In this work we try to explore the use of content based video retrieval method to build an application in detecting moving object. The application will detect and recognize human walking styleeness in intelligent security system. Recently, the growth of crime activities in our neighbors going very fast. Further more text or characters security system by using password has some disadvantages such as easily to fraud , duplicate, and hard to remember as many passwords or PIN have to remember today. In order to solve to situation, intelligent security system urgently needed to protect our property and life. It needed to work 24 hours a day 7 days a week and 12 monthhs a year without tiring and exhausting. In this work we use content based video retrieval or CBVR in building the application. Approximately 500 video clips of human walking style used in this research, it has 30 second to 60 seconds in each clip. We use a moving glass doors to test and simulate the application, when a walking style detect and recognize .The simulation and testing show that application built from this research is quite good in detecting and recognizing one’s walking style, even though its accuracy and the effectiveness has not been calculated yet.Keywords : Video retrieval, intelligent security, walking styleness

Left behind Territory requires a high entrepreneurial spirit of its inhabitants. This is understood because in the area the builder is still left behind so that the field of work is very limited. To that end, research on the entrepreneurial spirit among young people who become a local development expectations important. Other than that thing was, it needed research into the field of entrepreneurship that is appropriate considering the limited facilities and resources available. Cooking oil is a processing tool foodstuffs commonly in use by the mother-housewife in general. Usually cooking oils used as ingredients in the household needs for the management of food ingredients. As for cooking oil (Cooking oil waste) or waste cooking oil is cooking oil that is used repeatedly restarted. Used cooking oil repetitive very harmful to human health; because its repeated use with high temperatures will result in free fat content. Effect of free fat is the emergence of various diseases such as liver cancer and others. Given the effects of negative, cooking oil can not be consumed again. waste cooking oil turned out to be an alternative fuel, substitute diesel.Solar diesel fuel is one of the more time will step because the raw material comes from fossils that notes bene including resources that can not be renewed.Therefore, processing cooking oil as a substitute for fuel, this is an exciting and necessary thing to experience. In terms of the benefits of jelantah oil is very good to create new business opportunities that is as a raw material biosdiesel environmentally friendly and with the concept of sustainable development (sustainebel development) in addition to the cooking oil processing is also seen to be one effort to deepen the entrepreneurship spirit of students STIM Shanti Bhuana.In relevance with the border area which at the same time left behind.Jelantah cooking oil is also expected to create new jobs and increase the income of the community. Not only that waste cooking oil cooking oil into fuel is expected to be a systematic and structured solution to the problem low people's opinions. The tensions in the relations between the Russian Federation and the West has been in the focus of modern global politics, especially in the last few years. Deteriorated diplomatic relations and mutual political and economic sanctions characterize the current situation. This disposition presents various issues of social and political character for Russian business development. The purpose of this article is to examine these issues and the measures the Russian government implements to address them. The authors analyzed official documents such as Economic Security Strategy until 2030, proceedings of Gaidar Forum and other top priority meetings, as well as the relevant sources and statistics. Several conclusions are made as a result of this research. The current political climate between the Russian Federation and the West affects the state of the Russian economy. Even though, the strategic vision for main challenges in Russian economy has been laid out, the perspective to resolve these challenges remain vague.Keywords: sanctions; Russian economy; economic growth; socio-political challenges; business-government relations

Brand image is a perception that is in customer’s mind. Through Brand Image, customers can experience and get recognize the product, evaluating the quality, lower purchasing risk, and get a certain satisfaction from product differentation. One of Strategy that is widely used by companies is by increasing Brand Image. The creation of brand image providing benefits in the success of a business engaged in services. Incurance companies are demanded to always cleanup seriously by increasing customer satisfaction that can be achieved through the creation of good service and product that can produce good corporate brand image. This research was aimed to know the influence of service quality and product quality onbrand image through customer satisfaction as intervening variable that functions as connector between independence variable namely service quality, product quality, and dependence variable namely brand image. Research methodology used in this research was associative. The research sample was taken by probability sampling is proportionate stratified random sampling. Hypothesis testing with 95% confidance level. The result of this research indicated that service quality, product quality have a significant influence onbrand image with customer satisfaction as connecting variable.Key Words : Service Quality, Product Quality, Brand Image, Satisfaction, Intervening

