Abstract

Indonesian territory includes areas that have a high level of seismic risk amongseveral world diseIuruh earthquake area. Recentdata were successfully recorded showsthat on average every ten tehun happened earthquake activity that resulted inconsiderable damage in Indonesia. Most occur in offshore areas, and partly to the areapemukiman.Pada fairly dense residential areas, needs to be a protection to reduce themortality rate of the population and severe damage due to shock gempa.Tedunan apermanent occupancy programmed together government private parties, which aims toprovide decent houses and in accordance with the conditions in the area tedunan itself.Tedunan hamlet located in Central Java region potentially earthquake originating fromthe Mount Merapi. This causes Tedunan areas into areas that are prone to volcanic andtectonic tremor, associated with the status of Mount Merapi, which became one of themost active volcanoes in the world and the island of Java is an area of active tectonicplates. Abstract

Household consumers always have a need for current and future needs. To full fill future needs is done by creating savings. Through ownership savings can protect emergency matters and other necessities to in the future. This study aimed to analyze the effect of income, savings interest rate, number of family, education, transaction costs and the type of work on the number of household savings in the village Panggeldlangu,  Purworejo, Central Java. Data analysis method used is multiple regression with a sample of 71 households. One of the result of research is income, savings interest rate, number of family members, education, transaction costs and the kind of work simultanous significant effect on the amount of the savings. Meanwhile partially variable of family size is negative effect, while the variables of income, education of household head, and transaction costs are the positive effect, but variable interest rate savings and the type of work did not significantly affect household saving.

Abstract

Family environment is thenearest environment for children, so the family is also asource for the emergence of various nature in children. One factor that is thought to bebecause the incidence of negative behavior is the tendency of certain parenting fromtheir parents. Pattern foster parent is an interaction between parents and childrenduring the conduct of care, and every parenting contributes to the child's behavior.Contribution given can be negative or positive. Therefore, for each type of parenting arethe weaknesses and the strengths. In this regard, the parents should be more aware ofthe position and apply the parenting that most have little or no potential to buildstimulate negative behaviors in children's care. It is recognized that almost no parentswho practice parenting purely on one type. Trends in certain types of parenting seem tobe more widely used by parents. Or even parents parentingpractice is eclectic, to childcare means doing situationally.

Abstract

Penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan managemen usaha, termasuk berbagai inovasi yang dilakukan dalam implementasi salah satu kegiatan Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa bidang Kewirausahaan (PKM-K) tahun 2017 yang telah dilakukan. Secara umum, kegiatan PKM-K bertujuan untuk membuka peluang usaha bagi mahasiswa serta membantu mahasiswa memasuki pasar. Salah satu kegiatan PKM-K yang didanai dikti, yaitu usaha BT “Bantal Terapi” : Inovasi Alat Kesehatan Portabel, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membentuk inkubator wirausaha mahasiswa dengan produk bantal yang dapat menghasilkan aroma berfungsi sebagai aroma terapi dari bahan alami yang disimpan di dalamnya. Bantal yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat menjadi alat kesehatan portabel yang membantu merileksasi penggunanya. Berbagai tahapan kegiatan dilakukan oleh kelompok mahasiswa dalam menjalankan PKM-K BT “Bantal Terapi” : Inovasi Alat Kesehatan Portabel, antara lain; survey lapangan, pembelian alat dan bahan, pembuatan media promosi, proses promosi, proses pelatihan, proses produksi, proses pemasaran, proses evaluasi, dan proses pelaporan. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM-K BT “Bantal Terapi” : Inovasi Alat Kesehatan Portabel adalah tiga generasi produk bantal leher sebanyak 231 pcs; 10 pcs bantal set; hubungan antara kelompok mahasiswa dengan berbagai mitra; terselenggaranya tiga tahap penjualan offline; perencanaan pengajuan hak cipta; omset sebanyak Rp. 11.245.000; aset sebanyak Rp. 603.000; serta pencapaian BEP produk bantal leher setelah 36 hari penjualan.

