Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melahirkan tinjauan (review) terhadap konseptualisasi kepemimpinan transformasional dan mencoba membangun model yang tepat (fit) atas hubungan antara berbagai bentuk perilaku kerja yaitu perilaku-perilaku pemimpin transformasional, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, komtmen organisasiona l, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan keinginan berpindah. Penelitian- penelitian empiris terdahulu di bidang ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa suatu bentuk perilaku kerja merupakan hasil atau konsekuensi sekaligus juga akan mempengaruhi perilaku kerja lainnya. Namun penelitian-penelitian empiris di lapangan cenderung menggunakan konseptualisasi yang berbeda-beda dan belum terdapat penelitian yang secara komprehenship mengintegresikan bentuk-bentuk perilaku kerja tersebut ke dalam satu model yang fit. Penelitian-lenelitian yang ada cenderung memberikan kesimpulan kesimpulan yang berbeda atas hubungan-hubungan berbagai konstruk. Perilaku kerja tersebut. Tulisan ini akan mencoba menutupi kesenjangan konseptual di bidang ini, dengan menawarkan beberapa konsepsi dimensi perilaku pemimpin transformasional dan proposisi-proposi yang siap diuji ke dalam sebuah investigasi empiris

Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of variables promotional mix (advertising, sales promotion and personal selling) to increase sale volume. The entrepreneur or producer will get aid on introducing and explaining their goods and services usage. Promotion can be recognizing market by investigating what is bought by consumer. The hipotesis of the research is the higher cost promotion is the higher production. The result and data used analysis of regresi and correlation revealed two important findings. Firstly, the advertising, sales promotion and personal selling were significantly it have positive and high correlation to increase sale volume. Secondly, advertising is most having an effect on variable to sale volume than sales promotion and personal selling.

Abstract

In learning process, communication occupied in a central position. Learning was a transactional communication porcess between teacher n students that involued some interlaced components. Transactional communication was a mutual gift process where both interlaced sides on a different position had same weight upon a purpose that favourabled each other. An effective communication process in lecture teaching-learning process could make possible to increase students absorbtion power, that on the turn students could get an optimal achievement. There were some thing that should be niticed to make the communication had function in levture effectivity achieving, these are 1) Teachers should be able to think and speak clearly, 2) Teachers can influence that message which will be delivered was an important thing, 3) Teachers accomplished learning purposes clearly and easy to understand by students, 4) Teachers mastered the material which was delivered to the students, 5) Teachers understood the effective communication process and applied it constantly, 6) Teachers should be able to get emphaty from students, 7) Teachers always keep eye contact, constant voice and avoided disturbed utterances, 8) Teachers created a communication plan well. Some things that should be notice by students were : 1) Students should be able to notive main things on each materials which was delivered by teachers, 2) Students needed to prepare themselves in listening and understanding the material which was delivered by teachers, 3) Students were more notice on talk contents than on the people, 4) Students should have an ability in controlling the emotion

Abstract

This research is a case study at "Ketapang Jaya" poving block companyPurrrokerto entitled "Produd Sualtty Control Analysis At Ketapang Jaya PavingBlock Company Purwokerto", The aims of research are first to find out the defaultrate of paving block product and then to look for whether there is a diference or notbetween the average of default in finished product of plain six sided paving block andmotives six sided poving block. The proposed hypotheses of research are : (l) Theproduct default happened in plain six sided and motives six sided paving block is stillunder the control limit. (2)There is no significant diffirence between the averageproduct default in plain six sided paving block and motives six sided paving blockAs the result of analysis, it can be concluded that the default rate for plain six sidedpaving block is 5,2496 with the upper control limit (UCL) is 0,1316 and the lowercontrol limit (LCL) is 0 (zero) whereas the default late for motives six sided pavingblock is 6,24% u)ith the upper contol limit (UCL) 0,15I 5 and the lower control limit(LCL) rs 0 (zero). As implication, in order to be able to increase company's productquality, the company has to increase its control on its labors especially indepartments of printing, raw malerial, equipments and the increasing of the role oflabors in realizing the importance of quality standard.

Abstract

E-commerce mempunyai kelebihan dalam bisnis yaitu untuk memperpendek jarak tempuh, perluasan pasar, perluasan jaringan mitra bisnis, mengurangi biaya-biaya perusahaan, meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan secara efektif dan efisien dan meningkatkan customer royalty. Dengan melihat kelebihan e-commerce maka dapat memberikan solusi bagi perusahaan khususnya penjualan dengan cara menampilkan produk pada web Pengrajin Besi Desa Pasir Wetan. Software yang digunakan untuk mendukung hal tersebut adalah Dreamweaver, PHP dan MySQL. Sistem intormasi ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan untuk databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Sedangkan disainnya menggunakan dreamweaver. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka. Pengembangan system menggunakan waterfall.

