Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine factors that influence students’ motivation in vocational automotive electrical major in SMK YP Delanggu Klaten either partially or simultaneously. The study was conducted at SMK YP Delanggu Klaten. The population is all class XI students majoring in automotive, around 128 students, while the sample was 40 students by using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, by testing the accuracy of the model (F test, the coefficient of determination, the accuracy of parameter estimators and predictors of donation, and the assumption of classical test (test of normality, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and test of multicollinearity). The results of this study were: (1) There is a partial influence of student’s interest and knowledge of student’s motivation (0.036 0.05). (2) There is a partial influence on school facilities and students' motivation (0.015 0.05). (3) There is no partial influence in the way teachers impose student’s motivation (0.938 0.05). (4) There are simultaneous influences of the independent variables (interest and knowledge of students, school facilities and infrastructure, and how teachers teach) to the dependent variable (student’s motivation) (F = 17.523).R Square= 59% means that changes in student’s motivation is influenced by variables in the study by 59% in relative terms and the remaining 41% are influenced by variables other than research. Effectively research variables affect student’s motivation to change their interest and knowledge which reaches 28.26%, school facilities and infrastructure reaches 29.88%, and the way teachers teach stands by 0.82%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning outcomes on students who use Contextual Student Activities Sheet (CSAS/LKM) with students who do not use CSAS in intermediate financial accounting I lesson. During this time the teaching and learning process in the classroom using only literature books. The research method in this study was an experiment using a t test analysis tool. the value of t count is 127,098 supported by a significance of 0.001 ≤ 0.005 for students of class 2016 who are divided into experimental and control classes. The results of the study showed that there are effects of student learning outcomes using CSAS/LKM on student learning outcomes.

The publication paper title is “ Elementary school Teachers Knowing for see andquestion in Central Java”. That is a part of researct publication. The reaserchlocation is Semarang, Demak, Kudus, and Pati teritorial. The problem statementof the paper are how long elementary school teachers knowed about capacityfor reality see and questions.Instrumen of research is questionary, there are any question about elementary school teachersknowed about capacity for reality see and elementary school teachers knowed about capacityfor reality questions. That is a quantitaive research and then survay research design.We get some information that level of capasity elementary school teachers knowed aboutcapacity for reality see and questions are low. That is consistent with other research result, whenwe get a same kinds.

Abstract

The study aims to see how money attitudeaffects on financial management behaviours with financial self-efficacy and knowledge as a moderator variable. Research methods use a quantitative approach. The population chosen for this study is 283 students at accounting education from Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Data collection methods used was tests and questionnaires. Data analysis technique was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based component Partial Least Square (PLS) using WarpPLS 6.0 software. The analysis showed that: 1) money attitude impact on private-management behaviour is proven by p-value 0.001 ≤ 0.01 and coefficient track of 0.393. 2) Financial knowledgeis not as moderate is proven by the coefficient results of financial knowledge management behaviours by 0.097 with p-value 0.095 (weakly significant) and a coefficient financial attitude towards personal financial management behaviour through financial knowledge -0.050 with p-value 0.251. 3) Financial self-efficacy as a moderator variable is proven well shown by a coefficient results of the financial self-regulation privacy management behaviour of 0.464 with p-value 0.001 (highly significant) and the coefficient financial management measures for personal financial management behaviours through financial self-regulation are -0.143 and p-value 0.026. In conclusion, money attitudehas a positive and significant impact on individual financial management behaviour. Financial knowledge does not moderate the effects of financial attitudes on personal financial management behaviours, while financial self-efficacy moderates the effects of money attitudetowards personal financial management behaviours.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat kota Surakarta tentang ke-beradaan PKL sebagai sektor usaha informal ditinjau dari aspek ekonomis, sosial dan hukum, serta mengumpulkan alternatif saran/pendapat penanganan PKL agar keberadaannya bernilai positif bagi pembangunan kota.Variabel penelitian adalah persepsi, Dasar persepsi ; pendidikan, sosial, dan motivasi sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan aspek tinjauan; ekonomi, sosial dan hukum sebagai variabel tergantung (Y). Pengumpulan data menggunakan daftar angket berstrukturPopulasi meliputi; seluruh warga kota yang berumur 15 tahun keatas (357.522 jiwa). Sampel acak menggunakan kombinasi purposive-stratified-quota sampling. Tempat komunitas sampel meliputi; kantor, jalan, pasar/pusat pertokoan, sekolah, dan tempat lainnya sebanyak 200 responden.Analisa data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Analisis korelasi dan regresi partial variabel X dan Y menghasilkan kesimpulan; semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan, jenis pekerjaan, jumlah pendapatan, jabatan sosial/ketokohan dan motivasi warga, mereka akan mempersepsi lebih positif keberadaan PKL, baik dari tinjauan aspek ekonomi, sosial dan hukum, walaupun tidak dominan. Analisis deskripsi menyimpulkan; menurut tinjauan aspek ekonomi, PKL sebaiknya di pertahankan dan diberdayakan karena berdampak positif pada perekonomian kota. Menurut tinjauan dari aspek sosial, keberadaan PKl berdampak negatif terhadap keindahan kota dan memicu peningkatan arus urbanisasi, tetapi berdampak positif terhadap penurunan angka pengangguran. Dari tinjauan aspek hukum, PKL dinilai sebagai usaha yang ‘liar’, tidak berijin usaha dan menempati lahan bukan peruntukan.Alternatif penanganan; Pemkot cq. Dinas Pengelola PKL harus secara konsisten melakukan penataan, pembinaan, penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan terprogram agar keberadaan PKL mampu mendukung program pembangunan kota.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to improve the student’s activeness and learning outcome of social science subject in the understanding of Indonesian independence struggle through Jigsaw method implementation. The respondents were the students of grade VIII class B at SMP N 9 (State Junior High School 9) Surakarta. The data collection was conducted by interview, documentation, and questionnaire. The research used the interactive technique which was divided into three steps. The steps were, firstly data reduction, secondly data presentation, and thirdly concluding. Before the first cycle of this action research, there were 5 students with low learning activity and 10 students with low learning outcome. The result of the first cycle was the student’s activeness and learning outcome increase 15,62 % or 5 students improved their activeness and learning outcome. In the second cycle, almost all students had high activeness and learning outcome. Therefore, the implementation of Jig Saw method was successful to improve student’s activeness and learning outcomeKeywords: Learning Outcome, Activity, Jigsaw

