Jurnal Sosial, Ekonomi dan Humaniora (JSEH) adalah jurnal akademik direview dengan sistem peer review. Pertama kali terbit pada tahun 2015 di Lembaga Penelitian Universitas Mataram terbit setiap enam bulan sekali, yaitu Bulan Juni dan Desember Mulai tahun 2022 diterbitkan setiap tiga bulan sekali yaitu Bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember Artikel yang dimuat meliputi artikel di bidang sosial ekonomi dan humaniora serta berlaku umum untuk di dunia akademik di bidang sosial, ekonomi dan humaniora Indonesia. Kontribusi dan Bidang yang dikaji dalam jurnal ini sangat luas termasuk di dalamnya bidang-bidang yang bersinggungan dengan bidang ekonomi, manajemen, akuntansi, hukum, bahasa dan sastra, budaya, sosiologi, antropologi, politik, dan bidang yang sangat makro seperti pariwisata, ilmu keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan sosial serta kewirausahaan. Abstract

An organizational culture that supports change, innovation, collaboration, and a focus on results can strengthen BSC implementation. On the other hand, a culture that resists change, rigid hierarchies, or lacks respect for performance measurement can be barriers to implementing BSC effectively. This study aims to analyze the effect of human resources, information technology, management accounting systems on managerial performance with environmental uncertainty as moderating. The research population is all hotel in Mataram City as many as 133 hotel. The research sample was taken as many as 100 hotel. The data analysis method in this study is SEM-PLS with the help of the Smart PLS version 3.0 program.The results of the study state that partially, human resources, Information Technology has a positive effect on managerial performance and Management Accounting System does not have a positive effect on managerial performance. Then, environmental uncertainty strengthens the influence of Information Technology and Management Accounting Systems on the managerial performance of pharmacies. Furthermore, environmental uncertainty weakens the influence of Human Resources on the managerial performance of pharmacies. The implications of this research can theoretically improve and add new theories, practically as a guide in improving managerial performance and as a policy consideration for policymakers in issuing pharmacy regulations in Mataram City.

Abstract

Innovative work behavior plays a crucial role in creating and implementing valuable ideas for an organization. Leadership and organizational climate have a significant impact on supporting such behavior through support, facilitating creative thinking, providing resources, encouraging a culture of experimentation and learning, and setting an example of innovative behavior. The objective of this research is to analyze (1) the influence of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior, (2) the influence of organizational climate on innovative work behavior, (3) the influence of transformational leadership on work motivation, (4) the influence of organizational climate on work motivation, (5) the influence of work motivation on innovative work behavior, (6) the influence of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior through work motivation, and (7) the influence of organizational climate on innovative work behavior through work motivation. This study employs a quantitative associative method involving 132 employees as research participants. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS analysis. The research findings indicate that (1) transformational leadership does not have a significant influence on innovative work behavior, (2) organizational climate has a positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior, (3) transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, (4) organizational climate has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, (5) work motivation has a positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior, (6) transformational leadership has a significant influence on innovative work behavior through work motivation, and (7) organizational climate has a significant influence on innovative work behavior through work motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the quality of earnings management relationship auditors on Going Concern opinions in companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The quantitative method uses secondary data from independent auditor reports and the annual financial reports of non-manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. This research used a purposive sampling method with a sample of 690 from 789 companies with a final number of 3171, resulting in observation data. Data was tested using Eviews software. The dependent variable is in the form of Business Continuity Opinion. The independent variable is Profit Management. Moderating variables are Big 4. Control variables are the Market value of company assets, Firm size, Leverage, ROA, Market book ratio, Company age, Sales growth and CFO. The research results show that the Quality of the Auditor hasn’t a significant relationship with Earnings Management. Then Earnings Management cannot strengthen a significant relationship between the Profit Managemen and the Going Concern opinion. Thus, testing on 11 variables only creates 1 variable in line with the hypothesis, namely, the Big 4 variables have a significant negative relationship to Earnings Management. Profit Management variable testing has no significant relationship to the Going Concern opinion.

Abstract

The Indonesian people already have enough awareness about safe food and become a separate reference for the food industry to apply it so that the food they produce is safe, of good quality, and can be accepted by consumers. Food safety can be achieved by carrying out one of the efforts to implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as was done in the production of Tortilla Jarula (Corn Seaweed) at UMKM Putri Rinjani, Central Lombok Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of GMP in Tortilla Jarula at Putri Rinjani UMKM, Central Lombok Regency. The research was conducted by observation and interview methods. Data analysis with descriptive method. The test results for the level of implementation of GMP in Putri Rinjani UMKM are quite (moderate) with a score of 75.00 %. The lowest GMP aspect is buildings and facilities with a score of 44.44% at a low level.

