Ijtimaiyya journal is a journal which is managed by the Programme Pascasarajana (PPs) Universitas Islam negeri Raden Intan Lampung. First published in 2008 and regularly published two (2) times a year, in May and in November. Since 2014 this journal began in the online. The script that is loaded is the original manuscript, not yet published in any publication. Scripts can be articles, research results, scientific ideas as well as book reviews. Editors receive from the author of the Madrasah, universities, research institutions and other agencies concerned with the Islamic Community Development.

Abstract

This article intends to discuss the learning management of Tanfîzh al-Qur’an at Islamic Boarding Schools in Lampung Province. Teaching and learning activities need the planning, organizing, implementing and controlling actio. These management functions play a crucial role to  perfect learning tahfizh al-Qur’an. This is qualitative research while data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analyzed by reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Research concluded that the management functions have been carried out on tahfizh al-Qur’an in Islamic boarding schools, but at different intensities. In the planning aspect, generally they do not have written planning as in other formal schools or madrasah. In the organization of teaching materials, teaching strategies and learning media, all of them have in common. And with regard to the learning strategies they use the same principles of memorizing, depositing, and repeating memorization, even though in each boarding schools they have different terms, but same in principle.Keywords: Management, Learning, Tanfîzh Al-Qur’an

Abstract

This reserach aims to know and analyze the Islamic perspective on human resource. The approach used in this research was library research. The research results ontained : (1) The principle of human resource planning in Islam perspective, is God Almighty makes a plan, God’s plan is very firm, refers to Allah’s instructions is planning, carefully crafted planning, planning accompanied by tawakal. (2) The principle of the procurement of human resources in Islam perspective is the criteria for recruitment of human resources that is strong and trustworthy. (3) The principle of training and  development of human resources in the perspective of Islam, is God commands to seek knowledge, requires knowledge to worship, education and HR training is based on a strong monotheistic foundation. (4) The principle of maintaining human resources in Islam perspective is the provision of appropriate rewards, not giving heavy burdens. (5) The  principle of assessing human resources in Islam perspective is that Islam teaches its people to be serious about working, achieving optimal goals depending on performance.Keywords: Manajemen, Sumberdaya Manusia, Perspektif Islam

Abstract

This study aims to portray the character education contained in the Bugis community that many people do not know about it. For the Bugis community, local knowledge is not just a mere habit, but customs is a prerequisite for human life. Then there is the phrase saying if tampered domestic customs of the wine stops dripping, fish disappeared too, and the rice was not going to be ‘so Boogies retaining local knowledge as a foundation/ backrest one is the first, Siri (shame)means: Shyness (self-esteem), used to defend the honor of the people who want to trample on his self-esteem. The shame is closely connected with: (a) honor (honor), (2) self-esteem (high respect), (3) the dignity of (value), (4) dignity (dignity) as a human being. While the second, sipakatau, sipakainge and sipakalebbi (3S) have an impact on the realization of the conception of basic values, namely the formation of values such as: (1) the value of the determination, the motivation and outlook on life; (2) the value of courage, emotional temperament a value in maintaining self-esteem, (3) the value of solidarity, which is the value of mutual cooperation, (4) the value of courtesy language, proficiency in accordance Bugis ethnic culture (socio-psycholinguistic repertoire). Intangible: (1) Mali’u sipakainge “ if wrong, to remind each other, (2) sipakatau or sipakalebbi “mutual respect or mutual glorify”, (3) sibaliperri’ ‘mutual aid’, (4) sisaro mase ‘mutual love, (5) Tudang Sipulung ‘sit together’ culture-conference failed. Abstract

This article wants to show that the transformation of Islamic Education towards the process of Integration of science and religion is relevant and concerned for the future development of Islamic religious education. Agree with post positivism which argues that science is actually a condition with nterests. Science should not only be oriented to science, but it can be used to improve socio-cultural conditions that are unfair and inhuman. Reality as a subjective matter, constructed, interpreted and not found. The human being is a composer of the world, giving meaning to the world, not limited by natural law and having a construct of meaning. Whereas the scientific structure is based  on daily knowledge, inductive, ideographic, interpretation, and not value free. Abstract