Abstract

The purpose of this research are; (1) Implementation of curriculum 2013 on economics subjects in SMK Batik 1 Surakarta academic year 2017/2018; (2) Implementation of character education curriculum 2013 on economic subjects in SMK Batik 1 Surakarta academic year 2017/2018. The type of research used is qualitative. Subjects in this study Principal, Deputy head of curriculum, Economics teacher, and student. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.The results of this research are: Implementation of character education curriculum 2013 on economic subjects in SMK Batik 1 Surakarta has been running well, this is evidenced based on their daily attitude that can already be said to have good character.

Abstract

The research aims are to: 1) increase students' creativity entrepreneurship Catering 1 Class XII in treating waste as a business opportunity thorns milkfish through the utilization of Production Unit of SMK Negeri 3 Pati and 2) determine the magnitude of the increase in Class XII student entrepreneurship creativity Catering 1 after using Production Unit of SMK Negeri 3 Pati. The method used is descriptive, the technique of classroom action research through qualitative and quantitative analysis. The pprinciples of recycling activity/procedures are: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Research held at SMK Negeri 3 Pati, with as many as 31 research subjects. Techniques of data collection are: observation, interviews, field notes, documentation. This study uses an interactive analysis that consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research results showed that there is an increase in entrepreneurial creativity of each cycle, as seen in the first cycle the average value of creativity in entrepreneurship is 81% (the category of "creative") once held the second cycle to 94% (the category of "very creative"), so that there is an increase in by 13%. In conclusion empowerment Production Unit Schools can improve the creativity of class XII student entrepreneurship Catering 1 in creating business opportunities through waste treatment milkfish.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the objectives to be achieved by China related to the assistance give to the Philippines and the response that the Philippines should have done in responding. This paper used the literature study method with a descriptive approach. As for the findings of this paper, related to the theory of diplomacy and international lobbying, assistance provided by China to the Philippines is a tool used to achieve China's own interests and will have an influence on subsequent policy makers regarding maritime conflicts between China and the Philippines. Steps that needed to be taken by the Philippines are to maintain diplomatic relations with China, especially in the economic field because the Philippines economy is strongly supported by China and also strengthen its territorial defense and increase Philippine intelligence activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui wacana yang berkembang pada era otonomi daerahdan otonomi pendidikan pada awal implementasinya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan sumber sekunder yaitu dokumentasi berita dan opini tentang otonomi pendidikan di harian KOMPAS. Analis dilakukan dengan metode content analysis (analisis isi). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa otonomi telah mendorong penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang semakin mandiri, demokratis dan bertanggungjawab. Namun di sisi lain, banyak kendala pelaksanaan di daerah yang berkaitan dengan pembiayaan, personalia, perlengkapan dan dokumen (P3D). Permasalahan lain yang muncul adalah berkaitan dengan upaya menyusun kurikulum agar menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas.
