Abstract

World energy crisis also occurred in Indonesia. Energy reserves in Indonesia, especially fossil fuels (petroleum, coal, and natural gas) are increasingly shrinking. The availability of fossil energy will also be on the wane because of an increase in energy consumption per capita. To predict the energy crisis in Indonesia, this paper proposes the development of sukamoto fuzzy inference systems for classification energy crisis based on parameters the amount of production, energy consumption and energy demand driven factors, namely GDP and population. Outcomes of this system is the classification based on these parameters, i.e., a safe condition, alert and crisis. The experimental results show the system produce levels of accuracy at 90% petroleum, natural gas 100% and CoA, 100%. This system are expected to provide an early warning and decision support for the government or the relevant agencies in giving the handlers or the solution to the problem of energy crisis.

Abstract

Introduction: Hypertension is a chronic disease which its presence is often not known until occurrence of other diseases. Several studies had previously investigated the relationship between vitamin D concentration and hypertension. However, no concluding result is obtained. This paper aimed to determine the relationship between vitamin D 25(OH)D concentration and hypertension onelderly at a public health clinic located at Reni Jaya, South Tangerang. Methods: This was cross-sectional study conducted in a public health clinic between January 2017 to January 2018. One hundred and fifty subjects were recruited by consecutive sampling after informed consent were obtained.Anamnesis, physical examination, and anthropometric measurement were performed by general practitioners. The following day serum vitamin D 25(OH)D examination were collected and examined at certied laboratory. The data werethen analyzed using Chi-Square test. Results : As many as 80 (53.4%) subjects had insufficient vitamin D 25(OH)D concentration (25-50 nmol/L). Stage I and II hypertension were found in 51 (34.0%) and 34 (22.7%) subjects, respectively. Age was significantly associated with hypertension (p=0.048). No significant association was observed between vitamin D 25 (OH)D and hypertension p=0.347.Conclusions: There was no significant association between serum vitamin D 25(OH)D and hypertension.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of financial literacy and religiosity on students' interest in saving. The population of this study were 126 students of the Management Study Program at Nahdatul Ulama University. The sample was taken based on the criteria, namely those who had obtained courses related to financial literacy so that a sample of 45 people was obtained. The analysis technique uses multiple regression with hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test. The t test results show that the level of financial literacy partially has a significant effect on students' interest in saving. Religiosity partially has a significant effect on students' interest in saving. The results of the F test show that simultaneously the level of financial literacy and religiosity has a significant effect on students' interest in saving. The conclusion is that both partially and simultaneously the level of financial literacy and religiosity has a significant effect on students' interest in saving.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety management (K3) on employee productivity at PG. Ngadirejo Kediri. To achieve this goal, this study uses quantitative research with a questionnaire as the main instrument in collecting data. To answer the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on tests conducted with multiple linear regression, it is evident that the variable level of occupational safety (X1) and the variable level of occupational health (X2) has a significant effect on employee productivity (Y) either partially or simultaneously. To reduce the risk of accidents such as fires, piles of mill residues containing flammable chemicals. That jam, PG. Ngadirejo Kediri should strive so that the remnants of the mill can be immediately utilized/sold.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle, and e-wallet users on consumer behavior in government scholarship recipients in Sidoarjo. The background of this study is based on the increasing use of e-wallets and consumer lifestyle trends among students including scholarship recipients. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were 100 Sidoarjo government scholarship recipients who were used as respondents using the random sampling method. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that financial literacy did not have a significant effect on student consumer behavior. However lifestyle has a positive effect on consumer behavior meaning that the higher a person's lifestyle the higher the consumption. E-wallet users also have a positive effect on consumer behavior indicating that the ease of digital transactions can improve student consumption patterns. Simultaneously, these three variables affect the consumer behavior of scholarship recipients. These results provide insight for the government and educational institutions in designing student financial management policies.
