Abstract

The application of GSCM (Green Supply Chain Management) practice in the leather tanning industry in Yogyakarta is still relatively difficult because the industry prefers manufacturing systems that can accelerate profit uplift without considering environmental quality. Therefore, this research attempts to measure GSCM performance applied in the leather tanning industry, particularly at PT. Asa Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is Green SCOR (Green Supply Chain Operations Reference) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Data collection in this research was by identifying the company's GSCM activities, then compiling performance indicators that refer to the green SCOR method. Weighting performance indicators are conducted to determine the importance of each performance indicator by using the AHP method. The results of this research indicate that the application of GSCM is quite good with the average value of the total GSCM performance 90, despite several improvements that are necessary to enhance the performance.

Abstract

Sistem perawatan mesin yang dilakukan di PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara, selama ini masih bersifat korektif yaitu perawatan setelah terjadi kerusakan. Kerusakan komponen ini biasanya akan ditandai dengan ditemukannya produk yang dihasilkan tidak sedikit mengalami kecacatan. Peranan perawatan terhadap komponen-komponen Cyclone Feed Pump pada Process Departement - PT.Newmont Nusa Tenggara sangat penting artinya untuk mencegah terjadinya kecacatan produk masal dan mencegah terjadinya down time produksi. Dan perawatan yang paling baik digunakan adalah perawatan pencegahan sebelum terjadinya kerusakan (preventive maintenance). Mesin kritis adalah mesin yang mengalami frekwensi kerusakan terbesar dengan total downtime terbesar. Untuk penentuan mesin kritis ini, langkah pertama yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengukur lamanya waktu downtime produksi dari tiap-tiap mesin yang ada. Perhitungan MTTR berdasarkan data downtime, yang sebelumnya juga dilakukan uji kecocokan distribusi dan hasilnya sesuai, Dengan melakukan perhitungan Mean Time To Repair dan Mean Time To Failure dapat diketahui rata-rata waktu berapa lama pompa beroperasi dan berapa lama pompa tersebut dapat dilakukan perbaikan serta dapat diketahui Reliability pada Cyclone Feed Pump 2.0.1. Setelah dilakukkan perhitungan, komponen kritis Discharge Pipe pada Cyclone Feed Pump 2.0.1 harus sudah dilakukan inspeksi preventif, karena telah beroperasi 664.8 jam, dan perbaikan yang harus lakukan maksimal 3.4997 jam setiap kali dilakukan shutdown.

Abstract

Energy consumption forecasting, especially premium, is an integral part of energy management. Premium is a type of energy that receives government subsidy. Unfortunately, premium forecastings being performed have considerable high error resulting difficulties on reaching planned subsidy target and exploding the amount. In this study forecasting was conducted using multilinear regression (MLR) method with ten candidate predictor variables. The result shows that only four variables which are inflation, selling price disparity between pertamanx and premium, economic growth rate, and the number of car, dictate premium consumption. Analsys on the MLR model indicates that the model has a considerable low error with the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of 5.18%. The model has been used to predict 2013 primium consumption with 1.05% of error. The model predicted that 2013 premium consumption was 29.56 million kiloliter, while the reality was 29.26 million kiloliter.

Abstract

Repetitive tasks carried out by workers of packaging department of mineral water company led to some complaints of pain and fatigue on a particular body part of the workers, especially on their upper body part. This study aims to determine risk level of musculoskeletal disorders with OCRA index and provides optimal break schedule to reduce the risk level. Based on calculations using the OCRA index method, it is found that risk of injury to the workers were medium with high level of risk. Despite small workload of the operators, this may be caused by poor distribution of rest periods and lengthy working time for highly repetitive tasks. Improvement proposed in this study is type of work-compliant break time allocation. Optimal scheduling of which main objective is optimal break time is eventually obtained by applying enumeration algorithm with integer linear programming model. Based on OCRA index after improvement, it is clear that the proposal decreases the risk level of the workers.