Abstract

Indonesia as a country with an enormous population became a target for drugdealers and liquor. Currently drugs and alcohol are not only available in urban areas butalso have entered into the countryside. The target of drug dealers and liquor wereyoungmen. Dusun Pencil Munggung village, Klaten Karangdowo is one of the villagesthat have quite a lot of young cadres. The village youth if not given knowledge about thedangers of drugs and alcohol it will potentially be a user or can be dealer. Seeing thepotential dangers of drugs and alcohol is so great it threatens to do the preventionprocess by conducting socialization program dangers of drugs and alcohol as well as thelegal impact for users in the hamlet Pencil. After the socialization of the youth programto understand the dangers of using drugs and alcohol so that so the youth would not beinterested in taking drugs or liquor.

Abstract

Drug use in the service program is intended as a first step in the prevention ofdrug trafficking among teenagers early on. Elementary school students grades 5 and 6are students with the transition to the age of adolescence for the next 1-2 years theywill move into the adolescent level. When children move on to middle and high schooleducation usually desire to explore for themselves become more powerful, and tend tobe dangerous and are vulnerable to the negative things.Lack of knowledge of the greatdangers that lurk as a result of their delinquency makes the juvenile may be falling preyto trafficking and drug use. Moreover, based on author interviews with the schoolobtained the explanation that the introduction of drug activities or similar activitiesrelated to the prevention of juvenile delinquency had not been established at all.In thatregard the authors deliberately do this activity as a form of devotion in order to reducenegative behavior and drug abuse and other harmful additives in the future. In theactivities carried out for approximately 12 hours these children are very enthusiastic andbe understood definitions, forms, uses and dangers of drugs and commit to not use it inthe future.

Abstract

Shares optimal gain is the main purpose of an investor in making an investment in a company's stock . To achieve these objectives , of course, an investor should be to act selectively in assessing various potential companies , one of which is the interest rate , inflation , liquidity , exchange rate , and financial . The first aim of this study was to determine and analyze whether the interest rate will affect the profits of shares in the Indonesian Stock Exchange , both to study and analyze whether inflation will affect the profits of shares in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2012 , the third to study and analyze liquidity affect profit shares in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2012 , the fourth to identify and analyze the exchange rate will affect the profits of shares in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2012 , the fifth to megetahui and financial analyzes will affect profit shares in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2012 , and the sixth to know and to analyze whether the inflation , liquidity , exchange rate and financial will affect profit shares in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2012.  Results of this study that the interest rate , inflation , liquidity , exchange rate , and financial influence together to gain share in the Indonesia Stock Exchange , while individually the interest rate effect on profit shares

Abstract

Dusun Deles, Jogonayan village, District Ngablak, Magelang, Central Java consistingof 3 RW and 12 RT. Mostly livelihood society is a farmer. Besides his profession as afarmer, society Also worked as traders, civil servants, workers, etc. People in the DusunDeles is people who have a high desire to advance Dusun Deles, this can be proved onthe willingness of citizens to cooperate and worked -together for development in DusunDeles. On the physical development and infrastructure which was a highlight for thecitizens Deles is the concept of waste disposal sites. The concept of waste disposal sitesas well as solutions to problems Deles village hygiene and raise the awareness of citizensto dispose of waste in place. The need for infrastructure in Dusun Deles is desperatelyneeded, not just for the media spotlight that this village will progress its developmentbut also as a useful tool to promote and support the activities of citizens.

Abstract

ABSTRACTExpense efficiency is one of the ways to gain a bigger profit. Profit, as a component of financial performance measures, indicates the management capability in handling finance issues, such as operational expenses. This study discusses the operational expenses efficiencies related to bad credit or financing problems and liquidity adequacy. The results of this study show that Non Performing Financing (NPF) significantly affects the operational cost efficiency of Islamic Banks in Indonesia as much as 40.2%. It means that in the event of Non Performing Financing (NPF), operational expenses is expected to be inefficient because a significant part of the expenses would be allocated for backup or to erase productive assets collectability. Meanwhile, the liquidity adequacy does not significantly affect the efficiency of the operational expenses. Simultaneously, both of these variables have an important role in the financial performance since they give an overview of their role in the operating expenses efficiency by 20.8%.
