Abstract

PT. Sinar Antjol is one of industries that contribute to the global industry. Including one of the private companies engaged in consumer goods in the Greater Jakarta area, and established in 1942 and consists of several branches and subsidiaries namely ORPA, LODAN, PLUIT, TANGERANG. Until now the administrative services is still manual, it can be seen when every administrative unit records every transaction in the computer with the spreadsheet program. In this thesis, the writer developed an administrative service system which is computerized, data related and all computers connected in the same network, thus, the administration service can run well and smooth. This research method began by analyzing the manual and not centralized system in the company then making the network system, network requirements specification, software requirement specification enterprise resource planning (ERP), Domain Servers, and Terminal Server. In the new administrative service system, using the LAN and WAN networking technology, PT. Sinar Antjol can serve both distribution and retailing quickly and accurately. Note: "The concept of a computer network was made  in the 1940s in America  from a computer Model I development project in Bell’s lab and Harvard University research group which is led by Professor H. Aiken. At first the project simply wants to utilize a computer device that must be used together”. Keyword: Network, Company

Abstract

Sistem informasi akademik SMA Negeri 1 Pasir Sakti saat ini belum menggunakan koneksi database dalam melakukan pengerjaan penyimpanan data berupa pendaftaran, daftar ulang, penjadwalan, nilai dan pembayaran spp. Metode yang digunakan metode Waterfall, dengan metode ini sistem informasi akademik berbasis web ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data akademik di sekolah tersebut. Adapun tools yang digunakan meliputi Contex Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Flowchartdengan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Dibangunya sistem informasi ini, memudahkan siswa dalam pendaftaran online dan membantu mempermudah pengolahan data akademik sekolah lebih maksimal dan praktis karena dapat diakses dari mana saja sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman.Selain itu bisa dapat memudahkan pihak sekolah untuk mengelola sistem secara professional dalam melayani kebutuhan siswa.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Akademik, Web, Waterfall

Abstract

The departement of social welfare the province of Lampung is a government agency engaged in the field of social welfare, which has the objective to restore the condition or health of physical, mental and social so that it can survive in fair and good in the life of society. The department of social welfare the province of lampung is divided into : program development, development rehabilitation, development assistance and community development program development social. Currently social services do not yet have a good system in processing the data, the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities. The development of the information system of persons with disabilities by using the waterfall method, the stages of the stages are carried out to analyze a running system design and implementation. With the data information system of persons with disabilities is expected to provide accurate information regarding the number of persons with disabilities in the province of Lampung in the decision making. Abstract

 Sumber Daya Manusia (Human Resources) dalam sebuah institusi merupakan aset organisasi yang sangat vital karena itu keberadaannya dalam organisasi tidak bisa digantikan oleh sumber daya lainnya. Begitupun informasi dalam sebuah perusahaan sekecil apapun adalah aset yang sangat berharga dalam proses pengambilan keputusan oleh pimpinan. IBI Darmajaya sebagai salah satu institusi yang bergerak dalam bidang pendidikan dalam mencapai visi dan misi organisasi sudah selayaknya memiliki perencanaan pengembangan sistem informasi bagian sumber daya manusia yang mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan pelayanan baik kepada karyawan, dosen maupun stakeholder lainnya menuju pencapaian visi dan misi organisasi serta tujuan organisasi.Namun masih banyak ditemukan beberapa permasalahan yaitu semakin menumpuknya dokumen dan masih belum terintegrasinya antar pengelola dokumen, dosen mengalami kesulitan ketika akan mengurus Jenjang Akademik, Kenaikan Pangkat, Usulan Sertifikasi Dosen, Laporan Beban Kinerja Dosen tiap semesternya. Selain itu dokumen seringkali hilang, terselip, hingga susahnya dalam pencarian data/dokumen. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya sistem manajemen dokumen yang terintegrasi dan sistematis.Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pemodelan penelitian ini adalah Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). Dalam EAP, arsitektur menjelaskan data, aplikasi dan teknologi yang diperlukan untuk mendukung proses bisnis biro sumber daya manusia di IBI Darmajaya yang akan menghasilkan blue print untuk arsitektur data, aplikasi dan arsitektur teknologi. Dalam penelitian hanya sampai tahap prototype saja tidak sampai impelementasi.Dengan memanfaatkan model konseptual arsitektur informasi enterprise e-dokumen kepegawaian berbasis digital untuk mendukung sistem informasi terintegrasi khususnya di Bagian Sumber Daya Manusia untuk meningkatkan kinerja dosen IIB Darmajaya

