Abstract

Generally, this study aimed to describe the curriculum management study program Elementary School Teacher in Higher Education. The specific objective of this study to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of curriculum type of qualitative research based approach. The location or background of this research are two colleges in Hyderabad and one college in Surakarta. The data source is a research university leaders, faculty, and students of Elementary School Teacher research site. Data collection techniques, participant observation, in-depth interviews and document study. The results of the research, curriculum management organization of Primary School Teacher Education, related to the planning, implementation, and evaluation. Curriculum planning Elementary School Teacher each college has a trademark in accordance with the vision and mission. Implementation of the curriculum with regard Kridit Semester System load varies at each college. Evaluation of the curriculum is based on the potential and dynamics of each perguruang high.

Abstract

The objectives of the research are to describe: 1) the sources and types of conflict; 2) the conflicts’ management; and 3) the supporting and inhibiting factors in conflict management of regrouped school at State Elementary School Pucangsawit Surakarta. The type of the research is qualitative with naturalistic design. The research was undertaken atState Elementary School Pucangsawit Surakarta. The results are 1) the conflict sources at State Elementary School Pucangsawit Surakarta  can be classified into two types of sources, namely the teachers and parents. The conflict types emerged at the form of inter-individual conflict among teachers from the regrouped schools, the conflict in school naming, conflict related to professional tasks and teachers’ administration, and conflict related to students’ administration; 2) the conflict management at State Elementary School Pucangsawit Surakarta were done through planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The conflict resolution referring to schools’ rivalry is done by applying fair and positive competition; and 3) the supporting factors in conflict management are the government support and schools’ stakeholder’s awareness. The inhibiting factors cover the self ego that remains existed in some teachers and parents from both of the schools regrouped.

Abstract

The research is aimed to: 1) describe the implementation of directive supervision to improve the classroom teachers in providing the guidance and counseling; and 2) to improve the classroom teachers ability in providing the the guidance and counseling for the teachers at Gugus IX Dhandhanggula UPTD Dikpora Kecamatan Jebres of Surakarta through the directive suprevision.The research is an action research. The research was done atGugus IX Dhandhanggula UPTD Dikpora Kecamatan Jebres of Surakarta in academic year 2012/2013. The subject of the research were 12 clasroom teachers. The data collecting method were done using interview and observation. The data analysis was done using path model from Kemmis and Taggart.The research concludes that: 1) the directive supervision to improve the classroom teachers ability in providing the the guidance and counseling was done as follows: (a) the supervisor socialize the supervision program to the teachers; (b) the supervisor arranged the supervision schedule; (c) the supervisor provide the supervision materials; (d) the supervisor provide the guidance and counseling simulation; and (e) the supervisor asses the teachers’ ability in providing the guidance and counseling; and 2) The directive supervision is effective in improving the classroom teachers ability in providing the the guidance and counseling. It is demonstrated with the improvement in the teachers’ scores in each cycles.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan dan prestasi belajar bahasa Indonesia materi menemukan gagasan utama paragraf bagi siswa kelas VII A SMPN 1 Jenar pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 melalui pembelajaran koopertif model Jigsaw. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa yang berjumlah 30 anak, 18 laki-lakidan 12 perempuan. Waktu penelitianselama 4 bulan dari bulan Januari s.d April 2017. Penelitian terdiri dari dua siklus, di mana tiap siklusterdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Data aktivitas belajar menemukan gagasan utama dari kondisi awal sampai kondisi akhir sebagai berikut, Kondisi awal aktivitas belajar rerata43%, pada siklus I aktivitas belajar rerata 67%, dan siklus II aktivitas belajar rerata 90%. Data prestasi belajar pada pratindakan rerata 66, pada siklus I rerata 75 dan pada siklus II rerata 83. Berdasarkan kajian teori dan hasil tindakan dapat disimpulkan bahwapembelajaran kooperatif model jigsaw dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar bahasa Indonesia materi menemukan gagasan utama paragraf bagi siswa kelas VII A SMPN 1 Jenar pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2016/2017

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatan penguasaan kemampuan membaca anak tunarungu kelas 1 SLB – B melalui penggunaan kartu superhero. Subyek penenlitian 3 siswa kelas 1 SLB – B YPALB Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber dan metode. Analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian siklus 1, Anak mengalami peningkatan nilai setelah dilakukan kegiatan membaca dengan kartu superhero. Sebelum dilakukan tindakan, rata-rata nilai kemapuan membaca anak, 5,33 atau berada pada rentang 40% < P ≤ 60% atau cukup. Setelah dilakukan tindakan siklus 1, rata-rata nilai anak meningkat menjadi 7,16 atau berada pada rentang 60% < P ≤ 80% atau baik. Namun masih ada anak yang memperoleh nilai kurang dari 6 pada kompetensi membaca kata, sehingga perlu dilakukan tindakan siklus 2. Setelah dilakukan tindakan siklus 2 rata – rata nilai anak meningkat menjadi 8 atau berada pada rentang 60% < P ≤ 100% atau tinggi, dan tidak ada siswa yang memperoleh nilai kurang dari 6. Kesimpulan penelitian, penggunaan kartu superhero dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pada anak tunarungu kelas I SLB-B YPALB Karanganyar.