Abstract

Business growth in the Food & Beverage sector presents a great opportunity for entrepreneurs in the culinary space to create new markets. This café culinary business is very tempting because of its wide target market from various circles. The emergence of New Media or the Internet today has been considered as a major need in modern companies, it aims to carry out marketing promotion activities. The advancement of technology makes business people take advantage of a form of advertising known as buying and selling "Instagrammable concept" has become a new trend for many people in recent years among young people in various big cities. The purpose of this study is to identify Kedai Hegar's marketing communication strategy to the audience through their Instagram account. This research method uses descriptive qualitative and IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) theory. The study found that Kedai Hegar's marketing communication strategy uses Instagram social media because it is cheap, easy, and has a large market area. Kedai Hegar takes advantage of these technological developments with marketing communication strategies to promote its products on Instagram. Hegar Coffee & Liwet provides a consistent image by presenting high-quality coffee combined with Liwet rice as well as beautiful natural nuances to create the right choice for the audience as a place for healing. Marketing Communication Strategy was created by Hegar Coffee and Liwet, namely with personal selling that involves baristas and waiters interacting directly with consumers on the spot. Furthermore, with Word of Mouth, Kedai Hegar's marketing has increased so that consumers can recommend it to other consumers. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine information about the role of extension workers, the level of farmers knowledge, and the relationship between the role of extension workers and the level of knowledge of farmers on climate smart agricultural technology in Puyung Village, Jonggat District, Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The research design used, namely a quantitative approach. The number of respondents was 29 farmers. The data that has been collected is tabulated and analyzed descriptively using the Minitab 16 software and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this research, the percentage of extension agents roles as dynamists and facilitators for climate-smart agriculture is 89.77% and 84.67%, the level of farmers knowledge of the technology is an average of 90.86%, and the relationship between the role of extension workers and the level of knowledge of farmers has a strong correlation and has an influence of 53.7%.

Abstract

The performance of a company is not only measured by financial ratios alone; the company's contribution to the environment and the well-being of the surrounding community is also part of determining whether its performance is good or bad. This research is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative research approach, utilizing library research to describe the role of implementing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles in accounting practices. The author used various written sources such as articles, journals, and relevant documents pertaining to the subject of this research. Data collection techniques involved using the Publish or Perish (PoP) application, which conducted searches in the Google Scholar database. The Vosviewer software provided three visualization displays in bibliometric analysis: network, overlay, and density visualization. Several challenges arise in implementing ESG principles in accounting practices. Some of these challenges include difficulties in measuring and disclosing relevant ESG aspects, lack of consistent reporting standards, and internal resistance within companies towards change. In some cases, there may be a gap between a company's commitment to ESG and its actual implementation in accounting practices. Despite the challenges faced, implementing ESG principles in accounting practices also brings several benefits to the company. Furthermore, ESG implementation can assist companies in achieving their overall goals and objectives.

Abstract

The purpose of this test is to understand and describe employee performance appraisal using the Key Exhibition Marker with the Decent Scorecard approach at Pegadaian Syariah 'X' Surabaya. Describes checks and assessments in evaluating representative implementations using KPIs with the Decent Scorecard Approach. This study uses qualitative methods and descriptive analysis. The selection of research subjects was carried out purposively. Data collection methods include: documentation, interviews, and observation. Inductive approach to data analysis departs from empirical facts before investigating and evaluating the results. The validity of the information used is source triangulation. Based on the research findings, Pegadaian Syariah uses a Balanced Scorecard framework with four perspectives for evaluating employee performance. Customer perspective, internal business process perspective, financial perspective, and learning and development perspective. From a financial perspective, the target rating weight is 60%; from the customer's perspective, the target weight is 15%; from the perspective of internal business processes, the target weight is 15%; and from a learning and growth perspective, the target weight is 10%. From the beginning of the year to the end of the year, employee performance is assessed from the highest to the lowest position

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, training, work performance on the career development of BKD employees in NTB Province. The research population consisted of all BKD employees in the NTB Province, consisting of 91 respondents. In this study using multiple regression analysis techniques. This type of research is associative research. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 26 For Windows. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that work experience, training and work performance have a positive and significant influence on the career development of BKD employees in NTB Provinci.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, training, work performance on the career development of BKD employees in NTB Province. The research population consisted of all BKD employees in the NTB Province, consisting of 91 respondents. In this study using multiple regression analysis techniques. This type of research is associative research. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 26 For Windows. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that work experience, training and work performance have a positive and significant influence on the career development of BKD employees in NTB ProvinThis study entitled The Effect of Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Work Motivation on Nurse Work Performance at Mataram City Hospital which aims to determine the effect of each work discipline variable (X1), work environment (X2), and work motivation (X3) on work performance (Y). The type of research used in this research is causal associative. The data collection method uses the sample method with a total population of 397 people and the number of samples taken is 80 respondents. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. Tests in this study used an instrument test which consisted of a validity test and a reliability test then used the classic assumption test which consisted of a normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Subsequent tests use a multiple linear regression analysis model consisting of the F test, t test, and R2 test. The data analysis technique used the SPSS version 26 program. The results showed that: (1) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work performance (2) Work environment has a positive and significant effect (3) Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on work performance.