“The Role Of Illat In Islam’s Judging Law”. ‘Illat is a trait that her allegedly contained legal purposes. al-Maqasid al-Shari’ah is to protect religion, soul, mind, wealth and honor. The purpose of the law is an abstract thing, can not be observed, it is necessary ‘illat as a benchmark presence and absence of beneficiaries Basically beneficiaries is built on four principles, namely; 1) Intellect solely be able to know about the benefit and dangers, 2) Benefit is an independent proposition regardless of the texts, 3) The sphere of charity  beneficiaries are mu’amalah and custom fields not worship and muqaddarah). 4) Benefit is the argument of the most powerful Islamic law.Keywords: ‘illat, istinbath, hukum Islam

Abstract

This paper aims to explore and reveal the law (istimbāth al-ahkām) about the law of boast and decorate the building of the mosque. The theme in this paper becomes an important and interesting issue when faced with contemporary phenomenon in Indonesia in particular and massively world, many people who build and decorate the mosque. Though normatively, this practice allegedly the Prophet as a sign of the end of time. This paper is written using syarah and naqd through out methods takhrij al-hadits approach. While in the realm of legal extraction, the approach used is a hermeneutical approach based on qawa’id al-lughawiyyah and maqashid al-syari’ah on texts of hadith. This study produces several conclusions: (1) hadith about proudly with mosque belonging to Āhād hadith category which is zhanni al-wurud (2) The law of building and decorating the mosque is makruh li-tahrim notes not accompanied by efforts to revive and prosper the mosque (3) This hadith include a hunching hadith containing a profound message of will as a stimulus of the Prophet SAW to his people aware of the existence, purpose, orientation of building the mosque itself and the existence of accountability in the hereafter.Key words: Masjid, bermegah-megahan, hari kiamat, menghias, hukum

Abstract

Management experts have agreed to put planning as the main function and even become the base for the remain other management functions. Planning is a very basic matter for organizations, including educational institutions. In order to make good planning, several planning principles are needed which must be used as a guide. The principle of conventional education planning includes interdisciplinary principles, flexible principles, principles of efficiency-effectiveness, principles of progress of change, principles of objective, rational and systematic, cooperative-comprehensive principles and principles of human resources development. Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze theimplementation and supervision of Islamic education inone of the conflict prone areas namely Central Lampungof Lampung Province. This research is a qualitativeresearch with a descriptive approach. In this study, fourMadrasah Tsanawiyah in conflict-prone areas in CentralLampung have been used as the research subjects andinformants. Samples were taken by purposive samplingand data were analyzed with qualitative analysis. Theresults of this study found out that there were nosignificant differences from the process of educationimplementation and supervision in conflict-prone areasand low-conflict areas in Central Lampung. The thingthat distinguishes between the two is in terms ofmanaging extracurricular activities which in low-proneareas tend to direct more extracurricular activities in thecultivation of Islam, even making the generalextracurricular become Islamic nuances. In addition, inthe process of supervising Islamic religious education inMadrasah Tsanawiyah, the role of school principals ismore dominant than school supervisors.

Abstract

Work culture is a set of behavioral patterns that areinherent in every individual in an organization. Buildingculture means also improving and maintaining thepositive side, and trying to familiarize certain behavioralpatterns to create new, better forms. This research wasconducted to see how the work culture (integrity,professionalism, innovation, responsibility andexemplary teacher of Islamic Islamic Madrasah in WayKanan District. Based on the results of the study, it wasobtained a picture that the five cultural values wereimplemented well even though the results were notmaximized. This cultural value has a positive impact,both on the internal (including educators and educationpersonnel) and external impacts including thecommunity, as evidenced by the increasing performanceof educators and community services.The barriers tothe application of cultural values are caused by: a) lackof communication ) limited human resources in thefield of technology c) low understanding of the stateapparatus against the applicable rules.
