Internet and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) is an inseparable part of human life today. This paper discusses the impact of the internet and ICT on development and economic growth comes from international journals that discuss about it and of course with a different viewpoint. The research objective was to determine whether the internet and ICT impact on growth and economic development based on international journals and comparing the results of the international journals. The results of the -jurnal journal is that in general the internet and ICT has an impact on economic development and growth of a country. The difference is that the first journal is not only limited to the expansion of the Internet business, but changing the way of doing business; The second journal is ICT is not overly significant effect on economic growth but the effect on the reduction of energy consumption; The third journal is the increasing use of the Internet helped in marketing and communications; The fourth is the internet journals positive impact on economic growth; and fifth journal is the average ICT contribute positively to economic growth. The problem in this study is the ability of teachers in the learning management of students is not optimal, lack of discipline of teachers in carrying out tasks and abilities and knowledge of teachers that are not in accordance with the competence and work discipline of teachers that are less optimal impact on the quality of graduates which means teacher performance in teaching not optimal yet. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and pedagogic competence together on the performance of teachers of SMK Yadika Pringsewu. This research is a descriptive analytical study, where the author describes the object of research and analyzes the data. Data processing and analysis methods use qualitative and quantitative analysis method. Qualitative analysis is used to describe the influence of work discipline and pedagogic competence together on the performance of teachers of SMK Yadika Pringsewu. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on work discipline on performance, there was a positive and significant influence on pedagogic competence on performance and there was a positive and significant influence on work discipline and pedagogical competence together on the performance of teachers of SMK Yadika Pringsewu.Keywords: Discipline, Pedagogic Competence, and Performance

The departement of social welfare the province of Lampung is a government agency engaged in the field of social welfare, which has the objective to restore the condition or health of physical, mental and social so that it can survive in fair and good in the life of society. The department of social welfare the province of lampung is divided into : program development, development rehabilitation, development assistance and community development program development social. Currently social services do not yet have a good system in processing the data, the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities. The development of the information system of persons with disabilities by using the waterfall method, the stages of the stages are carried out to analyze a running system design and implementation. With the data information system of persons with disabilities is expected to provide accurate information regarding the number of persons with disabilities in the province of Lampung in the decision making. Tourism is a potential source of income. The phenomenon of the increase and decrease of visiting tourists is needed an information media to introduce the tourist attraction of Lampung Province to increase the number of tourists visiting Lampung Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) with the Intensity dimension, Valence of Opinin, Conten on Tourist Decisions Visiting Attractions in Lampung Province. This type of research is this associative study. The sampling used in this study was purposive sampling with as many samples. Methods Analysis of data in this study using path analysis. The results of the analysis There is the influence of Intensity on the decision to visit tourists to Lampung Province. There is no effect of Valence of Opinin on decisions visiting tourists to Lampung Province. There is a Content influence on the decision to visit tourists to Lampung Province. A number of people are recently increasing so that some places are needed to be built and used for them. One of the needed places is the police headquarter. The police headquarter is the social facility used to improve the security in the social life. The police headquarter is recently accessible so that the crime rates in the certain region are reduced. The other factors determining the feasibility of the locations to build the police headquarter are a number of people, a level of high vulnerability, a number of schools, the ethnic groups, the new regions, and the inter-provincial passing area. The problem statement of this research was that the police headquarter locations were not well-distributed. To solve this problem, the mobile-based decision support system was built by using the forward chaining method for determining the police headquarter location. This system consisted of 16 criteria that helped provide feasibility to establish the police headquarter. The criteria were safe and rarely-conflict, highly potential for conflicts, highly public order insecurity, highly public order security, inter-provincial passing area, non-interprovincial passing area, recent established regions, non-recent established regions, the number of people around 3000, the number of people under 3000, the number of schools over 10 schools, the number of schools under 10 schools, the number of social community over 50 people, the rarely number of social organizations, the number of ethnic groups reaching 20-40, and the number of ethnic groups under 20-40. The result of this research showed that this system was able to facilitate the police to determine the police headquarter locations using the rule so that the decision was created whether the police headquarter was able to be established in certain districts and beneficial for the people.Keywords: Decision Support System, Forward Chaining, Mobile

