Abstract

This research was aimed to find out the effect of Islamic business ethic’s perception against the behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchants in Jakarta. This research used questionmaires in primary data collection and quantitative approaches. Experiments were done using simple linear regression, where the dependent variable (Y) is behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchant and the independent variable (X) is Islamic business ethics. The research sample was taken by probability sampling with simple random sampling method. Theresearch sample was 65 Batak Moslem’s merchants who were members of KKMM in Jakarta.Based on the findings, it obtained simple linear regression equation: Y = 22,376 + 0,279X. The results of this research showed that the influence of Islamic business ethics has positive effect and signifficant against the behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchants who were members of KKMM in Jakarta.The R2 on this research showed the number 0.423, which mean that 42.3% of behavior of Batak Moslem’ merchants can be explained by the variables of Islamic business ethics. These results also explain that there are other variables were greater (57.7%) were able to explain the behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchants.

Abstract

This research aims to discover the influences of product knowledge including product knowledge product knowledge as bundle of attributes, product knowledge as bundle of benefits, and product knowledge as value satisfiers towards the decision of being donors in Baitul Mall Hidayatullah Branch Kediri, especially in the middle of development of Intitution of Alms Amil (Amil Zakat) in Indonesia.This research uses quantitave descriptive approach. The sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling, i.e. a sampling technique which provides equal opportunity to each member of the population to be selected as sample members. The sampling is conducted by using simple random sampling. The number of samples in this research is 75 people. The technique analysis which is used is analysis of multiple linear regressions.The results of the research show that there is similarity of regression Y = 0,409 + 0,473 X1 + 0,194 X2 + 0,214 X3. Product knowledge has simultaneously influenced the decision of being donors in Baitul Mall Hidayatullah Branch Kediri with R Square 0, 594. Product knowledge including product knowledge as bundle of attributes, product knowledge as bundle of benefits, and product knowledge as value satisfiers has partially influenced the decision of being donors. The variable of product knowledge as bundle of attributes appears to be dominant in influencing the decision of being donors.Baitul Mall Hidayatullah Branch Kediri is suggested to improve the content of its bulletin. The bulletin distributed to prospective donors or donors should contain more complete, informative, and educative information since it plays quite important roles. Abstract

This research is set to determine the factors that influence the customer in choosing BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Gresik which has a customer base of more than twenty thousand. This study uses a quantitative method with exploratory factor analysis. Characteristics of the population in this study is the customer BMT Mandiri Sejahtera. The number of samples at the time of the interview written test prelemenery test as 9 respondents, and to main test as many as 85 respondents. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling where the sample is taken from the customer BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Karangcangkring Central Office. Based on the results of the study indicate that there are six factors that affect the customer's decision choosing BMT Mandiri Sejahtera. Six such factors as a result of reduction of the processing of factor analysis. These six factors are named by a factor of revenue sharing, religiosity factors, factors of marketing strategies, factors saving gift, factor customer service, and the administrative cost factor.

Abstract

Islamic Rural Bank is intermediary institution that collect and distribute the fund in financing. BPRS management hope that every operational activities always shows good performance in order to obtain optimal benefit. One of the way to measure performance is calculating financial ratios. The purpose of this research to know the effect of CAR, NPF, FDR, and OER on ROA in industry of Islamic Rural Bank period January 2009 until May 2014 in partial and simultaneous. This research method used quantitative approach. Sample of this research was based on monthly period, so there were 65 months/samples. Sampling technique used purposive sampling. All data taken from Sharia Islamic Statistic. Analyze technique used multiple regression.The results of this research showed that in simultaneous, CAR, NPF, FDR, and OER had significant effect on ROA. In partial, CAR, NPF, and FDR had not significant effect on ROA, beside OER had significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the theoretical and practical application of murabahah about how the application by the Muamalat Bank branches of Darmo Surabaya.Methods of research of This study used a qualitative approach with the case study methods and descriptive analyzes. Then the researchers took the data in PT Bank Muamalat with some informants to be interviewed in depth, observed, and the data validated by triangulation methode.These results indicate that the implementation of the bank Muamalat Murabahahdarmo Surabaya branch office in according with the contained in the fatwa of murabahah which stated selling price to the buyer, then the flow of murabahah transaction can not be implemented in accordance with the provisions contained in fatwa because the field of business in Indonesia is still limited, it is not appropriate , next is the method in recognizing income / margin in the murabahah using the annuity method so that implementation of Muamalat bank financing is suitable with the fatwa number 84. REFERENCESAntonio, M Syafi’i. 2008. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on intention to re-use products other Bank Syariah Mandiri through the trust as an intervening variable.The method used is quantitative approach. Characteristics of the sample used is 30 customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Boulevard branch in Surabaya who use a particular product. Sampling is using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling procedure. The analytic technique is used path analysis or path analysis.The results showed that the quality of services significantly influence customer confidence in Bank Syariah Mandiri Boulevard in Surabaya. Other results show that trust significantly influence purchase intention by re-using the products of Bank Syariah Mandiri others. While service quality does not significantly influence customers' purchase intention by re-using the products of Bank Syariah Mandiri others.Advice for Bank Syariah Mandiri branch in Surabaya Boulevard to always improve the quality of service to customers through good SERVQUAL and maintain the trust that exists between the customer and the bank to always be honest and maintain the trust that has been given by the customer to the bank. Abstract

