Abstract

This research purposes to determine the factors that affect onion farmers not choose financing in Sharia Banking in Nganjuk. Right now, in Sharia Banking showed rapid development but not matched by the number of customers, especially financing customers the onion farmers in Nganjuk.This research uses a quantitative approach using exploratory factor analysis. Population characteristics of this research are the onion farmers in the Ngrami village and Sukomoro Subdistrict. The number of samples during the preliminary test by conducting a written interview on 10 respondents and to the main test required 100 respondents also. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Results of this research showed that there are four factors affected onion farmers not to choose financing in Sharia Banking in Nganjuk. Four those factors as a result of reduction of processing factor analysis. The four factors are named with the recommendations of other factors, another competitor, locations, and popularity. Suggestion for Sharia Bank are to socialize, provide products financing in the form of seasonal for farmers, by proactive services to potential customers, and services through a car arround in a place easily accessible public. Factors that are formed in this research also can be used to further research for influence the other variables, the decision did not choose to become sharia banking customers as a whole, not only on financing customers. Abstract

The aim of this research is to know implementation of Sharia Strategic Manajemen in BMT. The research object is BMT Amanah Ummah Surabaya. The research method used in this research are qualitative research, case study, and domain analysis, taksonomy analysis and componensial analysis. By using data collection technique such as interviewing and observing primary informant (BMT Amanah Ummah Management) and secondary informant (Sharia Supervisory Council) for data validity.The result of this research is the BMT Amanah Ummah has applied steps of sharia strategic management very well. Those adjustments can be seen from the steps of sharia strategic management start from strategy formulating, strategy implementing, and strategy evaluating. The indicators of this research are the process of strategic management done by BMT Amanah Ummah adjusted to Fred R. David concept, and the sharia principals used for process of sharia strategic management adjusted to maqashid sharia.

Abstract

This research aims to find the reason of non muslim customers chose murabahah as their funding at BNI Syariah and to find the benefit after they got those funding. This research was conducted at BNI Syariah Branch Office Rungkut Surabaya, involving of 6 non muslim customers as prime respondents and 3 employees of BNI Syariah as second respondent. Data were collected by interviewing the respondents and then the answers compared with the data from marketing or Account Officer as source triangulation. Purposive sampling technique was chosen because there were some criteria to be respondent in this research, that are: the customer should be non muslim and using murabahah. The result of this study showed that there were 3 reason of non muslim customers to choose murabahah as their choice, the first reason was the simplicity of scheme, second reason was the promotion, and the third reason was profit.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is examine the influence of non performing financing (NPF), financing to deposit ratio (FDR), total revenue, and BI rate toward trustee profit sharing mudharabah Islamic Bank Industries in Indonesia start from January 2011 until June 2014 periods. This research uses quantitative approach. The analysis method used in this research is the method of multiple linear regression analysis of time series with a significance level of 0,05.The result showed that performing financing (NPF) and BI rate have significant influence toward trustee profit sharing mudharabah partially, while financing to deposit ratio (FDR) and total revenue does not influence trustee profit sharing mudharabah significantly. However, non performing financing (NPF), financing to deposit Ratio (FDR), total revenue, and BI rate have significant influence toward trustee profit sharing mudharabah simultaneously.

Abstract

One easy and practical financing is a pawn. Pawning gold is very attractive financing for fast processing and high estimates. Basic mortgage financing in Indonesia sharia is Fatwa 25 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 on Rahn and 26 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 on the Gold Rahn, PSAK 59 (qardh), PSAK 107 (Ijarah), and PAPSI in 2013.This study aims to determine the accounting treatment products on the gold pawn Sharia Islamic Pawnshop Surabaya with gold pawn practice case studies on Islamic Pawnshop Blauran Surabaya Branch. This research is qualitative. The data collection methods used were interviews and take the financial statements on the official website Pawnshop. The results showed that the accounting treatment in the aspect of recognition and measurement in accordance with PSAK 107, PSAK 59, and PAPSI 2013. But, the presentation of the financial statements is not accordance with PSAK 100 and 101.