Abstract

Kebutuhan iklan untuk setiap perusahaan sangat tinggi karena iklan merupakan tahap penting dalam strategi promosi yang ditujukan untuk mengarahkan minat konsumen terhadap penawaran komersial atau non-komersial. Sistem basis data terintegrasi memainkan peran penting dalam mengatur sejumlah besar data, sehingga dapat memberikan informasi dengan cepat, benar, dan akurat. Bagian administrasi CV. Zona Multimedia telah menggunakan fasilitas terkomputerisasi tetapi belum digunakan secara optimal. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi waktu dalam menyajikan informasi, perlu memiliki sistem penyimpanan dan pengolahan data yang dibangun dalam program aplikasi dengan database sebagai media penyimpanan. Oleh karena itu, harus ada sistem informasi yang dibangun dengan baik di bagian administrasi yang mampu menyimpan data penerimaan layanan iklan dengan aman, mengurangi kelimpahan data yang menyebabkan redundansi data, dan menyederhanakan pemrosesan data penerimaan layanan iklan dengan menghadirkan cepat dan informasi yang akurat. Sistem ini didasarkan pada aplikasi desktop yang dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Structure System Analysis and Design (SSAD). Alat yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem aplikasi ini adalah aplikasi Netbeans dengan Java sebagai pemrograman bahasa, MySQL sebagai pemrosesan basis data, dan iReport sebagai pembuatan laporan. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini menguntungkan bagi administrasi dalam mengolah data dan menyajikan informasi yang lebih akurat. Secara umum, sistem informasi penerimaan layanan iklan dapat digunakan untuk menyimpan, mencari, memasukkan, mengedit, dan menghapus data. Selain itu, dapat menyajikan informasi dan mencetak laporan yang secara otomatis diperlukan.

Abstract

The development of this technology is very fast, one of the media that utilizes technology such as application DPB Ranmor 2.0  in Polda Lampung That’s in Play Store. In This Case will be solved by genetic Fuzzy System, most notably the development of the Genetic Fuzzy tree Methodology, have allowed fuzzy logic based Artificial Intellegence to be developed Application that can be applied to incredibly complex problem. The Ability of Information Retrieval to have extreme performance and computational efficiency as well as to be robust to uncertainties and randomness.The concept will be adopted for case Criminal in Lampung. Thief and Criminal in lampung its more completed, thiefs will sell his results of crime anywhere  DPB Ranmor its one of Application will be pushed in results criminal ( ranmor ). Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan pengetahuan komputer kepada santri pondok pesantren Al Hidayah sebagai sarana untuk meningkatakan sumber daya manusia di bidang teknologi informasi Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdianini diselesaikan dalam tiga tahapan kegiatan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan , pelaporan. Persiapan dilakukan dengan melakukan survey pendahuluan untuk mengetahui apa yang dibutuhkan para Santri ponpes tersebut. Pelaksanaan Pelatihan, menggunakan metode ceramah yaitu dengan teknik presentasi, disertai dengan tanya jawab dan latihan yang dilakukan para peserta pelatihan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di santri Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah Pesawaran Lampung yang dihadiri sekitar kurang lebih 30santri. Pada tahap pelaporan dibuat setelah selesainya kegiatan pengabdian ini.

Abstract

Evaluating system was the common steps needed to be done before the system was run online. One of the familiar system that was usually used was Blackbox Testing or White box Testing.  Blackbox testing was used to test the user interface system and Whitebox testing was used to test the inner logic of system. This study used the Whitebox testing to test the inner code of the Research, Staffs, and Library Information System of Institute of Informatics and Business Darmajaya. The test covered 3 steps e.g., creating the flowgraph notation, 2) finding the cyclomatic complexity, and 3) conducting the test case. The result of this study was that the algorithm had 22 nodes and 25 edges. Cyclomatic Complexity formula was created to find 5 cases maximally. These cases were tested so that the system was passed. Therefore, it proved that the system was run and the Whitebox testing was good options for evaluating inner system