The flexible benefits concept has been widely adopted by a lot of companies around the world. This research examined whether the concept was relevant to be applied in one of the companies in Indonesia that business on agroindustry, whereas the company has owned various employees through generation such as; Baby Boomers, X, and Y generation (millennials generation).Qualitative approach was applied in this research. Therefore, the instrument of the data was obtained by doing observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysing process wasdone in several steps; accumulating, reducting, and serving the data, also concluding the result. Moreover, the result of this research was explained descriptively and will be tested through credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability test. The result of this research showed that the Baby Boomers, X, and Y generation employees apreciate the concept since it provides them with benefits they need. Indeed, however, it is suggested that if the concept, flexible benefits are effective and efficient, before be implemented in certain company, the management team should support it as well as Compensation and Benefits Departement (C&B) should educate their staff deeply about the concept in order to be applied well.keyword: Flexible benefits; Gen X; Gen Y; Millenials; Baby Boomers

Acceleration class is the class known as Kelas Siswa Cerdas Istimewa (SCI). This class facilitates special students who take the Senior High School for 2 years. The selection of the Acceleration Class at State Senior High School 9 Bandar Lampung uses the average score through Microsoft Excel. The problem statement of this research was that the final result of this selection was printed, announced on the announcement board, or announced directly to students who passed the test so that the selection process was inefficient and unobjective. This problem raised the idea to make the systems for the selection process of this Acceleration Class. The method used in this research was the Fuzzy TOPSIS with the certain criteria i.e., the average score of UN, the average report card, the IQ test, the specialization test, the achievement, and the financial condition. The result of this research showed that 8 of 20 students successfully passed to the acceleration class by the consideration that the students who reached the passing grade was > = 0.7 and the students who did not reach the passing grade was < 0.7. Therefore, this research was also successfully generated the website-based system for the admission selection systems in the Acceleration Class.Keywords: Fuzzy TOPSIS, selection, acceptance, acceleration class

The development of technology in this modern era affects the majority of people to use Smartphone as a medium of communication in the daily life. Smartphone becomes a necessity in life, especially when people need to find information about an event and to book tickets at Alung Production. Consumers can immediately see information and book through Smartphone without coming to the location. The information system was based on minimum Android version by using Lolipop. The programming language used in this system was Java and the MySQL database. The method to develop this system used Waterfall with UML tools (use case diagrams, activitiy diagram, class diagramand Sequence diagrams). This information system contained the ticket booking service that facilitated consumers to register and to get the tickets about the event. There was the rating ranks to provide an assessment and comment on the information about the event. Therefore, it facilitated consumers to get information about events held by Alung Production.Keywords : Android, Java, MySQL, UML

The objetives of the present research are firstly to find out whether there is any significant effect of students’ learning styles on their achievement of English at higher private institutions in Bandar Lampung. Secondly it tries to find out which students’ learning is more superior then the other students. The researh was conducted at 5 private higher education institutions in Lampung Province. The results showed that there was a significant effect of learning styles toward the students’ English Achievement. The students with communicative learning style were more dominanat than students with other learning styles. In CBIR based on images that are seen not the similarity of the image, but the similarity of the distribution of images in the compared image. In general, CBIR based on Histogram is known as Equivalent Histogram method. calculations using the Equivalent Histogram difference can set the order of the highest level of image similarity.In Indonesia, the number of experts in the field of medicine that uses palm diagnosis skills is still very little, this expertise is usually controlled by doctors of traditional and natural medicine. Therefore this writing makes it possible for Doctors in Hospitals or other Medical Centers and Clinics to be able to master it and the program by being trained in advance on how to use it. Because of that the writer took the title "Image Processing to Know the Relationship of Heart Disease with the Image of the Palm Using the Content-Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) Method". The research methodology will use Data Collection : Before Detection performed Capturing Photo Images with a minimum Camera. 5 mega pixels HP ASUS Zenfone 5 on the patient's palm , Experiments : In the experiment, there are two processes, without using the Equalization Histogram and using the Equalization Histogram enhancement. , Image Search : After the Match Image is done and compared to the reference image, the histogram will appear. which can measure the similarity of the Reference Image with a Matching Image of Value that approaches the Reference Image., Design : At this stage the image retrival system is designed using Visual Basic.Net Programming. In Indonesia, electronic commerce can be said to be very developed. In 2007 there was a case which can be said to be the first case of electronic commerce. The data can be seen based on studies and suggestion that was carried out by the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) on the case of the MoU between the Government of Indonesia and Microsoft (KPPU Report, 2007). This study was written to determine the implementation of the rules of business competition law and the policy of the KPPU in the field of business competition in relation to electronic commerce. In this study two approaches were used, namely the normative approach. The data in this study are mainly obtained from library research, especially on primary legal materials in the field of business competition. The data analysis used is qualitative method. This is closely related to research which can be categorized by normative legal research that approach is more abstract-theoretical. the results of the study show that the e-commerce business sector still does not lead to anti-business competition practices even though it still enters the surveillance radar. This may be due to electronic commerce itself is a new form of trade.Keywords : E-commerce, Business Competition, and Policy