Abstract

The impact of infaq productive utilization of the increased income on mustahiq YDSF (Foundation of Social Funds Al-Falah) in Kediri. The goal of this research is to know the impact of utilization of infaq productive done by mustahiq to increase revenues.The research method used is a qualitative approach, strategy case studies andanalysis techniques, descriptive data collection is done through interviews and observations of the informants. Informants were participants KUM (Independent Business Group) in Kediri composed of 8 people who have attended this program and get help infaq in the from the board LAZ YDSF (the foundation of social funds al-falah) through KUM.Result from this study that the productive utilization of infaq by mustahiq through KUM (Independent business group) in the form of venture capital has an impact on income growth mustahiq. Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Opperational Efficiency (BOPO), and Non Performing Financing (NPF) to Return On Assets (ROA) of Sharia Banking in the period from January 2010 to July 2014. The sample population of the research is the Industry of Sharia Banking. Samples were taken by purposive sampling, which is taken from the Sharia Banking Industry. The analysis technique used in this research is by multiple linier regression that aims to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between variables. The results of this research shows that the CAR, BOPO, and NPF have a significant influence on ROA of Sharia Banking. Whereas FDR has no significant influence on ROA of Sharia Banking. The amount of the contribution of the four variables on ROA is 47,20% while the remaining 52,80% influenced by other factors that are not included in the analysis of this research. The results of this research are expected to be guidelines for Sharia Banking in increasing the profitability of Sharia Banking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the murabahah margin rate to Financing to Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Financing on Indonesian Sharia Banks in the period 2010-2012. This study uses quantitative approach by using path analysis with three kinds of variables, which are murabahah margin rate as an exogenous variable, Financing to Deposit Ratio as an intervening endogenous variables and Non Performing Financing as an endogenous variable. The Sharia Banking industry is used as sample in this study, which consist of Sharia Comercial Banks (BUS) and Sharia Business Unit of a Conventional Bank (UUS). Furthermore, this study uses secondary data which conducted by collecting monthly financial statements for three years.The results showed that murabahah margin rate has significantly negative effect to Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) of Sharia Banking in Indonesia. Meanwhile, murabahah margin rate has significantly positive effect to Non Performing Financing (NPF). Abstract

Islam teaches every human being which have been blessed by Allah SWT with various advantages to be thankful for what they have by utilizing his/her ability through dig and developing his/her potential in a good way, so that it can be meaningful for him/herself as well as to other people. The teachers at school, which has been trusted by other parties to constantly, transfers his/her knowledge and conduct their pupil according to the characteristics of Rasulullah SAW so that they’re able to reach success in that school, and of the characteristic is tabligh. The outcome of this research is, teachers have implemented tabligh on the teaching –learning process communicatively, it was proofed by the fulfillment of 5 indicators which are; communication, model, education, wisdom and firmness which caused the escalation of student’s morality until today. The teachers which have implemented tabligh are able to create a pleasant and conducive class with Islamic ethics. The implementation of tabligh is able to create excellent and high quality human resources.The excellent and high quality human resources will be able to build his/her economiccondition as well as build the nation’s.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Islamic service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty switching intentions moderated by religious knowledge level in in Customer of BRISyariah Bank in Surabaya.The research method used is quantitative approach. This research use a total of 96 customers of BRISyariah Surabaya. Customer characteristics used are Moslem, registered as a funding or deposit customer for at least a year. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. This research uses a method PLS (Partial Least Square).The results showed that Islamic service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Other results showed that customer satisfaction has significant impact to customer loyalty and Islamic service quality has significant effect on customer loyalty. This results in accordance with the theory of Othman and Owen that CARTER could be used to measure the quality of service on Islamic Banking. Suggestion for the BRISyariah Bank in Surabaya should maintain and improve its service quality in order to improve satisfaction and form a loyal customer.
