This research aims to determine the influence of productive ZIS, Islamic work ethic and length of business on the welfare of MSMEs. This research methodology is quantitative, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach. The sample in this study was 103 mustahik who received Productive Zakat from several zakat amil institutions in the GERBANGKERTOSUSILA area. The research results show that the calculated t value for the Productive ZIS and Length of Business variables is respectively equal to1.542 and -0.663 < t table 1.984 which means that it partially has no effect onwelfare of MSMEs, while the calculated t value for the Islamic Work Ethic variable is3.532 > t table 1.984 which means it partially has a significant effect onwelfare of MSMEs.The calculated f value (11.198) > table f value (2.70) means that the variables Productive ZIS, Islamic Work Ethic and Length of Business simultaneously influence the welfare of MSMEs. Conclusion: Simultaneously, Productive ZIS, Islamic Work Ethic, and Length of Business influence the welfare of MSMEs. Partially, the ZIS Productivity and Length of Business variables have no effect on the welfare of MSMEs. Meanwhile, the Islamic Work Ethic has a significant influence on the welfare of MSMEs.

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of corporate governance structures, namely independent commissioners and institutional ownership, on research and development (R&D) investment mediated by financial slack in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period (2018-2022). Data were extracted from annual reports and financial statements, with a total of 7 pharmaceutical companies listed on the ISSI serving as the sample. The analytical technique employed was the multiple regression test using panel data, conducted using Eviews. The research findings indicate that financial slack has a positive and significant effect on R&D investment. Independent commissioners have no significant effect on R&D investment. Institutional ownership has a significant effect on R&D investment. Then independent commissioners affect R&D investment through financial slack as a mediating variable, and institutional ownership has no effect on R&D investment through financial slack as a mediating variable. The conclusion is that the greater the level of financial slack, the higher the allocation of funds in R&D investment. Therefore, it is important to choose independent commissioners who are competent according to the company’s sector. On the other hand, institusional ownership is able to increase control over management because it has intensive knowledge, experience, and more networks.

The goal is to ensure the company's continuous growth and smooth operation, thereby benefiting the financial well-being of issuers or shareholders. The purpose of this research is to identify the moderating influence of financial literacy on the company's value and the relative importance of profitability, investment decisions, and dividend policies. The population in this study consists of 186 members of the IFSB. Sample selection was done using purposive sampling techniques, resulting in 11 Sharia banks in the Asian region as samples. The data used are secondary data taken by accessing the annual financial reports of each Sharia bank on its official website for the period 2019–2022. By utilizing multiple regression model analysis tools on panel data and carrying out interaction tests, which are generally known as moderated regression analysis using Eviews 10. The findings indicate that, partially, investment decisions and profitability significantly influence the company's value, but dividend policies do not play a significant role in affecting the company's value. Financial literacy is proven to moderate the impact of profitability and investment decisions on the company's value but cannot moderate the impact of dividend policies on the company's value. In conclusion, profitability and investment decisions significantly contribute to the increase in the company's value and can be strengthened by financial literacy, while the increase in dividend policies actually decreases the company's value.

The population and sample used were 3 sharia banks that merged into PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) which includes PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), PT BNI Syariah (BNIS), and PT BRI Syariah (BRIS). Observation data is in the form of quantitative information taken from annual financial reports for the pre-merger period 2019-2020 and the post-merger period 2021-2022. The research methodology used includes descriptive statistics using the maqashid sharia index (MSI) technique. The findings of the data analysis show that financial performance as measured by MSI for the ranking results, BNIS is ranked first, BSI is second, BRIS is third and BSM is fourth. BNIS received first place with superior results for the first and second performance indicators, while BRIS's third indicator was superior. Even though BNIS was ranked first in the MSI results, the average MSI results before the merger from the combination of BRIS, BNIS and BSM were still lower than the MSI results of BSI bank. The conclusion shows that the financial performance using the BSI bank MSI technique is better after the merger if compared to before the merger based on the average of pre- and post-merger MSI results..

The t test results show that the level of financial literacy partially has a significant effect on students' interest in saving. Religiosity partially has a significant effect on students' interest in saving. The results of the F test show that simultaneously the level of financial literacy and religiosity has a significant effect on students' interest in saving.