Abstract

AMIK HASS Bandung as the formal higher education agency of the Diploma Computer Program that will compete in the netting of the new student and printed human resources was ready the work, must realise that the importance of the understanding about the level of the work motivation of the employee, the employees loyalty, the work experience and the age of the employee to measure the productivity of the work.Make aware this matter above, then specially in this research will be inspected four variable free (independent) that is: the motivation (X1), loyalty (X2), the experience (3) and the age (X4) against variable was tied (dependent) that is: the productivity of the work of the employee AMIK HASS Bandung.To four variable free this was suspected of having relations that were strong towards the productivity of the work of the employee AMIK HASS Bandung. From the price of the analysis of the dual determination coefficient (R2) = 0.887 that meaning that 88.7% highness or lowness of the productivity of the work were affected (was caused) by the change in the motivation, loyalty, the age and the work experience together, whereas 11.3% the rest of them as a result of by variable other. Whereas results of the testing were against this dual determination coefficient shown by the price of F = 58.62 with the significant level = 0.0001. So could be concluded that together the motivation, loyalty, the age and the work experience had the influence that was strong and significant towards the productivity of the work :The next one of the prices of the partial regression coefficient were received by the equality of linear regression as follows: ZY = 0.314 ZX1+ 0.275 of ZX2 + 0.822 of ZX3 – 0.391 of ZX4 Sig : 0.003 0,019 0,003 0,115 To variable X4 had the significant level > 0.05 meaning that partially the work experience did not have the influence on the productivity of the work and X3 (the age) was variable that was dominant his influence on the productivity of the work.Therefore could be suggested to increase the productivity of the work of the employee, the agency could make the formulation stimulan-stimulan that was matched with the requirement for the employee and the agency capacity. As for attention of the agency better be focused on the dimension of the age because of this variable that was dominant his influence on the productivity of the work. The step that could be carried out was by giving the addition of the authority and the belief to the employee

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertuiuan untuk menguji apakah laba dan arus berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada masing-masing tahap siklus hidup perusahaan. Siklus hidup perusahaan terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu start'up, growth, matufe, dan decline. Karakteristik perusahaan berbeda untuk setiaP tahap siklus hidup tersebut sehingga pengu.kuran akuntansi yang relevandigunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan pengambilan keputusan akan berbeda pula. Pengklasifikasian perusahaan sampel ke dalam setiap tahap siklus hidup menggunakan kriteria tertentu yang sudah ditentukan. Perusahaan sampel dapat diklasrfikasiknn ke dalam tahap start-up jika memeuhi kriteria: (l) Perusahaan tidak terbentuk akibat dari diverstiture, merger, atau bentuk restrukturisasi lainnya; (2) Perusahaan mulai melakukan peniualan tidak lebih dari satu tahun sebelum 'go public'; (3) Hanya data selama tiga tahun pertama  setelah tanggal berdiri perusahaan yang dimasukkan. Sedangkan klasfikasi observasi ke dalam tahap growth, mature, dan decline dilakukan berdasarkan dua variabel klastfikasi, yaitu persentase pertumbuhan penjtnlan dan umur perusahaan. Untuk masing-masing tahun observasi, nilai masing-masing variabel klasifikasi seluruh perusahaan dihitung dengan menggunakan persamaan (1) dan (2) diurutkan dari nilai terendah sampai dengan tertinggi, dan dibagi dalam kuartil. Berdasarkankreteria tersebut, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 70 observasi dari 28 perusahaan yang berbeda, dengan perincian pado tahap growth terdapat 17 obsemasi dari 7 perusahaan yang berbeda, tahap mature 36 observasi dari 12 perusahaan yangberbeda, dan tahap decline 17 observasi dari 7 perusahaan yang berbeda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa harga saham dipengaruhi oleh informasi laba dan arus kas. Informasi laba, arus kas, dan siklus hidup perusahaan secara bersama-samamemiliki pengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Artinya, pada saat laba dan arus kas bernilai positif maka harga saham akan meningkat dan pada saat harga laba dan arus kas menunjukkan nilai negatif maka harga saham akan turun, Namun secara statistik siklus hidup perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa laba dan arus kas dapat digunakan untuk menilai kinerja serta prospek masa depan perusahaan, sedangkan siklus hidupperusahaan tidak dapat dijadikan indikator utama dalam menilai prospek masa depan perusahaan. Siklus hidup perusahaan hanya informasi tambahan yang dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan.