Abstract

To improve and produce graduated students of SMK relevance with the needs of business and industry, which continues growing significantly, then the vocational curriculum should be designed and implemented  the developing competence. Teachers are required to be able to produce learners who are extremely competent and ready to face lifes challenges with confidence and high self confidence through a process of meaningful learning that he personally experienced to be able to apply his knowledge in everyday life. Therefore, teachers should be able to design their own learning plan to be based on a curriculum that has been made by the government. Planning learning is an important part in the implementation of education at the school. One lesson plans to be prepared by the teachers is the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP).This type of research is descriptive quantitative research but generally is in the form of case studies. Data collection techniques used in relation to the learning plan in the form of Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) made by teachers in the value of using Instrument RPP (IPKG-1).Based on the results of research on science teaching in the classroom Planning XII-DKV in SMK N 4 Padang on subjects Ecosystem terms of format already referred to the Teacher Performance Assessment Instrument (IPKG-1). Learning materials and learning resources are the criteria are not good (1.00 to 1.99). Teacher Performance Assessment Instrument (IPKG-1) provide an assessment of achieving the expected unfavorable (2.00 to 2.99) for the indicator, learning activities, learning objectives, assessment of learning outcomes. Good enough category (3.00 to 3.49) for kompenen RPP in general, SK and KD, the allocation of time and learning methods. Identity RPP and KD can be implemented in one or more meetings were with the highest fourth in both categories.

Abstract

Implementation of managerial supervision is the activities carried profesioal superintendent of schools in order to assist the principal in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of the education and learning. This study aimed to describe the managerial supervision planning, implementation of managerial supervision, and feedback managerial supervision supervisor in Dabin 7 UPTD District of Purwodadi. Qualitative research and ethnography with research subjects school supervisors and principals. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of the flow of the process of collecting data through data reduction, data display and verification. The validity of the data using triangulation and source. The results of the study, 1) Planning managerial supervision include, a. Preparation of supervision schedule manajejerial, b. Preparation of Instrument managerial supervision, c. Compile a list of schools to be supervised. 2) Implementation of supervision manajerial.Ada three stages in the implementation of managerial supervision, namely, initial activity, performance or core activities and the closing 3) The function of feedback is to improve the managerial supervision findings of non-compliance or overcome the problems identified, so as to improve the quality and effectiveness of education.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji kontribusi penampilan guru dalam pembelajaran, motivasi, dan fasilitas terhadap hasil belajar matematika dengan mediasi kedisiplinan belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional kausal. Populasi penelitian sejumlah 190 siswa kelas VII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 6 Salatiga tahun 2016/2017. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 128 siswa ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin (α = 0,05). Teknik sampling, proporsional random sampling dirtentukan dengan undian. Data dikumpulkan dengan dokumentasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada kontribusi penampilan guru dalam pembelajaran, motivasi, dan fasilitas terhadap hasil belajar matematika dengan mediasi kedisiplinan belajar (10%, sig. = 0,011). Penampilan guru dalam pembelajaran berkontribusi secara langsung terhadap hasil belajar matematika (0,54%, sig. = 0,412). Motivasi belajar berkontribusi secara tidak langsung terhadap hasil belajar matematika melalui kedisiplinan belajar (22,1%, sig. = 0,000). Fasilitas belajar berkontribusi secara langsung terhadap hasil belajar matematika (0,0009%, sig. = 0.997). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran matematika di Sekolah Menengah Pertama menjadi baik karena dukungan dari penampilan guru dalam pembelajaran, motivasi, dan fasilitas dengan mediasi kedisiplinan belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA materi kelistrikan siswa kelas IXC SMP Negeri 1 Gemolong pada semester I tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 melalui pembelajaran yang menerapkan STAD. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa yang berjumlah 32 anak, 16 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan. Waktu penelitian selama 5 bulan yaitu bulan Juli 2016 sampai dengan bulan November 2016. Penelitian terdiri dari dua siklus dalam satu standar kompetensi. Siklus I untuk materi “Listrik Dinamis” dan siklus II untuk materi “Sumber Arus Listrik” pada tiap-tiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Data aktivitas belajar IPA dari awal sampai dengan kondisi akhir adalah sebagai berikut, kondisi awal aktifitas belajar 53%, pada siklus I aktivitas belajar rerata 84,4% kondisi akhir (siklus II) rerata 88,1%. Data hasil belajar pada kondisi awal rerata 73, pada siklus I rerata 76 dan pada kondisi akhir (siklus II) rerata 84. Berdasarkan kajian teori dan hasil tindakan, simpulan hasil penelitian bahwa secara teoritik maupun empirik “Penerapan Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA materi kelistrikan bagi peserta didik kelas IXC SMP Negeri 1 Gemolong Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di Kabupaten Klaten. Bentuk implementasi tersebut diuraikan berdasarkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, kendala dalam pelaksanaan serta tindakan yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan berfokus pada implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 3 Klaten dengan mengambil sampel kelas XII. Sumber data yang digunakan untuk penggalian dan pengumpulan data adalah 1) Peristiwa, kegiatan pengajaran dan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Kurikulum 2013; 2) Informan, melibatkan guru dan siswa; dan 3) Dokumen, berkas dan arsip terkait pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih banyak kendala dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013 pada beberapa aspek, antara lain: keterbatasan waktu pelaksanaan pembelajaran, sarana dan prasarna, dan penilaian/evaluasi
