Abstract

The influence the quality of service to the community satisfaction in KUA sub-district Rungkut, Surabaya City. Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), is an official state institution assigned to carry out some duties of the Indonesian religious ministry office in districts and cities for Islamic religious affairs within the district area. KUA facilities should ideally be of a reasonable quality in accordance with the duties and functions of KUA. It is very influential on KUA services to the community so that the visible satisfaction for the community at large. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on community satisfaction in KUA Rungkut Subdistrict, Surabaya City. KUA facilities should ideally be of a reasonable quality in accordance with the duties and functions of KUA. It is very influential on KUA services to the community at large. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on community satisfaction in KUA subdistrict Rungkut Surabaya City. Research method using questionnaire. Analysis techniques using interval analysis and correlation test. There are 100 respondens studied in this study by answering questions based in questionnaires given to assess public opinion about KUA services and their effect on community satisfaction. Independent variable is service quality and dependent variable is community satisfaction. The research result based on quantitative data processing through interval analysis and correlation test, the result of interval analysis shows the satisfaction of the community regarding the quality of service in KUA subdistrict Rungkut Surabaya good and satisfactory. The correlation test result of 0,868 and 0,932 indicates that the correlation of KUA service quality relationship and community satisfaction is very strong. This shows that the KUA subdistrict office members always try to provide the best service, systematic and professional for the community and try to give satisfaction to the community. Keywords: Service Quality, Communty Satisfaction, Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Subdistrict Rungkut

Abstract

Study of village goverment relationship with village conference department in avillage regulation construction in Konang Village, Subdistrict Glagah, LamonganRegency. The relationship between village goverment with village conferencedepartment in a Konang village regulation construction based on each duty, rightauthority, and obligation legally as work partners. This study is conducted toknow the mechanism of village regulation construction in Konang village, therelation between village conference department with Konang village goverment inan arrangement of village regulation and a result of village regulation at 2015 thathave been arranged and assigned by the village conference department in thepartnership with village goverment. Based on the result of the study, themechanism of regulation arrangement in Konang village is devided intopreparation step that includes of planning and preparation, and process thatincludes of formulation step, discussion, and arrangement technique, and assignedstep, invitation, and dissemination. The village conference department with theKonang Headman have good relationship. It happen because the villageconference department and Konang village govertment have carried out their eachduty and right authority in the village regulation arrangement.The villageregulation that have been constructed and assigned by the village conferencedepartment with Konang village goverment have been run well.Key words : relationship, village goverment, village conference department, andvillage regulation.

Abstract

Village Government Strategies to Increase Community Participation in the Framework of Rural Development. Community participation in Desa Kemamang appears in the implementation of the policy that is related to the development of the village, but in general the participation of people in Kemamang Village is less than the maximum. The purpose of this study is to know and describe the strategy of village government to increase community participation in the framework of village development in Kemamang Village Balen District Bojonegoro District. Data analysis in this research is done qualitative descriptive data analysis technique and to determine strategy done with SWOT analysis. The results show that based on SWOT matrix and SWOT analysis in Diagram, it is known that the right strategy to be applied by Kemamang Village Government of Balen District Bojonegoro Regency in increasing community participation in rural development is S-O strategy. The strategy is to build a shared commitment with the community and utilize the funds so that the realization of village infrastructure development can be completed soon. Keyword :Strategy of Village Government, Community Participation, Rural Development

Abstract

BPJS health targets provide benefits to all those involved in BPJS, meetingmedical needs of participants, the precautionary principle of sustainabletransparency in financial management BPJS. Many of the problems in itsimplementation, namely the health care system, payment systems, and thequality of health care systems. Purpose of this study is to describe, analyzeand Interpret the implementation of Program Policy BPJS using a modelapproach to the implementation of policies of George Edward III and vanMatter van Horn. Analyze and interpret the limiting factor and drivingforce in the implementation of the Program Policy BPJS Develop modelimplementation of effective policies BPJS Program - efficient fit thepurpose of providing health services to the community. This research wasconducted using qualitative method. Implementation of the marked lack ofcoordination/communication, lack of socialization. The existence of awaiting period the user card BPJS can only be activated one week afterregistration is received and may only select one health facility to obtain areferral and can not go to faskes other and service flow tiered very difficultfor the patient (member BPJS), as well as payment of medical expenses arenot borne entirely by BPJS. Abstract

