Abstract

In order to fulfill the need of banking industry that grew rapidly, Bank Indonesia create several monetary instrument. One of them is Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS). This research aims to investigate the effect of return rate of SBIS to investment in SBIS and also the profitability of sharia commercial banks in Indonesia. The research method used is path analysis with three kind of variables, which is SBIS’s return rate as exogenous variable, investment in SBIS as intervening endogenous variable, and the profitability as endogenousvariable.The result of this research shows that SBIS’s return rate effects significantly positive to the investment in SBIS, but effects unsignificantly negative to the probability of sharia commercial banks. Meanwhile investment in SBIS has non-significantly positive effect to the profitability of sharia commercial banks.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is testing the influence of moslem consumer lifestyle to Apple smartphone adoption by students of Economics and Business Faculty of Airlangga University. This research uses quantitative approach and questionnaire for primary data collecting. The test was done using simple linear regression, where endogen variable (Y) is apple smartphone adoption and exogen variable (X) is moslem consumer lifestyle. Samples of this research was chosen using nonprobability sampling technique combined with accidentalsampling and purposive sampling. Samples in this research are 100 students of Economics and Business Faculty of Airlangga University.Based on the result of this research linear regression equation obtained is Y = 0.787 + 0.840 X. The measurenment of the influence of moslem consumer lifestyle to Apple smartphone adoption by students of Economics and Business Faculty of Airlangga University has 0.290 (29%) R2 value. The result of this research shows that moslem consumer lifestyle has a significant influence with Apple smartphone adoption by students of Economics and Business Faculty of Airlangga University.

Abstract

This research aims at determining the factor that influences on selecting the model of their headcovers, it is merely because the model of headcovers worn by the female students are now vary. Therefore, there should be some factors that urges a female student as a consumer to do a reasoned action on selecting the model of headcovers. This research is a quantitative research by using factor explanatory analysis. The characteristic of the population is the students of Islamic Economy, FEB, Airlanga University which are wearing headcovers. The result of this research shows that from 18 factors gained from the data collection which then processed by factor analysis. The researcher found that there are 5 factors, i.e. Want to Show Identitiy, consumers’ environment, consumers’ comfort in dressing up, consumers’ society, and consumers’ ease in dressing up.

Abstract

Conflict is something that can not be separated in the process of management of the company. Conflict that managed well will be able to make a positive contribution to the business activities and the achievement of corporate goals. This study used a qualitative research methodology with a case study approach. The selection of a qualitative methodology based on the problem formulation used in this studyThe results of this study indicate that the conflicts that happened in management Central Market Puspa Agro caused by internal and external factor. Internal factor is derived from obscurity powers, functions and roles, monitoring and evaluation weakness, slowness of responds to the problems, the competence of individual differences, the target and task interdependence. External factors consist of the presence of government policies and industry demands. The effect of conflicts are functional and dysfunctional. Conflicts levels are low, optimal and high.Conflict management is applied by stimulation, reduction of conflict and conflict resolution methods. Conflict stimulation methods include the application of the system of reward and punishment and the different treatment of habit . Conflict reduction methods include the provision of a forum for dialogue, joint activities and creating new challenges. Conflict resolution methods include the expansion of resources, compromise, change the variable structure of the company, avoiding and otorative command. REFERENCESAamodt, M.G. 2007. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) toward investment in Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS), effect of investment in Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS) toward Return on Asset (ROA), and effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) toward Return on Asset (ROA) Islamic Bank in Indonesia.Methodology that used in this study is a quantitative approach. Technique analysis that used in this study is path analysis. Samples are used in this study collected from Islamic Bank Statistic Data issued by Bank Indonesia, January 2009 until October 2013, the total amount were 58 data.The results show that Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has significantly negative effect on Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS). Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS) has not significantly effect on Return on Asset (ROA). Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has significantly positive effect on Return on Asset (ROA). Abstract