Natural resources have not been well managed in Madura and the low level of human resources leads to ethnic Madurese communities abroad to obtain a decent life by applying a high work ethic. This research aims to know the work ethic of ethnic Madurese in Central merchant Wholesale Surabaya reviewed from Islamic business ethics.Approach used in this research is qualitative approach to method case study is descriptive. Data done with interview observation and documentation against traders ethnic madura in central wholesale Surabaya. For data advocates derived from data given by centers management wholesale Surabaya. Besides is also study library and literature about ethos work ethnic Madurese and Islamic business ethics.The results obtained are the informants argued most of the Madurese ethnic merchants in wholesale center Surabaya interpret and apply the Madurese ethnic work ethic that is hard work and wander, as well as in implementing the work ethic they comply with Islamic business ethics. REFERENCESAfifuddin dan Beni Ahmad Saebani. 2009. Abstract

The aims of this study are to identify and explain the market reaction as the result of corporate action in the form of stock split managed by the stock issuers registered with Jakarta Islamic Index and Indonesia Sharia Stock Index from period 2011 to 2014.This study used quantitative approach with event study method. Those stock issuers also have to perform the stock split and have been registered with ISII and JII to fulfill the requirements of this study. While the focus of this study is the reaction indicated by the change of AAR and CAAR by doing several test such as one sample t-test and paired sample t-test by defining the level of significant in the amount of 5%.The results of the study indicate there is no significance difference in the AAR before and after the stock split, but there is a quite significance difference in the CAAR.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the conformity of contract rahn based Fatwa DSN-MUI at Sharia Mandiri Bank Branch Office Dharmahusada Surabaya. Contract rahn at Sharia Mandiri Bank only be used for products BSM Gold Pawn. The method used is a qualitative approach using case study strategy. The research object is the Sharia Mandiri Bank.Results of this research based on five domains from the mechanism of implementation contract Rahn in Sharia Mandiri Bank Branch Office Dharmahusada Surabaya with Fatwa DSN-MUI. From these domains, there are four domains that have conformity with Fatwa DSNMUI, that was marhun utilization domain, maintenance and storage marhun, sale / auction marhun as well as the cost of Ijarah contract. While in the charge domain on marhun against the costs Ijarah in Sharia Bank Mandiri KCP Dharmahusada don’t have conformity based on Fatwa DSN No.25 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 the second point number four.

Abstract

Basically the quality of human resources that owned by BMH employees branch of Surabaya is different. Islamic working environment would be a little more influence their motives in the work so that in the end the result is within their Islamic work ethic with Islamic values will be shown. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of their human resources employees of Baitul Maal Hidayatullah branch of Surabayaagainst the Islamic work ethic.Is Islamic work ethic assessment results are influenced by the quality of human resources in the work.In carrying out this study the authors used a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis model. The samples in this study were all employees of Baitul Maal Hidayatullah branch of Surabaya obtained saturation sampling method. Under this method obtained 42 employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires human resource quality and work ethic of Islam to employees. The results of this study indicate that the quality of human resources affect the work ethic of employees Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Islamic Branch of Surabaya.