THE ROLE OF SOP IN ORGANIZATION OF SURABAYA CITY GOVERNMENT IN THE IMPROVEMENT OF SERVICE SATISFACTION TO COMMUNITY (Study In General Section and Surabaya City Government Protocol) This research titled SOP (Procedure Operational Standards) role in Surabaya Municipal Government Organization in Improving Service Satisfaction to the society (Study in General Division and Protocol of Surabaya Municipal Government).SOP role in the government institution service is essential. SOP as work guidance and Public service human resource performance measurement, with service comply with SOP also has effect on service satisfaction toward the society. The implementation of research object located in General Division and Protocol Office of Surabaya Municipal Government at Taman Surya 1 Surabaya. Method that used in this research by using qualitative descriptive method. Data analysis technique done, by using data presentation , data reduction, data display, and draw conclusion. Collection technique that used by the researcher are begin from interview of service staff/officers in General Division and Protocol Office of Surabaya Municipal Government , comprise of Division Head of General Division and Protocol Office, Secretary of Division Head of General Division and Protocol Office, and officers of General Division and Protocol Office , and several public people who using service in the General Division and Protocol Office. Field observation/research object , documentation and learning from existing yearly report in this office. The finding result taken by the research, show that what have done by researching SOP of General Division and Protocol Office of Surabaya Municipal Government, synchronizes at today service condition with exist SOP, then the result of the research can be explained that SOP role in improving service satisfaction to the society can not be successful yet because there are still to be improved again its service and human resource in order to make society satisfaction can be increased. Keywords : SOP, Service, Service satisfaction to the society

Abstract

Transformational leadership in principle to motivate subordinates to do better thanwhat it used to do, in other words, can boost self-confidence or belief thatsubordinates will affect the performance improvement. Leadership is the ability toinfluence others to achieve goals with enthusiasm. Therefore, researchers wanted toconduct research with the title Analysis of Transformational Leadership AgainstEmployee Performance Sedati District of Sidoarjo with sampling technique used bythe author in this study is a non-probability sampling and data take starting from 26May to 4 June by spreading questionnaire , Questionnaires were distributed in thisstudy were 23 questionnaires with the subject of the research is the District OfficerSedati Sidoarjo. Abstract

The growing national development, higher education was temporarily changed, following the dynamics of globalization. As an educational institution, higher education has a noble mission, which is to educate and improve the quality of human resources, either through formal education in the framework of knowledge development, or through training (non-formal education) in order to improve skills. This research was conducted with the aim to know the influence of workload and prosperity of lecturer to job satisfaction and burnout. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection using primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique used is SEM analysis by using PLS. The results in this paper show that (1) There is no significant influence with the negative direction of Workload on Job Satisfaction; (2) There is no significant influence with the negative direction of Workload on Burnout; (4) There is no significant influence with positive direction of Welfare of Lecturer to Burnout at lecturer at University of Indonesia, (5) There is no significant influence with positive direction of Job Satisfaction on Burnout to lecturers at universities throughout Indonesia. Keyword: Workload, Lecturer Welfare, Job Satisfaction, Burnout