The purpose of research is to find out Why Public Choose Paying Zakat in Mosque Rather than Institute of Zakat in Kramat Jegu Village.The research methodology used was a qualitative approach, the case study strategy. Data was collected by interviewing nine muzakki zakat payers in Kramat Jegu village Taman sub-disctric who four of them are related to the management of the mosque.The technique used is descriptive analysis.The result showed that the public would prefer to pay zakat in the mosque than zakat institutions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze The Effect of Marketing Mix Towards Intention become Partner on Perspective of Islam at The Branch Office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun. The tests carried out using multiple linear regression method, where the endogenous variable (Y) is a intention become partners and exogenous variables (X) is the marketing mix that is identified with product (X1), price (X2), place/distribution channel (X3), promotion (X4), people (X5), process (X6), physical evidence (X7), promise (X8), and patience (X9). In this study added two variables in the marketing mix of services in accordance with Islamic values that promise and patience.This study uses a quantitative approach. The characteristics of the population in this studi is a partner at The Branch Office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun are actively engaged in transactions in 2014 and live in Madiun. Total sample of the respondents is 100 (one hundred). These samples were selected using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method with particular consideration.The results of this study indicate that simultaneous and partially, marketing mix variables consisting of product, price, place/distribution channel, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, promise, and patience shown the effect to intention become a partner on perspective of Islam at the branch office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun. Variable place/distribution channel is the most dominant variable to the intention become partners on perspective of Islam at the branch office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun.Suggestion for the branch office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun should increase promotional activity to be more diverse so it can attract attention to prospective partners or partners who have joined, socialize product from BMT Beringharjo more clearly and detail, especially the difference with the product from conventional bank, and make a direct sales pitch way more exciting and creative by adding facilities and infrastructure in the promotion or by making a series of interesting activities and carried out in the crowd with direct sales activities. REFERENCESAbuznaid, Samir. ”Islamic Marketing: Addressing The Muslim Market”. Abstract

The objectives of this research to analyze the influence of capital adequacy as measured by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), intermediary functions as measured by Non Performing Financing (NPF), financial problems as measured by Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and operational cost as measured by BOPO to profitability as measured by Return On Asset (ROA) of Islamic Banking Industry in the period of 2010-2012. The population used for the study is Islamic banks whose financial statements have been published to Bank Indonesia from 2010-2012. The sampling techniques is cencus sampling, so the sample in this study is every unit in a population. The data of this study used secondary data from the website of Bank Indonesia. The method of data analysis which was used is multiple linier regression analysis.From the result of analyse indicate that CAR, NPF, and BOPO variables has significantly affcet in partial toward ROA at level of significant less than 0,05, but only FDR variable has no significantly affect to the ROA. Abstract

This research aimed to know the influence of financing based on profit sharing against Islamic Banking Industry liquidity in Indonesia from January 2008 through June 2014. This research used the quantitative approach method. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression and the equation was Y = 0,58 + 0,016 (PMUD) – 0,056 (PMUS)Based on the result of t-test, mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing partially did not influence significantly to liquidity with t test result consecutively 0,765 for mudharabah financing and 0,621 for musyarakah financing. The result of simultaneous test showed that mudharabah financing and musyarakah had significant effect to Islamic banking industry liquidity with siginificant value 0,000. And based on determination test result, the value of R Square is 0,593 or 59,3% that showed the ability of mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing in explaining liquidity of 59,3% and the remaining 40,7% was explainedby other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the suitability of the system or how cooperation cultivation of agricultural land undertaken Muslim farmers in the village of Temu, Kanor, Bojonegoro which has been run for generations by way of cooperation cultivation of agricultural land in Islam or fiqh kaedah muamalah.Results of this study indicate that there are conformity system or way of cooperation cultivation of agricultural land that the farmers in the village Temu (anvil) with kaedah muamalah Islamic fiqh, because it has met the conditions prevailing in harmony and with both sides to contain the principle that there is an element of mutual muamalah willing and mutually their benefits, as well as a custom ('urf) that do not conflict with the texts of the  Qur'an and the Hadith, and also does not contain madharat.
