Abstract

Al-Banna said: "We will not sit back and feel happy or stopped while the Qur'an has not really become institutionalization of the country. We will live to achieve this goal or die from it". In political thought, Hasan al-Banna linking faith with political activity. Surely a Muslim is not perfect keislamanya unless he became a politician, who had the foresight and give full attention to the issue of race. In his view, the Islamic one should lead to give attention to the problems of the nation. Islam is a comprehensive system, covering all aspects of life. Then it is the state and the homeland or the government, people, moral, strength, or compassion and fairness, insight and law, or science and law, material and natural wealth or income and wealth, as well as jihad and da'wa or troops and thought. As well as he is pure and true faith, no less no more. The scope of Islam itself is not possible not to touch the political sphere and the state. It is also associated with the rule in Islam itself that regulate the affairs that require power as executing.

Abstract

Hearing the word "librarian" still a lot of people wonder, what is the librarian? Limitations of public knowledge about the librarian, gave birth to their hesitancy to declare the post of librarian as a profession. They found the librarian's job does not demand professionalism and can be done by anyone. There is even a lightly saying that librarians are just builders keep the book and lend it to the user.

Abstract

One of the tasks of TNI is conducting Military Operations Other Than War. One forms of Military Operation Other Than War is Assistance to Local Governments. TNI involvement in the handling of Ahmadiyah in West Java was impact of that policy. As a result of those involvement was military re- entry into a political issue, then also raises human rights violations in its implementation.

Abstract

Patriarchal culture has been marginalized women, deny women as khalif fi al-ard, and deny justice teachings promoted by Islam. Amina Wadud focuses on the needs of reform, providing justification from a theological perspective, and look at strategies to build on the reforms in the fight for gender equality. Reconstruction of Islamic understanding of this is within the scope of the research conducted Amina Wadud is related interpretations among Muslims, especially looking at the relationship or the position of women and men. He said problems related about women, referring to the Koran with ideas and ways of thinking are critical in understanding a text (Quran). The focus of attention Wadud is an authority on the interpretation of the principles of feminism, gender justice, verses about social justice and equality of man and some of the factors that led to the marginalization of the role of women.

Abstract

Historically, Muslims have experienced the triumph of civilization, especially during the Abbasid dynasty. This achievement can not be released with the message of Islam which has always encouraged its followers to have extensive knowledge. It is also recognized by some of the Abbasid rulers, so that the scientific development of great concern. Therefore, several scientific institutes are built in order to realize these goals. One of the institutions that are Bait al-Hikmah. This institution, as well as educational institutions, also an institute library. With a historical overview, this paper seeks to analyze the role of Bait al-Hikma library during the Abbasid dynasty. Because it deals with the science of libraries, then difoukuskan study on the management of Bait al-Hikma library, so the library has a major role in the triumph of civilization during the Abbasid Dynasty.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mencoba mengungkapkan pemanfaatan teks-teks berbahasa Inggris guna membantu pembelajar Bahasa Inggris dalam memahami kohesi leksikal. Data diambil dari koran The Jakarta Post, khususnya kolom News Highlights. Kohesi leksikal selalu muncul dalam setiap teks. Mengenal kohesi leksikal, khususnya dalam teks berbahasa Inggris penting guna memahami teks secara utuh. Penting terutama untuk pembelajar bahasa Inggris karena bahasa ini seringkali memanfaatkan kohesi leksikal yangt rekat dalam teks-teksnya. Media cetak berbahasa Inggris dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber belajar memahami hubungan-hubungan leksikal seperti sinonim dan antonim.

Abstract

Indonesian democratic transition in the post-reform era has change the feature of Indonesia's politics. During the New Order, the power of Islam politics had been experiencing fluctuations and dynamics. In the early New Order, Islam was marginalized from the state. In the meantime Islam found many difficulties in evolving social political ideas because of the repressive new order regime. But the most interesting thing of Indonesian political is the dominance of nationalist political parties in every election even though the majority of Indonesian people are Muslim. However, its interesting to look forward how is the oppurtunity of islamic political parties in 2019 election?

Abstract

Masa Republik Cina merupakan masa bangkitnya umat Islam dari kemandekan yang sempat mereka alami selama lebih kurang tiga abad lamanya. Dalam periode ini, umat Islam mendapat hak yang sama sebagai warga negara. Bahkan, Dr. Sun Yat Sen –pendiri Republik Nasionalis Cina- memandang Islam sebagai salah satu unsur penting dalam tegaknya negara itu. Kondisi ini mendorong perkembangan umat Islam terjadi dalam berbagai bidang. Bidang perekonomian, misalnya, dapat kembali mereka jalankan secara leluasa. Banyaknya perguruan yang didirikan untuk memenuhi pendidikan umat Islam di Cina; berdirinya organisasi-organisasi persatuan umat Islam yang bertujuan untuk mempererat hubungan dan memajukan umat Islam, pendidikan dan politik sebagai buktinya.

Abstract

Khutbah merupakan bentuk seni mengekspresikan ide-ide seorang dengan bahasa yang indah dan dapat menggugah pikiran dan perasaan para pembaca dan pendengarnya. Urgensi khutbah dalam catatan sejarah sastra Islam telah ada sejak awal-awal penyebaran agama Islam. Hal ini terjadi, karena khutbah pada nasa itu telah difungsikan sebagai media dakwah Islam yang presentatif. Dalam artikel ini disajikan tentang pengetian khutbah, perkembangannya, contoh khutbah masa Jahiliyah (150 tahun Sebelum Hijriah) dan masa Islam (awal munculnya Islam, masa Nabi dan Khulafa` rasyidin). Juga beberapa tokohnya masing-masing, dan bentuknya yang khas, sehingga tampak berbeda pada dua masa karena beda motivasinya. Dan ada ciri-ciri masing-masing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the intonation of a foreign speaker (a native speaker of Japanese) in uttering sentences of Indonesian command. The Tested is whether the intonation of Indonesian commands are uttered by speakers of Japanese grateful or not by a native speaker of Indonesian. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a phonetic approach, using software praat, which describe the sound of suprasegmental (prosodic) directly related to the characterization of the sentence intonation of Indonesian such as intonation pattern, the group pauses, contour (prakontur/primary contour). Characteristics of Indonesian command line mode by speakers of Japanese is a tendency declination on the final pitch line and ride (experienced inclination) to the predicate.