Abstract

The study aims to answer the question of how: (1) political configuration that putsIndonesia in 1971-1997 Golkar as a single force (2) political configuration in 1998 thatcaused the New Order government fell, and (3) the political configuration in 1999-2009resulting Golkar political disorientation. The results: (1) the political configuration ofIndonesia in 1971-1997 accidentally put Golkar as a single force on the grounds that thegovernment can carry out the construction with smooth and stable. Sekber-military formwith the government, Golkar then follow the 1971 general election and won an absoluteacquire 62.82% of the vote. Thanks to that victory, Golkar and the military dominatedparliament. Various attempts were made by the government in order to Golkar remains asingular force that harm the PPP and PDI, the result, until the 1997 election Golkar alwayswins absolute; (2) As a result of the New Order regime always manipulate the orderabsolute win Golkar, the public is not satisfied, the scent of corruption in the preparation ofDevelopment Cabinet VII concurrent multi-dimensional crisis of 1997 to encourage peopledemanded a change in many lives. The insistence of the President submit his cause to B.J.Habibie to date May 21, 1998. Since then New Order, (3) After the fall of the New Order,Golkar as also fell. With the remnants of the existing resources can Golkar following the1999 elections, the results dropped dramatically compared to the 1997 election due to: (1)Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the New Order era Golkar political structure intactbequeath to future generations, (2) the Golkar elite divisions; (3) the loss of support of themilitary and civil servants, (4) a more competitive electoral policies, (5) the division ofvoters into 47 political parties, (6) the emergence of a new reformist parties. The successof the Golkar Party in the 2004 elections resulting from the internal side: (1) the GolkarParty fought a modern and independent party, (2) political machine that has formedrevived; (3) more democratic, (4) the persistence of traditional voters, and (5 ) personalfactors Akbar. Abstract

This research aims to know the effect or relation between website quality and society satisfaction through hypothesis testing research is the website quality in the e-Kiosk service has a positive and significant effect on society satisfaction which formulation of the problem is whether simultaneously and partially the dimensions of variable website quality has a effect on society satisfaction and which of them are the most dominant effect on society satisfaction. The type of this research is correlation research with a quantitative approach through survey method of primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The indicators that used in this measurement is WebQual, include usability (X1), information quality (X2), and service interaction quality (X3) against the society satisfaction (Y) based on expectation satisfaction, experience satisfaction, and overall satisfaction. This research population totaled 7.854 peoples and research sample totaled 100 respondents with accidental sampling method. Based on research results, the regression equation is Y = - 0,474 + 0,089 X1 + 0,437 X2 + 0,012 X3. From the results of the statistical data analysis, indicators that used in this research are valid and reliable. The results of classical assumptions test is free from the problem of multikolonieritas, heteroskedastisitas, and normal distibution. Simultaneously, three variables are effect on society satisfaction. Partially, usability and informational quality has a positive and significant effect on society satisfaction, whereas service interaction quaity is has not a positive and significant effect on society satisfaction. Keywords: Website quality, usability, information quality, service interaction quality, society satisfaction.

Abstract

School Operational Aid (BOS) is a government policy through the Ministry of Educationand Culture, which is fully authorized its management to the schools by referring to theconditions set by the government. Schools with School Committee work together inutilizing the BOS funds to improve access and quality of education. With theimplementation of BOS policy on school, then it have need of evaluating the BOS policywhich this study discuss the empowerment of schools and the School Committee in themanagement of BOS. The problems of this research are about how: (1). The level of policyperformance of the BOS program; (2). The level of policy effectiveness of BOS program;(3). The level of policy outcome of the BOS program; (4). The policy impact of the BOSprogram. These four issues are analyzed in relation to empowerment of school and schoolcommittee. This research applied descriptive qualitative method, with the data in the formof descriptions of the activities, work systems or behaviors exist in Pacitan EducationDepartment, Schools and the School Committee recipient of BOS funds as the subject ofthe research. Data obtained by interview, observation and documentation studies. From thedata analysis and discussion, it is concluded as follows: First: The level of performance ofthe BOS policy have achieved the objectives which the BOS has been targeted to help thepoor students and ease the burden of other students; Second: The level of efficiencyindicates that with the lack of BOS funds schools can still carry out activities to reach thestandard results; Third: The level of outcomes have succeeded in increasing APK, controlfor APS, graduates proceed to a higher level, the BOS fund management transparent andaccountable, the increase of parents participation in helping schools, results of NilaiEbtanas Murni (NEM) increases, an increasing number of schools are accredited B;Fourth: The impact of policy on the BOS program, among others, the increase in theHuman Development Index (HDI), the increase in students passing the national exam andan increase in per capita income. Empowerment Schools and School Committee berealized where the school and the school committee has been undergoing development,strengthening the potential / power and independence.keywords : Empowerment, School and School Committee, Policy on the BOS program.
