Abstract

This study discusses the presence of: (1) The influence of emotional intelligence on performance management master program management graduate Master of Management, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, (2) The influence of situational leadership skills to the performance of business Master of Management Graduate Program, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The population in this study was student of class 34, class 35 and 36 as well as faculty and staff Master of Management Graduate Program, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. In this study using survey method is the method of collecting primary data by asking questions to respondents and data collection tool was a questionnaire with a population of 60 respondents / person. Tests conducted on questionnaires filled out by respondents using tools SPSS version 15.00 for windows.The results of this study incluaded that there is no significant relationship between emotional intelligence to the business performance of the Master of Management, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. and there is a significant relationship between situational leadership skills to the performance of business Management Master of Management University of Yogyakarta. In this study of emotional intelligence variables that affect the performance of business most dominant Master of Management, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.Keywords: emotional intelligence, situational leadership skills and performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to look at the effect of organizational climate, the  need  for  achievement,  the  need  for  power,  and  the  need  for  affiliation  on  the performance of the employees of BPS Special Province of Yogyakarta. The objects of this research are all employees in BPS D.I Yogyakarta totaling 75 people. The data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires addressed to the employees to  obtain  an  answer  for  each  item  of  respondents  perception  of  the  variable statement.  Of  the  total  questionnaires  distributed,  70  questionnaires were  returned and  readily  processed.  The  data  analysis  method  used  was  multiple  regression analysis to examine the effect of organizational climate, the need for achievement,the need for power, and the need for affiliation on performance.The test conducted partially showed that organizational climate, the need for achievement have a significant positive impact on the performance of the employees of BPS D.I Yogyakarta. On the other hand the need for affiliation and the need for power  does  not  affect  the  performance  of  the  employees  of  BPS  D.I  Yogyakarta. While  the  test  conducted  simultaneously  showed  that  organizational  climate,  the need  for  achievement,  the  need  for  power,  and  the  need  for  affiliation  have  a significant   positive  impact   on   the   performance   of   the   employees   of   BPS   D.I Yogyakarta. Abstract

Objectif of this study is explore the implementation of SCM in retail companies and also its performance assessment by using the method of SCOR Level 1 customer facing aspects. The study was conducted in Matahari Department Store and Supermarket.The research was done by searching the primary and secondary data through interviews with the company participant.  Matahari Department Store and Supermarket has SOPs to organize the integration of all the relationship with supply chain participant in supporting the business needs of consumers. Performance Level 1 customer facing aspects of the high performance delivery of components for the Jakarta area in 2011 amounted to 99, 09%, while for outside Jakarta amounted to 99,97%.Keywords:  supply chain management, retailer, SCOR

Abstract

This study is an empirically research the impact of leadership style and work ethic on employee performance employe of Civil Public and Population Registration Sleman Regency. the result of the research shown  that the style of leadership and work ethic together provide a positive and significant effect, as shown by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination 0857 or 85.7% and the remaining 14.3% is influenced by other variables outside the model. Up and down, or the size of employee performance can be predicted by the regression equation Y = -11 258 + 0.137 X1 + 0.115 X2 X3 + 0177 + 0023 + 0940 X5 X4. Based on research that has been done can be deduced leadership style has no effect on performance while the work ethic significant effect on the performance of office workers of Civil Public and Population Registration Sleman Regency.Keywords : leadership style, work ethic, performance.

Abstract

(2) Effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Job Satisfaction Morotai Island district. The population in this study were employees of Morotai Island district office of regent. In this study using survey method is the method of collecting primary data by asking questions to respondents and data collection tool was a questionnaire with a population of 159 respondents / person. Tests conducted on questionnaires filled out by respondents using tools SPSS version 15.00 for windows.The results of this study concluded that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership on Employee Job Satisfaction Morotai Island district. And there is a significant relationship between Organizational Commitment on Employee Job Satisfaction Morotai Island district. Abstract

Main focus of this research is how business could predict amount of money supply in the market. Bussiness interests are depend on inflation rate in the macro economy. Money supply plays important role to determine of inflation rate in the region or country. When money was over supply than availability of good and services, demand of good and services would stress the market price (inflation). Otherwise, when money supply was less than availability of good and services, demand of good and services would be decreasing (deflation). Bank Indonesia as a monetary authority had the monetary policy to stabilize amount of money supply.   ARIMA or Box Jenkins approach has been chosen as research method in this research. Estimation of ARIMA model is just based on secondary data of single variable which is analyzed. The data of money supply was collected based on publication of Bank Indonesia. ARIMA model is a method to form regression estimation model based on serial of data itself.  ARIMA method had standard procedures to develop the model estimation. Four standard procedures are identification, estimation, diagnostic checking, and forecasting. Final result of this model is regression estimation which consist of money supply as dependent variable and autoregressive of data itself and error term (moving averages) as independent variables.Based on the analyzes shows that best model is DLM2 as dependent variables (money supply after second deferenciated) and independent variables that consist of autoregressive (AR) on fifth order or AR (5) dan moving average (MA) on fifth order or MA (5). Therefore, estimation of money supply model is ARIMA (5,1,5) and this model is sufficient to forecast money supply in the future because it has low rate of RMSE. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of pricing, product design, product quality and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions on products of SMEs in Yogyakarta. The population in this study is that consumers who shop for products of SMEs in Yogyakarta. Samples in this the research are consumers who visit shopping at the handicraft center of Kasongan Bantul. This study used convenience sampling technique that is because of the ease of sampling.    The results showed that the variables of price, product design and product quality significantly influence purchasing decisions at SMEs Products in Yogyakarta. While the brand image does not significantly influence the purchasing decisions on products of SMEs in Yogyakarta. These results show that consumers in making purchasing decisions more expensive variable price, design and quality of the products to be bought. As for the image of the brand is not so considered on the grounds that when consumers buy products of SMEs, which are seen affordable prices and the quality of its products according to expectations.Keywords: Price, Product Design, Product Quality, Brand Image, Buying Decision.

Abstract

Tujuan studi pustaka ini adalah menyusun model dan sejumlah proposisi didalamnya terkait dengan intensi individu memutuskan berwirausaha yang berbasis pada penggunaan teknologi informasi. Berbasis pada modifikasi TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior) dan TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) studi ini mengkonstruksi model intensi berwirausaha berbasis teknologi informasi. Hasil studi terdiri atas enam proposisi yang menjelaskan anteseden sikap, persepsi resiko, norma subjektif serta konsekuensi ketiga variabel tersebut.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of mutations on work performance of employees at the Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) Provincial Representative D.I. Yogyakarta. The samples in this study were all functional non educational employees who work in Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) Provincial Representative D.I. Yogyakarta, which amounted to 51 employees. The sampling technique using census method whereby all existing employees into the sample amounted to 51 people. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis indicate the presence of four findings. 1)The variable of mutation had positive significant effect toward the variable of employee motivation. 2) Variable of mutation had positive significant effect toward the variable of employee performance. 3) Variable of employee motivation had positive significant effect toward the variable of employee performance, and 4) Variable of employee motivation does not mediate the effect of the implementation of variable mutation toward the variable of employee performance.Keywords : Mutation, Motivation, Work Performance.
