Abstract

Maṣlahah is an expression of taking advantage and rejecting harm, but that is not what is meant by al-Gazali; according to him, taking benefits and rejecting harm is human’s purpose, and humans good will be realized by achieving his goals. But what is meant by maṣlahah is maintaining the purpose of the Shari’a (al-muhāfaẓah ‘ala maqsūdi asy-syarī’ah). When dealing with texts (naṣ) maṣlahah is divided into three; there is a problem that is confirmed by the text (maṣlahah mu’tabarah), there is a problem that is canceled by the text (maṣlahah mulgah), and there is a problem that is unconfirmed and not canceled by the text (maṣlahah mursalah). Maṣlahah mursalah, when seen from the needs, are divided into three levels; first, the primary level (ḍarūriyāt) in the form of guarding religion (hifẓu ad-din), soul (hifẓu an-nafs), reason (hifẓu al-‘aql), descent (hifẓu an-nasl), and property (hifẓu al-māl) ), the second secondary level (hajiyāt) and the third tertiary level (tahsīniyāt). Maṣlahah mursalah can be used as a proposition for istimbāṭ by considering three characteristics, namely, maṣlahah is primary (ḍarūriyāt), certain (qath'iyyāt), and general (kulliyāt). According to al-Gazali, the purpose of the Shari’a (maqāsid asy-syarī’ah) can be known through the Qur’an, Sunnah, and consensus (ijma’). Then every maṣlahah that does not function to maintain the objectives of the Shari’a which is understood from the Qur’an, Sunnah, and the consensus (ijma') is a strange maṣlahah (gharībah), that is, a maṣlahah that is not in line with the Shari’a action, then the maṣlahah cannot be made into the proposition of legal discovery (istimbāṭ).

Abstract

The culture of the Malays community of Sungai Jambu Hamlet has local wisdom in the tradition of holding the fields which are carried out once a year in cooperation when planting (rice paddy) and harvesting rice (rice cutting) to make work easier to complete quickly. Berandep is held in the morning starting from 6:30 to 10:30 WIB. In the implementation of holding, 4-6 people are formed and carried out in turns. If one of them gets a turn to plant and harvest rice the equipment that must be prepared is a penugal (a tool to make a hole to grow rice), a wood-based planter and a razor blade attached to a wood that is slightly made a hole so that the razor sticks easily to make it easier to plant ( harvest rice), and the last to bring food and drinks to the perpetrator with a grip. This is done to help the perpetrator to have a difficult time when holding or planting and harvesting rice. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. Based on the research of the tradition above, that from the implementation of the tradition there is a behavior that leads to cooperation and helps others, in the sense of the subject of continuous ethics of the tradition of standing. The implementation of the tradition of berandep is related to the subjects of Aqeedah and Morals as outlined in the material of cooperation, help and good morals in neighboring and social life.

Abstract

Having a Nationalism Value is a duty for every citizen. In other words, it is an unconditional value. At the same time, the issue of racial disunity has been grown lately. This issue is related to religion. Most compelling evidence, high school student’s Nationalism Value moreover theirs who follow spiritual organization has been descending due to the incorporation between religion and nationality. The scope of this field research is within SMA Negeri 1 Purworejo. Qualitative analysis method supported by descriptive statistical data is being used in this study. As a result, this research found that Nationalism Value can be instilled through classroom learning, recitation and activities in the spiritual program. The value of Unity and Patriotism, which constitutes for Nationalism Value, is invested through verbal and non verbal communication. For this reason, Islamic religion teacher is the most crucial agent in instilling Nationalism Values to spiritual activists. In the event that 57% of students have a high Unity Value and 68% of students have high Patriotism Value, henceforth the Nationalism's Value of spiritual activists tends to be high.

Abstract

Professional competence is the ability associated with the completion of teacher assignments. The professional competence of the Hadith Qur'an teachers is to develop plans for both objectives, a content of learning materials, methods, and techniques, as well as assessment, are the main elements that must be minimally present in every implementation of learning. How high is the relationship between the professional competence of the Qur'an Hadith teachers and the planning and implementation of learning in Pidie MTsN? This qualitative research collects data through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and analyzed through descriptive analytics. The questionnaire was analyzed using Rating Scala, the number of respondents was 10, the items were also 10. The results showed the professional competence of the Qur'an 85% hadith approached "always", for Planning 10 respondents, item 10, the result was 74% approach quite well, while Implementation respondent 10, item 13, the result is 82% approaching very well, meaning the professional competence of the Qur'an teacher Hadith is closely related to the RPP and the implementation of learning.

Abstract

The adolescent phase is a developmental phase with great potential, both in terms of affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects. Adolescents are usually at the age of 15/17 years, at this age children have a tendency to imitate and are easily influenced by educational tri-centers such as family, school and community. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis method, which is a method that includes recording, parsing, interpreting, analyzing existing data. The type of research that the author uses is library Research. Child development must start early in the family, the main education is both parents at home, the most important method is an example in addition to other methods according to psychological conditions and situations, because other materials should be taught with a strong foundation of faith in conditions of worship, morality and others. Furthermore, youth development when entering school, children must be equipped with an initial understanding of socializing with their friends. In the community environment, children must be monitored or noticed their movements such as choosing good friends and avoiding promiscuity.
