Abstract

The purpose of research to describe the learning plan of street children in Seroja PPAP Institute Surakarta, describe the lesson in Surakarta Seroja PPAP Institute, describes the evaluation and follow-up study of Street Children in Institutions PPAP Lotus Surakarta. This study uses descriptive qualitative case study research design. The data used primary and secondary data. Data source informant, events or activities with resource informant. Data collection techniques with interview, observation, and document analysis. The validity of the data with data triangulation technique, triangulation methods and reviews informant. Analysis of data using data analysis interactive model of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. Based on these results it can be concluded that the Planning Institute of Education for Street Children in Surakarta using Seroja PPAP Curriculum SBC 2006, do not use the syllabus and do not write lesson plans. The lesson begins with a prayer. Learning methods used mentoring, modeling, lectures, private and project base learning. Media and learning resources are used in the form of books diktat, LKS and white boards. Activities cover, ended by giving homework. Attitudes and skills assessment carried out by observation. Evaluation of learning has not been successful because the value has not reached the standard KKM. Follow-up for the provision of remedial, then to the attitude with mentoring and counseling.

Abstract

Bedhaya Bengawan is a dance work performed by nine dancers created by a choreographer named Djarot Budidarsono. Bedhaya Bengawan was created in 2010 performed in Wisma Seni Surakarta, Taman Budaya Surakarta Jawa Tengah (Surakarta Cultural Park of Central Java). The dance work was used as a means of delivering message to the spectators, art observers and community. The theme was adjusted with the artist/choreographer’s idea and creativity. Bedhaya Bengawan is a product inspired by the choreographer living around Bengawan Solo River. River water flows into the river for irrigation purpose; adequate water will yield abundant crops. The farmers express their gratitude to Dewi Sri for the abundant crop. In addition, in this nature, there should be integration between water, soil, wind and sun. The values delivered through Bedhaya Bengawan contain character education for the students including: gratitude to the Only One God, belief in the power of Dewi Sri with any rites as the reward to the abundant rice production, reminder that there should be balance between macrocosm and microcosm. Other character educations include: Manunggaling Kawula Gusti (uniting with God), Sangkan Paraning Dumadi (the origin of human beings and to which [Sang Yang Widi] they will return later). The character education above leads the students to have religious ritual awareness to appreciate nature, to believe in God and to be aware that there is a supreme power creating and nullifying human beings. The secular short life should be filled in with good things. Gratitude should always be expressed to God in order to be blessed. The students are expected to imitate what is included into bedhaya bengawan dance work and to apply it in their daily life.

Abstract

The aims of the research are to: 1) to reveal characteristics of learning business and pre practice lesson, 2) to reveal learning method application, 3) to reveal learning result. The kind of result is qualitative with ethnography design. The research subject at SMA N 1, Teras is Teachers of business and pre practice lesson, and students of class X.IPA-1 and X.IPA-2. While the researches object is learning business and pre practice lesson activity. Data collecting used are: observation, interview, and documentation. Data validity is conducted by using interactive model through reduction process, then drawing conclusion and presenting in valid data form. The research result of business/entrepreneurship at SMA 1, Teras: 1) Interaction of learning business and pre practice lesson was done conductively supported by appropriate media and learning method that is used and teachers’ lovely personality, 2) Media that is usually used on learning activity is audio visual, 3) The main obstacle on conducting learning activity is lack of literature and supporting equipment for doing job and the location for it, 4) The most effective learning method that can be applied is turning on video and group demonstration, 5) Learning result by using scientific approach is the beginning of students business spirit and motivation.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country, but imports rice, sugar, wheat flour, maize, milk powder, onions, garlic, soybeans, carrots, from abroad. In all countries of the world, agriculture is the most protected sector of the economy. Food security is important. If a country imports most of its food products from other countries to fulfill its need because the price is lower than domestic prices, then the country will become dependent in its food supply on other countries for the future. This will be dangerous. So that 21st century skills are needed towards economic intelligence in Indonesia who can be relied on in terms of national economic resilience. These skills include : Ecological: the business environtment, Psycho-sociological: internal actors of organisation, Reticulated: external human networks claimed and moblized around the project, Teleological: final purpose of the approach through strategy development,  Technological: includes all the methods, tools and techniques used for the entire process of decision support through surveillance process, information protection, or benchmarking. Economic intelligence concerns the set of concepts, methods and tools which unify all the co-ordinated actions of research, acquisition, treatment, storage and diffusion of information, relevant to individual or clustered enterprises and organisations in the framework of a strategy.

