn is appropriate prescribing formulary can be improved by providing incentives and sanctions of the pieces and there are electronic formulary list. Keywords: formulary, obedience, prescription

Abstract

Surabaya is a pioneer of E-Health innovation in Indonesia by providing online registration system to facilitate to take a quenue number anytime anywhere. The users online registration at RSUD dr.M. Soewandhie Surabaya is the largest, but dissatisfaction figure of online registration services reached 31,4%. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze use behavior online registration at RSUD dr.M. Soewandhie based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). This research was an analytic observational with quantitative approach and cross sectional design. Sample were collected by systematic random sampling and consist of 50 users and 50 nonusers. The result showed that individual characteristic which has p value below 0,05 was experience, knowledge and IT skills. Performance expectancy (p = 0,044) significantly influence behavioral intention , whereas effort expectancy (p = 0,982) and social influence (p = 0,124) do not. Facilitating condition (p = 0,812) and behavioral intention (p=0,189) had no influence with use behavior because p value was above 0,05. In conclusion, performance expectancy has a significant influence with behavioral intention, therefore experience, knowledge and IT skills had influence with use behavior online registration in RSUD dr.M. Abstract

Imperfect and inaccurate drugs and medical consumables planning and procurement likely affect their sustainability in Public Health Center (Puskesmas). This paper aims to study the mechanism of drugs planning and procurement implemented by Puskesmas "X". This was a descriptive research using a qualitative approach and observational method. This study found there were two sources of drug financing and medical consumption in Puskesmas "X", using the Revenue and Expense Budgeting of the local administration and capitation funds from National Health Coverage program. Drugs planning was financed by the local government revenues and expenses budgeting scheme. Performed under the basis of annual drug usage report. The plannings were conducted at the end of the year to project next year drugs' consumption. Drugs procurement process was performed by preparing drugs consumption report and ordering sheet paper which then were submitted to drug logistics unit at Puskesmas "X". Afterward, the procurement process was performed by accessing e-catalog as the legal online system provided by the national government. This research concluded that the implementation of the planning and procurement of drugs in Puskesmas has fulfilled and followed Health Ministry Regulation Number 74 Year 2016.  Keywords : drugs planning, drugs procurement, regulationpublic health center

Abstract

ABSTRACTDiscipline is one of significant factors that increase the employee’s perfomance. One of discipline indicators is absenteeism. Absenteeism rate of employee in 2014 was high especially for alpa (22,35%). Purpose of this research analyze communication, leadership and team work influence to discipline employees.This research using cross sectional method. Respondents are 36 employees. The sampling through stratified random sampling. The location is in a hospital. The result of this research showed the effectivity of communication level is in moderate cathegory (50%). The hospital leadership has supported employees to be discipline (50%). The effetivity of team work level is high (77,8%). The result of linier regression tests between dependent variable with several independent variables showed that communication (p=0,024) and teamwork (0,004) variables influence employees discipline.Based on the results, to enhance the effectivity of communication by regulating information flow and utilizing feedback. To enhance the effectivity of team work by making an event can increase the flexibility, cohesivity, viability dan communication team such as outbound.Keywords: communication, discipline,  leadership and teamwork

Abstract

Performance evaluation was showed that average service time from January to October 2016 was 35.56 minutes. The average service time ensuring provision of medical records of outpatients was under targets because the standard of service time of the Minister of Health No. 129 at 2008 is <10 minutes. This research aimed to determine the information quality of medical record documents outpatients as helped efforts to improve the information quality of medical record documents. This was a descriptive study with cross-sectional design. Data was collected through observation outpatient medical record on December. The samples consisted 115 medical record documents. The sampling method used was random sampling. Variable used by researchers was the quality dimensions of The Product and Service Performance for Information Quality Model. The results showed the dimensions free of error of 68.33%, dimensions of concise representation of 58.44%, and the dimensions of completeness by 55.56%, and dimensions of consistent representation of 52.22%. Based on research result, average score of information quality assessment were good enough. Recommendation for Medical Record Departementbased on research results was made guidelines or standard operating procedures could be used to increase the quality of medical record documents. Keywords: assessment, dimension, information quality, Medical Record Document,outpatient
