Abstract

The Sungai Banjir Kanal Barat is currently one of the attractions for the residents of Semarang City, but currently the Sungai Banjir Kanal Barat still does not have water attractions, one of which is a water bike ride. The design this time tries to make a water bike design that is suitable for water recreation in the Sungai Banjir Kanal Barat area of ​​Semarang City. In the design process, the design is carried out using Solidworks 2021 software and motion analysis is carried out on the transmission system. In addition, the design of this water bike is also equipped with material selection according to the conditions in the West Flood Canal River, Semarang City. Before designing the design, the author reviews several variations of the concept, then the author chooses the best concept to be used as a design design. The selected concept product weighs 67 kg, length 180 cm, width 120 cm, and height 90 cm. Most of the selected concept products use carbon steel material, and use PVC pipe as a float.

Abstract

Assets are part of wealth owned by an industry and necessary to controlled, therefore loss risk can be identified and avoided, including occur at Cooperatives entity/sector. Cooperatives escalates their percomance not only depend on assets of members, but also require various efforts including outside business operations, so that it can be deliver financial and operational impact. Through the key risk indicator approach and cooperative performance analysis with measurement of growth and independence ratio, obtained 10 (ten) main risks and 15 key indicators to mitigated as preventive action by management of “Koperasi Pegawai Industri XYZ”. Moreover, mitigation strategies especially required at target of Key Risk Indicator aspect of Management and Organizations, People and Culture, and Operations & Systems. The other target are products, services and technology aspek, as supporting mitigation strategies necessary. Therefore, the expectation needed to management “Koperasi Pegawai Industri XYZ” conduct controlling risks of financial assets and physical assets, increasing continous growth and continous autonomy.

Abstract

Education is one of the main targets of the government in order to improve the welfare of the people. Higher education is a level of education after secondary education which includes diploma, bachelor, master, specialist, and doctoral education programs. There are several forms of higher education in Indonesia, namely Polytechnics, Colleges, Academics, Universities, and Institutes. Each higher education has university accreditation and study program accreditation. Accreditation is a form of quality and feasibility assessment of higher education institutions or study programs carried out by independent organizations or bodies outside universities. This accreditation can be grouped with other indicators to find out the grouping of State Higher Education in Indonesia in 2020. The grouping is based on accreditation indicators and 8 other indicators are processed using the Complete Linkage and K-Medoids methods. Calculations evaluated using the Shilhouette Coefficient and Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) resulted in optimal clusters of 4 groups using the Complete Linkage method and 2 groups using the K-Medoids method.

Abstract

GERD is a pathological condition in which gastric acid refluxes into the esophagus and causes symptoms. Various symptoms due to involvement of the esophagus, pharynx, larynx and airways. So that the symptoms experienced by patients will experience a burning sensation in the chest, difficulty swallowing, nausea, bad breath, complaining of heartburn and regurgitation. Usually, patients with GERD are diagnosed only through history taking, while the pH of gastric acid is not measured. There is also usually use an endoscopic examination to measure the pH of stomach acid. To overcome these problems, the need to solve the problem is to make a device that can measure the pH of stomach acid, not as expensive as an endoscopic examination, a non-invasive examination, and not necessarily with the help of medical personnel. Carrying easy use, using a pH sensor to detect salivary fluid. So we propose GACOR (Gastric Acid Detector): An Innovation of a pH Sensor-Based Gastric Acid Level Measuring Tool. Using this pH sensor later to measure salivary fluid, the pH sensor will detect the acidity value through an electronic ion exchange mechanism and measured oceans.

Abstract

Apartment planning includes reservoir size planning and pumping systems for reservoirs and their distribution systems. In determining the optimal size for the reservoir, comparative data is needed from other apartments with relatively the same specifications. The data is processed to determine the maximum and minimum average water usage in a certain period of time. The optimum reservoir size can be determined based on the results of the data processing. So the method of calculating fluctuations in water use is needed to determine this, but not every apartment has the same pumping system. This research is intended for data collection in apartments that do not have definite pumping hours. The result of study shows that this method can be applied to apartments without solid timing for pumping water.

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the lack of effective and efficient washing of laboratory equipment. This is because manual cleaning of laboratory equipment still leaves plaque on laboratory equipment. The purpose of this research is to overcome problems related to manual washing of laboratory equipment. The stages of this research include observation, preparation of tools and materials, purchase of tools and materials, stages of production and marketing. The results of the survey, laboratory equipment that is often used in the form of measuring cups, dropper pipettes and Erlenmeyer, the range of the hand circumference cannot reach the measuring cup 90.5%, the hand cannot reach the bottom surface of the tool 88.4%, the effectiveness of washing dropper pipettes with a brush is 74 .4%, manual washing of laboratory equipment was deemed ineffective 74.4%, 100% automatic laboratory cleaning products were not found, 100% interest in laboratory equipment cleaning products were found, 90.7% of plaque was found on the equipment after washing. Based on this, we created an innovative automatic laboratory equipment cleaning tool (AMPERA) as a solution to this problem.

