Abstract

Sistem pakar secara umum adalah sistem yang mengadopsi kemampuan seorang pakar atau ahli untuk dimasukkan ke dalam komputer sehingga mampu menyelesaikan masalah seperti yang dilakukan oleh pakar. Sistem pakar saat ini banyak digunakan pada beberapa bidang salah satunya bidang kesehatan. Jerawat merupakan penyakit radang yang dapat terjadi pada bagian wajah, leher, dada dan punggung. Pengetahuan mengenai jenis jerawat pada masyarakat masih kurang sehingga dalam pengobatannya dilakukan dengan penangan yang tidak sesuai. Diperlukan pengetahuan pakar yang dapat membantu dalam melakukan diagnosis jenis penyakit jerawat. Web merupakan sebuah sistem yang disajikan dalam bentuk teks, gambar dan suara yang tersimpan dalam sebuah server web. Sistem pakar berbasis web dapat menjadi sebuah alternatif diagnosis awal penyakit jerawat. Pada penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem pakar berbasis web menggunakan exrime programming. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian kuesioner terhadap sistem pakar diagnosis web jerawat berbasis web yang dilakukan sebanyak 61% setuju bahwa sistem pakar ini dapat membantu dalam melakukan diagnosis jerawat.The Application of a Web-Based Expert Acne Diagnosis System (Case Study: Navagreen Citra Raya)The expert system is a system that adopts the ability of an expert or expert to be entered into a computer so that it is able to solve problems as is done by experts. The expert system is currently widely used in several fields one of which is the health sector. Acne is an inflammatory disease that can occur on the face, neck, chest, and back. Knowledge about the types of acne in the community is still lacking so that the treatment is done with inappropriate handling. Expert knowledge is needed that can help in diagnosing the type of acne. The web is a system that is presented in the form of text, images, and sounds stored in a web server. A web-based expert system can be an alternative for early diagnosis of acne. In this research, the method of developing a web-based acne expert system uses extreme programming. Based on the results of the questionnaire testing of the expert system of web-based acne diagnosis conducted as many as 61% agree that this expert system can help in making a diagnosis of acne.

Abstract

Ergonomic Design is the design tooptimizing the relationship between technology and human error. Ergonomic design are use for optimizing efficiency and safety. It takes in account relevan human characteristic of the operator and the design such system to te compatible with those characteristic. Ergonomic design are widely use in industries where occupational health and safety are considered as vital contributors to productivity and competitiveness. From the observation of the process, we can see that the operators isgreatly exposed to several manual matrial handling rish factors. Lijt/fo wer analysis and RULA assessment are performed in assessing the degree of discomfort present in the work process. Then tree the new design are proposed as an ergonomic intervention. These the new design are analyzed to measure the erformance of each new design. This analysis is performed using CATIA. This technique can be applied by designer to improve the working conditions, wherw machine operators are experiencing discomfort and ergonomic intervention is immediately  required.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Geografis dapat digunakan untuk memetakan lahan tambak garam yang juga dapat diisi oleh banyak informasi dari pemilik, produksi, serta luasan dari tiap petak tambak garam sehingga nantinya dapat menjadi suatu informasi yang lengkap untuk keperluan database pemerintah maupun instansi terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan potensi lahan tambak garam di wilayah Kabupaten Sidoarjo serta mengetahui cakupan luas lahan produksi tambak garam di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa luas lahan tambak garam di Kabupaten Sidoarjo adalah 351,59 Ha dengan 162,5 Ha diantaranya adalah lahan produktif. Analisa yang dilakukan terhadap trend produksi garam di Kabupaten Sidoarjo menunjukkan hasil yang berfluktuatif pada periode tahun 2000 hingga 2016. Fluktuasi produksi ini diakibatkan oleh perubahan kondisi cuaca. Rendahnya produksi garam pada tahun 2005 dan 2010 diduga sebagai akibat dari pengaruh adanya musim hujan dengan periode yang panjang.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi performansi perusahaan adalah keberadaan pemasok (supplier) yang berperan sebagai pemasok bahan baku. Keberadaan pemasok ini sangat menentukan kelancaran proses produksi dan produk yang akan dihasilkan. Suatu perusahaan harus bisa memilih pemasok terbaiknya. Pemilihan pemasok merupakan sebuah Multi- Criteria Decison Problem (MCDP), karena banyak faktor yang bersifat kualitatif maupun kuantitatif dapat memengaruhi performansi pemasok. Fuzzy AHP adalah salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam penyelesaian MCDP. Pada penelitian ini dibangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL untuk pemilihan pemasok terbaik dengan menggunakan 6 kriteria yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan perusahaan. Kriterianya adalah quality, delivery performance history, warranties and claim policies, price, order fullfillment lead time, dan total logistic management cost. Masing-masing kriteria tersebut akan dibobotkan dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy AHP. Pada implementasinya dihasilkan bobot kriteria quality sebesar 50,7634%, price 47,1425%, order fulfillment lead time 1,8737%, delivery performance history 1,4860%, total logistic management cost 0,0392%, warranties and claim policies 0,0326%. Kriteria hasil pembobotan ini akan digunakan untuk mendukung penilaian kinerja pemasok. Hasilnya, akan diperoleh nilai kinerja masing-masing pemasok sehingga bisa diketahui pemasok terbaiknya. Sistem pemilihan pemasok dengan metode ini mampu memberikan hasil yang lebih objektif dibandingkan dengan pemilihan secara manual. Kata kunci: pemasok, sistem pendukung keputusan, fuzzy AHP AbstractOne of the factors that influence the company performance is the presence of suppliers which supplies raw materials. The existence of these suppliers are very determine the smoothness of the production processes and products that will be generated. A company must be able to choose the best suppliers. Selection of suppliers is a Multi-Criteria Decison Problem (MCDP), because many factors are qualitative and quantitative data can affect the performance of suppliers. Fuzzy AHP is a method that can be used to solve MCDP. In this study, we developed a decision support system (DSS) using PHP and MySQL for the selection of the best suppliers by using 6 criteria. These criteria are tailored related to the company’s conditions and needs. They are quality, delivery performance history, warranties and claim policies, price, order fullfillment lead time, and total logistics management cost. Each of these criteria are weighted using fuzzy AHP method. The implementation using given data show that weight of each criteria as follows: quality 50.7634%, 47.1425% price, order fulfillment lead times 1.8737%, 1.4860% delivery performance history, total logistics management cost 0.0392%, warranties and claim policies 0.0326%. These weighted criteria is used to support suppliers performance evaluation. As a result, it would obtained the value of each supplier performance so the company know the best suppliers. Abstract