Abstract

PT. Primatexco Indonesia merupakan perusahaan tekstil dengan produk benang tenun, kain, printing, dan waste. Di PT. Primatexco Indonesia terdapat bagian blowing yang bertugas menyuplai bahan baku untuk proses produksi. Artikel ini membahas mengenai alternatif jadwal perbaikan maupun perawatan dengan biaya terkecil untuk komponen mesin blowing. Dengan menghitung biaya perawatan untuk repair policy dan dibandingkan dengan biaya preventive maintenance policy, maka akan didapatkan jadwal perbaikan maupun perawatan yang optimal. Dari hasil perhitungan, diusulkan jadwal perawatan mengikuti kebijakan repair untuk kerusakan komponen klasifikasi A. Untuk kerusakan komponen klasifikasi B diterapkan kebijakan preventive maintenance setiap 5 bulan. Dan untuk kerusakan komponen klasifikasi C diterapkan kebijakan preventive maintenance setiap 7 bulan.

Abstract

Physical workings and physiological data of the work operator on the work of human at work. Therefore, it is necessary to design the working environment for operator comfort and work time determinant. The research process by measuring the physical work environment, the operator's physiological data, the determination of time and work break time. The transmitter and the frais are too dark, the temperature is too hot and humid, it is necessary to increase the number of lamps and air ventilation around the lathe and frais operators. Frais machine operators generated CVL of 26.7% which is still below 30% then operators of frais machines can not be exposed to work. Lathe operators of CVL results are 31.34%, because the results are in the range of 30% - 60% then the lathe operators experience work that result to operator performance. Lathe operators require a break time of 20.85 minutes and the engine operator frais 18.85 minutes.

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan hasil (outcome) yang dirasakan atas penggunanya produk atau jasa, sama atau melebihi harapan yang diinginkan. Pelayanan di bagian Tata Usaha idealnya lebih bersahabat, cepat dan akurat. Ini berarti orientasi layanan di bagian Tata Usaha harus didasarkan pada kebutuhan mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Lean ServPerf (Lean Service dan Service Performance). Service Performance digunakan untuk menganalisis tingkat instrumen kinerja pelayanan bagian Tata Usaha. Lean Service digunakan untuk menghilangkan waste aktivitas yang tidak bernilai tambah. Hasil dari penelitian ini, terdapat 14 atribut pelayanan yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di bagian Tata Usaha Fakultas.

Abstract

PRIMAGAMA merupakan bimbingan belajar bagi siswa-siswi SMU atau sederajat untuk mencapai kelulusan dan dapat melanjutkan studinya keperguruan tinggi yang dikehendakinya. Banyaknya lembaga pendidikan yang bermunculan saat ini, menjadikan persaingan menjadi semakin ketat. Salah satu cara untuk memenangkan persaingan adalah dengan terus meningkatkan mutu pelayanan agar sesuai dengan harapan konsumen (siswa didik). Penelitian ini membahas penerapan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD), yang berfungsi untuk menentukan kebutuhan pelanggan sehingga setiap area fungsional dan level organisasi / lembaga dapat bertindak terhadap layanan fungsional yang ada. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah suatu penetapan target berdasarkan perhitungan kepentingan teknik. Setiap respon teknik dapat dijadikan sebagai masukan bagi PRIMAGAMA untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya. Respon teknik tersebut meliputi: (1) Informasi yang efektif, (2) Metode belajar yang handal, (3) Kedisiplinan tentor dalam mengajar, (4) Fasilitas penunjang yang aman dan lengkap, (5) Sarana dan prasarana belajar mengajar yang mendukung.

Abstract

The determinant factor identification of behavior considers as an important means in order to develop effective intevention towards household waste management in Indonesia. This study extended the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) by using the following construct: intention, attitude, subjective norm, perceive behavioral control, government intervention, environmental knowledge and awareness, as well as household planning and buying habit; to understand household waste management behavior from the ‘reduce-reuse-recycle’ point of view. The structural equation modeling (SEM) were used in this study and the result showed that the model accounted for relatively substantial amount (61.7%) of the variance in intention, with the attitude, subjective norm, and environmental knowledge and awareness emerge as significant predictor.  Above findings could be used by both governmental and non-governmental organization to formulate strategies to manage food waste at the household level.