Abstract

The research aimed to 1) analyze the implementation of authentic assessment at Institute of Teaching and Education (IKIP) PGRI Bojonegoro and 2) identify lecturers and students perception on the impact of authentic assessment toward the quality of students learning outcome. This research was qualitative research using case study approach. The data collection methods were in-depth interview in focus group discussion (FGD) with lecturer and students; and documentation. The data validity examination was triangulation method. The interactive analysis method was used to analyze data. The research found that: 1) Some lecturers of IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro had already implemented authentic assessment method in the learning process. 2) Authentic assessment method was believed very appropriate by the lecturer and students to be implemented in the learning process because this method had many positive impact, especially to students. However, this authentic assessment technique more focused on the learning outcome quality improvement in students than the student’s achievement.

Abstract

The development of tourism resulted in social changes in the Kurau Barat Village community. This observation aims to find out, describe and explain the social changes that occur in the community in Kurau Barat Village, Koba District. The results of the observations show that the development of tourism was well received by the residents of Kurau Barat Village. Factors that influence social change are acceptance of new elements, accepting acculturation, migration, accepting changes in life habits from traditional to semi-modern, the existence of respect for the work of others and the desire to progress. These changes can affect the sustainability of tourism and the condition of society in the future so that it needs to be directed and managed properly by all parties involved. A qualitative approach is used in discussing social change. Data is collected through observation.

Abstract

The aims of the research are to analyze tha influeced between leadership style towardsteachers’performence, the influenced of job’motivation towards teachers’performance;also the influenced between leadership style, job’motivation, and compensation towardsteachers’performance of SMA PPMI ASSALAM Surakarta. The kinds of research isdescriptive quantitative research with population: 55 teachers. Data collection method is questionairethat has been tested the validity and reliability. Then the collected data were analyzed by usingdoubled linier regression technique, Test t, F, and R2 were caunted its relative and efectivecontribution. The research result showed that: 1. Leadership style has positive influenced towardsteachers performance of SMA PPMI ASSALAM Surakarta with efective contribution is 18,8%; 2.Job’motivation has positive influenced towards teachers’performance of SMA PPMI ASSALAMSurakarta with efective contribution is 24%; 3. Compensation has positive influenced towardsteachers’performance of SMA PPMI ASSALAM Surakarta with efective contribution is 15,1%. Itmeant that Motivation has positive influenced towards teachers’performance higher compared withothers variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the various obstacles experienced by teachers in the learning process during the spread of the coronavirus. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 7 Budong-budong, because the position of this school is far from the center of Central Mamuju Regency. To obtain more detailed information about the research topic, this research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a case study method. There are several techniques used in collecting data in this research, namely observation, indepth interviews, and documentation studies. At the interview stage, the researcher collected information from 3 teachers who were considered capable of providing valid data according to the research topic. After the data is collected, then the data is analyzed using the data analysis method of the Miles and Hubermen model which includes data reduction, data presentation and the process of drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it was found that several obstacles were faced by teachers in the teaching and learning process during the covid-19 pandemic, namely: 50% due to the lack of infrastructure (for example smartphones, computers, internet networks, etc.), 15% due to lack of support from people. parents or guardians, geographical conditions that sometimes make it difficult for teachers to get to school as much as 15%, 10% because of the ability of students who are still lacking in understanding learning and 10% due to boredom experienced by students during the covid -19 periods. In addition, to adjust the teaching and learning process during the pandemic, teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Budong-budong carried out several learning methods such as group system learning, online learning, and learning using modules.

Abstract

The formula of this research is how the peer teaching can improve the students interest and result in processing general leger. This study was class action research which was designed into two main cycles ,The model of his reserch is 10 accounting 3 class of SMK N 1 Salatiga periode 2013/2014. The result showed that:1) The interest in learning increase 41,53 % from 37,11 before cycle, 61,83% in first cycle and 78,7% in second cycle, ;2) The learning outcomes increase 67,11% from 30,55% before cycle, 63,88% in first cycle and 91,66% in second cycle.