Abstract

This study examines how secondary school administrators in the Ilorin Metropolis use ICT for managerial planning. The principal must effectively and efficiently organize, manage, and supervise the school's business for them to run successfully. This study's design is a survey-style descriptive study to determine how ICT affects principals' administrative performance. The population of this study consisted of 292 participants from all 75 public secondary schools in the Ilorin Metropolis. The instrument for data collection was a structured questionnaire titled "Information Communication Technology and Principal's Administrative Effectiveness Questionnaire" (ICTPAEQ) while reliability coefficient values of 0.85 were obtained. The data gathered from the field was evaluated using pertinent descriptive statistics such as percentages, mean, and standard deviation, while research question 4 was addressed using Pearson Production Moment Correlation (PPMC) statistics. This finding may be explained by the fact that most schools lacked these ICT resources, which may have contributed to the finding. This finding revealed that secondary school principals do better administratively the more they use ICT resources. This further implies that secondary school management effectiveness may be in danger in the absence of ICT. This implied that ICT is a crucial factor in the efficient administration of secondary schools. Based on the findings of this study, the following recommendations were made for secondary school administrators to become more proficient and use ICT technologies to enhance training for school administrators who are not yet ICT proficient.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah utama yang terjadi di lapangan ketika seseorang ingin berziarah ke makam adalah kesulitan mencari lokasi makam yang dituju pada suatu area pemakaman. Selama ini, mereka mengandalkan informasi dan petunjuk dari juru makam, namun dalam masa pandemi ini keadaan menjadi lebih sulit bagi peziarah untuk mendapat informasi dari juru makam. Ditambah dengan masalah-masalah yang lain seperti keadaan makam yang tidak terawat dan batu nisan yang rusak serta pudar tulisannya sehingga dapat menghambat para peziarah dalam menemukan lokasi makam yang mereka cari. Berdasarkan pada permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut, maka diusulkan sebuah solusi, yaitu membuat sebuah sistem informasi posisi dan navigasi makam yang dapat digunakan dengan mudah bagi para peziarah serta memiliki ketepatan dan keakuratan dalam menentukan posisi makam sesuai dengan tujuan. Aplikasi web MAQBARAH dibuat untuk menjawab semua permasalahan tersebut. Aplikasi web ini dapat menunjukkan user current location (lokasi peziarah), titik makam yang dituju, dan jalur navigasi pada tampilan layar smartphone. Titik lokasi tujuan makam didapatkan dari GPS Geodetik CHC i50 yang menghasilkan nilai longitude dan latitude serta user current location didapatkan dari GPS yang berasal dari smartphone para peziarah. Pengujian di lapangan menunjukkan hasil yang baik dengan akurasi 100% pada parameter user current location, 90% dengan parameter titik makam yang dituju, dan 80% dengan parameter navigasi makam

Abstract

Keberadaan dan penggunaan pengeras di masjid terkadang menimbulkan polemik di masyarakat khususnya bagi daerah yang masyarakatnya heterogen dimana ada masyarakat yang terkadang merasa kurang nyaman atau terganggu dengan bising dari pengeras suara dari masjid atau tempat ibadah lainnya. Di beberapa tempat penggunaan pengeras suara ini sudah diatur khususnya pada waktu tertentu, misalnya pada malam hari ketika orang sedang beristirahat, dimana volume pengeras suara harus diatur sedemikian rupa. Hal ini membutuhkan sebuah inovasi yang mampu memonitor tingkat kebisingan dari pengeras suara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji tingkat keberhasilan alat monitoring pengeras suara masjid berbasis IoT. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan variasi jarak dari sumber suara dan besarnya tingkat kebisingan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa alat yang dikembangkan mampu memonitor tingkat kebisingan dengan jarak antara 5 sampai dengan 100 meter dengan tingkat kesalahan 1,84 dB. Keunggulan dari alat ini yaitu bersifat portable, ukurannya kecil (mudah disimpan) dan dapat dilakukan pengisian daya dengan sumber dari listrik (dapat dicharge). Dengan keunggulan yang dimilikinya, maka alat ini dapat dijadikan solusi bagi pengurus masjid dalam mengatur penggunaan alat pengeras suara.   Kata Kunci: IoT, kebisingan, masjid, monitoring, pengeras suara.

Abstract

Setiap individu tentunya memiliki perbedaan yang tidak dapat dipaksakan satu sama lainya. Salah satu perbedaan yang ada adalah penggunaan listrik pada rumah kos. Rumah kos kebanyakan hanya menggunakan satu kWh Meter yang terpasang, sehingga untuk pembayaran listrik yang ditagihkan ke pengguna kamar kos akan dipukul sama rata. Penyamarataan tagihan listrik ini dapat menyebabkan kesenjangan sosial untuk pengguna kamar kos, karena dirasa kurang adil bagi sebagian pengguna lainya. Hal ini terjadi karena perbedaan penggunaan listrik pada tiap kamar kos, ada yang hanya menggunakan sedikit, dan ada yang menggunakan listrik lebih banyak. Hal ini menyebabkan pengguna listrik lebih sedikit akan merasa dirugikan oleh aturan pembayaran kos yang dipukul rata. Maka dari itu, dalam tugas akhir ini dibuat alat monitoring penggunaan energi listrik yang dapat melakukan pengukuran penggunaan kWh pada setiap kamar yang akan dapat menampilkan data berupa arus, kWh, dan energi serta grafik penggunaan listrik. Selain itu alat ini juga dapat menampilkan biaya listrik yang harus dibayarkan pada masing-masing kamar yang nantinya pemilik rumah kos tersebut dapat mengetahui total pembayaran listrik yang dapat diterima. Alat ini akan bekerja dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler berupa NodeMCU dan sensor energi yaitu PZEM-004T yang bekerja secara IoT, hasil pengukuran nantinya akan ditampilkan pada aplikasi android. Keunggulan alat ini dibanding penelitian lain yang memiliki kesamaan tema ialah, alat ini dapat mengukur penggunaan energi listrik pada ruangan/kamar yang berbeda, alat ini juga bekerja secara IoT jika dibandingkan dengan penelitian lain yang belum IoT dan masih menggunakan modul sim SMS gateway