Cookies atau biasa masyarakat Indonesia menyebutnya kue kering merupakan salah satu makanan ringan. Tepung kulit tauge kacang hijau dan tepung tempe dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pembuatan cookies. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik fisikokimia, dan kelayakan finansial produk cookies kombinasi bahan baku tepung kulit tauge kacang hijau dengan tepung tempe.Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) 2 faktor proporsi tepungkulit tauge kacang hijau dan tepung tempe dengan level sebagai berikut A (20:70), B (40:50), C (60:30), D (80:10), E (70:20), F (50:40), G (30:60), H (10:80). Karakteristik fisik menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kekerasan (hardness) berkisar dari 1,61-3,90 gf.. Karakteristik kimiawi cookies tepung kulit tauge dan tepung tempe menunjukkan bahwa kadar air berkisar 2,63-5,83, kadar protein berkisar 2,84-6,07 % dan kadar serat berkisar 34,93-75,68%. Proporsi tepung kulit tauge dan tepung tempe berpengaruh nyata (p kurang dari 0,05) terhadap hardness, rasa, warna, tekstur, aroma dan kesukaan keseluruhan. Hasil analisis financial usaha cookies tepung kulit tauge dan tepung tempe didapatkan nilai BEP Rp 10.797, nilai NPVRp 186.645.349, payback periode 1 tahun 4 bulan bulan dan Net B/C 1,85.Kata kunci: Cookies, tepung kulit tauge, tempe. Identification of Physicochemistry and Financial Analysis of Skin Flour Green Cookies and Tempe FlourABSTRACTCookies is one of a snack product. Mung bean husk flour and soybean cake flour can be used as the ingredient in making cookies. This study aims to determine the physicochemical characteristics and feasibility studies of cookies. The research method used in this study was a Randomized Group Design (RGD) with 2 factors: the proportion of mung bean husk flour and soybean cake flour by the following levels: A (20:70), B (40:50), C (60:30), D (80:10), E (70:20), F (50:40), G (30:60), H (10:80). The physical characteristics showed that the hardness level of the cookies ranges from 1,61-3,90 gf. The chemical characteristics of the mung bean husk flour and soybean cake flour cookies showed that the moisture content was range 2,63-5,83%, the protein content is in range 2,84-6,07%, and the fiber content is in range 34,93-75,68%. The proportion of mung bean husk flour and soybean cake flour significantly influenced (p less than 0,05) the hardness level, taste, color, texture, smells and the overall contentment of the cookies. The results of the financial feasibility test showed that BEP was Rp 10.797, positive NPV (Rp 186.645.349), faster payback period (16 months), and Net B/C value was 1.85 which suggests (Net B/C more than 1)Keywords: cookies, soybean flour, tempe.