The current conditions in PT. Trading Company Indonesia (Persero) Cab. Lampung, where the employee's performance is still not optimal due to the leadership of the lack of attention to its employees and the low mativasi employee. This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, leadership and motivation influence on employee performance PT. Trading Company Indonesia (Persero) Cab. Lampung,This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, observations. The population in this study are employees PT. Trading Company Indonesia (Persero) Cab. Lampung which amounts to 102 employees. The sampling technique in this study using a systematic sampling technique with a sample size that is 51 respondents. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression t test and F .The results of the analysis produces a value of determination coefficient R = 0.872 and R Square .760, In the t-test probability variables Leadership produce sig 0.000 <0.005 or 9.671 t> t table 1.676, t-test probability variables Work Motivation produce sig 0.000 <0.005 or 11,583 t> t table 1.676. This study therefore shows that there is no significant influence on Employee Performance Leadership, Motivation Work on the Performance of Employees. While the F test obtained Fhitung76.137 > Ftabel 3.19 or sig 0.000 <0.05. Then the results of the study indicate that there is no significant influence on the Labor Leadership and Motivation Employee Performance PT. Trading Company Indonesia (Persero) Cab. This study aims to test the effect of Financial Iindicator and Good Corporate Governance on stock price with Financial Distress as an intervening variable in conventional banking companieslisted on the Indonesia stock exchange (IDX) in the period of 2013-2017. The populations in this study were 5 conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (IDX) in the period of 2013-2017 and the sampling technique used ramdom sampling method. This study used path analysis. The study results indicated that (1) the ratio of Liquidity had a significant effect on Financial Distres. (2) the ratio of Leverage had a significant effect on Financial Distres. (3) the ratio of Profitability had a significant effect on Financial Distress. (4) Corporate Governance structure had no significant effect on Financial Distress. The convenience offered by online transportation applications has an impact on the choice of transportation to the community. Community mobility is faster and can shorten the time for activities. there are currently two online transportation operators in Indonesia, namely Grab and Gojek, both of which have advantages in offering online transportation services to the public. The phenomenon that occurs in online transportation services is that sometimes there is a sense of worry with unknown drivers or drivers who drive do not follow traffic rules. There are also different types of vehicles in the application with vehicles used by online transportation drivers. This is what underlies this research, which aims to find out how online transportation services to the loyalty of online transportation users in Lampung city, until this study amounted to 224 people. The results of this study show that reliability, physical evidence, level of response and empathy affect the loyalty of users of online transportation.Keyword: service; transportation; loyalty;

The parking area for IBI Darmajaya employees is the parking area where IBI Darmajaya employees put their vehicles. The problem statement of this research was the high number of IBI Darmajaya students putting their vehicle in the parking area for IBI Darmajaya employees due to limited parking space. This problem was able to be overcome by designing a system to open an access into the parking area through fingerprint system as the identifier (input) and Arduino Uno as the main controller. This system consisted of 4 main components i.e., the fingerprint sensor, the ultrasonic sensor, the servo motor, and the parking bar. The parking bar control system used Arduino Uno-based fingerprint system that was useful to shorten the verification process so that the vehicle was able to get into the parking area. The result of this research was that the fingerprint system-based parking bar control was able to save the 1,000 employee fingerprint records. An average for matching fingerprints to the closing bars was 4.86 seconds form the entrance bar and 4.8 seconds to the exit bar with 450 cm of the maximum distance between the ultrasonic sensor and the vehicle. The success of school level education is very clear by the performance of the teacher. Each school will always strive to improve teacher performance in the hope of achieving school goals and educating students to be expected examples. Because there are several problems that arise, the numbers are decreasing in the number of teachers, some of the factors that cause are the factors that are unsatisfactory for teachers and nonfinancial compensation that is still in expectation. The purpose of this study was to measure financial performance and non-financial compensation for teacher performance at the Bandar Lampung Madrasah Aliyah 1 Bandar Lampung. The population in this study were 50 teachers and used saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and using multiple regression analysis methods, t test and f test, the results of the study consisting of financial and non financial financial data on teacher performance. Then the proper financial burden and the non-financial responsibilities obtained will affect the performance of the teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung.Keywords: Financial Compensation, Non Financial Compensation and Teacher Performance.
