Abstract

Since 2013 Indonesia has developed their national healthcare programme (JKN) that run by BPJS kesehatan. Nowadays  this system has attract broad demand in Indonesia. This programme used INA CBG system as their payment system for the healthcare. Since the implementation many of hospital has doubt regard this system has provided hospital with profit. This paper answer the question by using Customer Profitability analysis that extracted from Activity Based Costing Measurement to measuring profitability between BPJS patient and regular patient . The result indicated that for short term, BPJS Patient generated higher profit rather than regular patient. On the other hand for long term BPJS patient have lower profit compared with regular patient

Abstract

The residential area and industrial economy in Indonesia specifically East Java has grown rapidly. This is a challenge for National Electricity Board such as P.T. PLN Persero East Java to supply the energysufficiently. Therefore P.T.PLN Persero through the branch company, P.T.Indonesia Power will build four (4) new plants with huge capacity more than 1,000 MW. One of the plant will be built in the administrative area of Perak Utara Village, Pabeaan Cantikan District-Surabaya City. The plant will be generated with gas and steam (PLTGU), that is a combined cycle between the electricity plant which is powered with gas (PLTG) and the electricity which is powered with steam (PLTU). The development of PLTGU is aimed for many benefits, such as: to fulfill electricity that has continually increased; to improve domestic, business or industry activities through continually electricity supply; as the peak loader of Java-Bali electricity supply system; and it is also aimed for supporting the 35,000 MW electricity government program. Even though there are many benefits of the development, it is often facing many problems in its implementation from community affected project around study area because of their negative perceptions. So it is important to conduct a community approach through project socialization and public consultation meeting (PKM) for gaining perception change, from negative to positive perception toward development activities.

Abstract

Paraserianthes falcataria plant is well known to be capable to make an excellent association and symbiosis with mycorrhizae. Mycorrhizae can improve the plant's ability to survive in heavy metal contaminated land, one of which is Pb (lead). Pb is the main heavy metal pollutants in all environments. This aims of this research were to determine the accumulation of Pb on sengon plant roots and its   growth in Pb contaminated media. This research uses a completely randomized design. Pb(NO3)2 were given at a dose of 833 mg/kg and the concentration of mycorrhizal inoculation of Glomus sp. used were 25, 50 and 75 grams of mycorrhizae. The measured parameters were plant height, root length, plant dry weight, accumulation of Pb in roots, chlorophyll and protein profile test. The results showed that 75 grams of mycorrhizal Glomus sp. were the highest on several parameters including plant height, dry weight, root length. The chlorophyll content were grown on media containing Pb with each value of 77.5 cm; 17.86 grams; 31.5 cm; 8.99 g/ml. A dose of 75 grams of Glomus sp. also increased the absorption and accumulation of Pb in the roots with 3.60 ppm. while the protein electrophoresis show the specific band in P. falcataria  that exposed to Pb with molecular weight 53.67 kDa.

Abstract

This is a descriptive qualitative study that aims to describe Indonesian economists language attitude, specifically on the way they label the products.By means of behaviorist approach, the study raises an interpretation of the economists throughot observation. In order to come to the answer of the problem, data employed in this present study is the secondary data derived from other researchers. Then, the analysis of the data is employed by reviewing the labeling process in three ways, namely reasons for labeling, characteristics of the language attitude, and the Act 24 year 2009. It is figured out that there are 29 products labeled using foreign words or phrase, and the rest 11 products useIndonesia language. The phenomenon shows that labeling in foreign languages would enhance the positive image of the  product. On the other hand, positive attitude is shown by the economists through their loyalty using bahasa Indonesia for labelling. Final finding is to show that the attitude displays the conterproductive to the Act 24 of 2009.

Abstract

This paper describe the bullying phenomenona and its alternative efforts to prevent it. Bullying is a form of negative behavior which is done subconsciously and repeatedly to his/her victim physically or non-physically. Weary and uncomfortable victims’ feelings elevate the domination and superiority of the bully. By an ecology approach, which involving microsystem, ecosystem. and microsystem, it is expected to recognize a prevention action which is more effective and comprehensive. Also, it needs a wider involvement and a thorough control from the community. The training that’s based on technology social is expected to be able to bridge the gap from the challenge given. Technology was not only viewed as a source of the problems, but can beused as a benefitted platform to develop and groom more pro-social behavior.

Abstract

University writing teachers in EFL writing programs are likely familiar with multi-draft composing. The researcher argues that multi-draft composing as it is currently used within second language writing programs can be overwhelming for EFL student. In this study, He introduces the iterative multi-draft model, a revised and more manageable version of the traditional multi-draft model, in EFL context. In a traditional multi-draft model, students generally complete a composition as part of a stand-alone, fixed-form writing unit and then move on to an entirely new and often unrelated genre.  The students in this model learn a writing process and practice it in three unique and apparently unrelated compositions. Students in the iterative model learn a process and repeat it three times in compositions that clearly build on one another. He applies this model on EAP students to help master essential writing skills in expository composition.  A study of 108 compositions written by 36 students in three meetingswithin two weeks in EAP course at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember ITS Indonesia rated by 2 raters demonstrates that the new model can be effective in improving students’ composition. The iterative model through a series of repeated measure univariate ANOVA produces a statistical effect  on writing scores in three writing sub skills (content, F(5.34) at  Sig 0.01, organization, F(15. 59) at Sig 0.00, grammar, F(16.91) at Sig 0.00, and overall F(20.31) at Sig 0.00).   Additionally, the students’ perceptions of the model on 5 Likert-scale questionnaire further indicate that they have positive perspectives on their experience in applying this model (Mean = 4.42). This result supports the need for EFL writing instructors to continue to develop materials that teach the skills of process writing, genre recognition, and reader awareness. It also suggests to the prospective writer to read and understand at least three models before starting to write.

Abstract

Bukit Tumpang Pitu is located in Sumber Agung village, district of Pesanggaran, Banyuwangi region. There ara seven hills around Bukit Tumpang and it contains gold minning resourses. Since 2000, this area had been minning  by local community with conventional method. On 20008, Local Government of Banyuwangi gave access for doing explaration in this area  to Indo Multi Niaga corporation (IMN ltd). And this made the minners segemented into two types, i.e: a conventional and  labor corporation minner. This research intends to make a map of local potention in this minner area and to see that there is an economic impact for the community in minning area. The method used is a grounded research, by using survey method, observation and interview with respondent through sample-questioner. This research wants to show that  there are many economic pontentions to earn in this area. Since minner area, many people will come to this place. Besides the economic function, this area  have tourism destination. It is Red Island beach and reside at near to the  minner area.