Abstract

Kerang pisau (Solen grandis) merupakan salah satu jenis moluska dari Bivalvia yang termasuk biota perairan non ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan panjang  dan  berat kerang pisau serta mengetahui karakteristik morfometrik kerang pisau (Solen grandis) di perairan Prenduan Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Prenduan Kabupaten Sumenep. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung di perairan Prenduan dengan menentukan 3 titik lokasi dan masing-masing lokasi mengambil 50 sampel kerang pisau. Hasil dari  perhitungan  hubungan panjang dan berat kerang pisau (Solen grandis) dari bulan Oktober sampai November memiliki nilai konstanta b kurang dari3 yang berarti allometrik negatif yaitu pertumbuhan panjang lebih dominan daripada pertumbuhan berat. Morfometrik rasio Lc/Pc masing-masing pada bulan Oktober sampai Desember terbanyak adalah pada kisaran 0,1438-0,1524;0,1668-0,1753;0,1423-0,1548. Rasio Tu/Pc bulan Oktober sampai bulan Desember tertinggi pada bulan Oktober jumlah individu 51 dengan rasio 0,0613-0,0728. Rasio Bd/Bt bulan Oktober sampai Desember tertinggi pada bulan November jumlah individu 43 dengan selang kelas panjang cangkang 25,18-26,50 persentase 59,95%.

Abstract

Soya milk is healthy drink, and high nutrition such as protein, lowfat, carbohidrat, calsium, phosplior, iron, and vitamin. Besides that soya milk also cheaper than cow milk. But market of soya milk can not be expanse. Based on that reason needed toJznd solution to improve market of soya milk. Solution can be started from voice of customer. Research for the voice of customer can be use Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. By this method in this research we can understand what customer want. Customer of soya milk want fit volume and good packaging beside low price or we can say low price with hzgh quality. It can be start from improve nutrition, packaging, flavour, volume, price, taste, and performance produk as atribut-atribut base on voice of customer.Keyword: soya milk, Quality Function Deployment, voice of cuatomer.

Abstract

The research aims to investigate the changes of the quality of several clones of sweet pota fo planted in two sites. The clone of 1-57,IR, CN 1332-2, 73-6, 73-6/l,and 73-6,12 was planted at Telang, Bangkalan located 5 m above sea level and at Batu, Malang located 600 m above sea level. Theharvestfrom two sites above was then·storaged in a room inMalang whithout temperature arrangementfor 60 days. The treatments were arranged ina complete randomize with three replications. ·Results showed that clone IRfrom Malang had longer storaged life compared to clone 1-57, CN 1332-2, 73-6, 73-6/l, and 73-6,1.2. It was characterized by the changes of water contentfrom 0,96% to 3 % and the changes in respiration ratefrom 5,8% to 83,1%. Clone 73-6,l.2from Bangkalan had better storage life compared to clone 1-57, IR, CN 1332-2, 73- 6,and 73-6/l. Also this clone had starch contentfrom 10,6% to 21,3% .It can be concluded that clone IR is suitable for upland areas while clone 73-6,1.2 is suitable for lowland area. Moreover, toexamine consumer preference to the storaged tuber, an organoleptic test should beemployed.

Abstract

Indigenous vegetables have become popular, but the information of crops cultivated by farmers is limited. The objective of this research was to investigate the crops cultural of indigenous vegetables by farmers and their uses in Pamekasan district, East Java, Indonesia during rainy season, December of 2016. In depth observations of the indigenous vegetables and interviews with farmers were conducted in six sub-districts, i.e., Pasean (50 m above the sea level; asl), Waru (159 m asl), Pakong (250 m asl), Kadur (140 m asl), Pademawu (7 m asl) and Tlanakan (22 m asl). This study showed that utilization of the indigenous vegetables in Pamekasan district is still varied and not yet maximal. Vegetable crop has been highest utilities by the society in Waru Sub-district (50%), Tlanakan Sub-district (47.1%) and Pademawu Sub-district (42.1%), while the vegetables utilization has not been maximal in Kecamatan Kadur (53.3%), Pakong Sub-district and Pasean Sub-district (50%). The most un-utilities vegetables are in Kecamatan Pakong (22.2%) and Pasean sub-districts (20%).
