Jurnal Ijtimaiyya
Ijtimaiyya journal is a journal which is managed by the Programme Pascasarajana (PPs) Universitas Islam negeri Raden Intan Lampung. First published in 2008 and regularly published two (2) times a year, in May and in November. Since 2014 this journal began in the online. The script that is loaded is the original manuscript, not yet published in any publication. Scripts can be articles, research results, scientific ideas as well as book reviews. Editors receive from the author of the Madrasah, universities, research institutions and other agencies concerned with the Islamic Community Development.

<![CDATA[The problem in this article is how to guide Muslimconverts in Sumber Arum Village, Kotabumi, NorthLampung? Is it the impact of fostering a marriageconvert to family harmony in Sumber Arum Village,Kotabumi, North Lampung? This research is fieldresearch and the data obtained from interviews,observations, and documents. Data analysis was carriedout descriptively analytically. This study found that theimplementation of the Muslim convert marriage inSumber Arum village was basically in the category ofindependent marriage formation. The coaching processis usually carried out at a time and place agreed upontogether. The Guidance material includes IslamicAqeedah, Fiqh, Morals, Munakahat and Rights andObligations of husband / wife. The activity has apositive impact on three main things, namely: themaintenance of converts (hifzu ad-din), the maintenanceof families and descendants of converts (hifzu an-nasl),and the creation of harmonious families.]]>

<![CDATA[Bay‘ al-‘īnah is a buying and selling contract that became the debate of classical and contemporary scholars in terms of law and its implementation. Therefore, it is necessary to have an article describing the concept of bay‘ al-‘īnah to determine the law of the bay‘ al-‘īnah. In this article the author will explain the concepts, laws and applications of bay‘ al-‘īnah according to contemporary schools and scholars by stating their reasons for choosing strong opinions. The fuqaha agree to forbid the bay‘ al-‘īnah if there is a condition that ma‘qud ‘alayh must be resold to the seller of origin. Likewise, if there is a hint of the existence of ḥīlah do the usury then the law also is void. What is fuqaha debate is that if there is no such requirement and no referent. In this case the authors hold that the bay‘ al-‘īnah contract is haram if the intention of doing usury is not stated in contract. However, the status of the contract is valid or not void as long as there is no requirement of mabī‘ to be resold to the original seller and the absence between the two parties who intend to do usury. This is because with the intention, although outside the contract then the intention of usury has been declared and can cancel the contract.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic banking in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, including assets, financing provided and the number of customers. Islamic bank financing 70-80% is given to the community by using the contract of murābahah, in the form of consumptive and productive. Islamic bank operations must be guided by Fatwa of the National Sharia Council in order to carry out its optimal function economically and to run the Shari'a comprehensively. <![CDATA[This research was conducted to determine the influence of the headmaster's leadership, organizational culture, and teacher professionalism partially and simultaneously on the performance of Aliyah Madrasah teachers in Bandar Lampung. The main instrument used for collecting data in this study is a questionnaire. The population of 148 teachers from Aliyah Madrasas in Bandar Lampung numbered 16, those with state status numbered 2, and those with private status totaling 14 madrasas with a total sample of 103 teachers. While the time of the study was carried out in August 2018 to September 2018. Data collected was analyzed quantitatively using path analysis.Based on the research, it is known that: (1) The leadership of the headmaster and organizational culture have a partial and simultaneous influence on the professionalism of the Aliyah Madrasah teachers in Bandar Lampung; (2) Principal leadership, organizational culture and professionalism of teachers have a partial and simultaneous influence on the performance of Aliyah Madrasah teachers in Bandar Lampung and also have a direct influence and indirect influence through teacher professionalism; (3) Comparison of the direct effect and indirect influence between the headmaster's leadership and organizational culture and teacher's professionalism on teacher performance results show that direct influence dominates over indirect influences. So that to improve the performance of teachers it is better to use the direct influence of each variable.]]>

<![CDATA[Education management in educational institutions is the process of applying management functions in carrying out education and learning tasks to achieve the educational goals. Management theory as something that is relevant to that educational institutions is a consideration. The educational institutions are not managed arbitrarily, which ignores the expectations of the community or stakeholders. University management must be interpreted not only as the distribution of authority and management legality, where every component in the higher education institution must have synergy in science, a balance between teaching, researching and writing scientific papers. The direction and impact of autonomy is highly dependent on the college management and its academics. The purposes of this study are to find out the influence of leadership behavior toward the accountability of the Islamic universities management in Metro City. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data collecting technique used is the multi stage random sampling method. Based on the findings, the study concluded that: leadership behavior has a positive influence on the accountability of the Islamic universities management in Metro City. The test results show that the tcount value is 2.002, and this value is greater than ttable at the 5% significance level of 1.67. It means that the higher the leadership behavior will result higher accountability. This happens because when the leader has strong leadership behavior, it will automatically affect the accountability]]>

<![CDATA[of supervisory programs in each Madrasa which is categorized as accredited A, B, C and not accredited in Madrasah, Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency in 2017/2018. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of supervisor performance in Madrasah aliyah in Ogan Komering Ulu Timur can be categorized quite well. Supervision activities carried out by holding class visits and direct observation of the process of implementing learning in class. The supervisor has also provided recommendations and input to the teacher on strategies to overcome each problem, but the teacher does not always follow what is recommended by the supervisor. Work achievements achieved by supervisors in the field of research are still unsatisfactory. The role of supervisors is less dominant in efforts to improve school quality. Therefore, active participation and support from the government will be needed especially in efforts to improve the performance of supervisors, madrasa principals, teachers and employees.]]>

<![CDATA[Middle School Bustanul Ulum Terbanggi Besar, Central Lampung. The data collection techniques of this study were through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this qualitative research starts from data reduction, data display, and verification or conclusion. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1) In financial planning (budgeting) education, all Islamic Schools TK, SD, SMP Bustanul Ulum Terbanggi Besar, Central Lampung are well in accordance with the Standards. 2) In the implementation (accounting) in accordance with applicable regulations. 3) at the stage of assessment (Auditing), all activities in the school there are examinations and supervision both kindergarten, elementary and junior high school 4) Integrated Islamic school financing management model that includes planning (budgeting), implementation (accounting) and evaluation of accounting and accountability systems.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem in this study is how the implementation and role of the management information systems in decision making in the Islamic Board of Islamic Da'wah of Indonesia in Lampung. Data collection was carried out in three ways: interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis used is an interactive analysis model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of management information systems in decision making in the Islamic Da'wah Board of Indonesia in Lampung Province is first, a computer-based management information system in which all records and documents can be stored neatly in a computer system and if needed in an easier search because only by searching for the file name, the required archive will be displayed. Second, decision making based on the principle of consensus agreement. While the role of management information systems in decision making in the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Council of Lampung Province is to facilitate leaders in making decisions because the information needed is available, as a material for decision making, as an alternative action in decision making and material for reviewing strategy and organizational plans.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper aims to respond the social phenomena which is viral in the society lately. In the social life of society, a veiled women be suspected a member of radical understanding. At the same time, the legal verse about veil in the Quran debated again because there are differences of opinion between past Muslim scientists and presents Muslim scientists. Finally, the social groups in society divided into support and repellent group about the goverment plan to ban the use of veils in Indonesia. The research methods used in this paper are the qualitative-descriptive methods with library research category. The research data used be optained from a journal, website, book and social media. Next, the research date will be analyzed using Islamic radicalism theories by Yusuf Qardhawi. To answer the main topic of this article, the author will identify about veil included in the criteria of adherents to radical understanding or not.]]>
